She knows the reason why his Presidency ended with a terrible economy, she also knows how Joe Biden got such high numbers. Context would ruin their narrative and spin. So it's lying by omission because she's doing that to create a false narrative. If you ignore the pandemic, which any honest person would, Trump's economy blew Biden's out of the water.
So her statement was literally lying by omission...which means it was a lie. Just because someone else added context and was then verbally insulted for doing so doesn't change the facts. It just further shows she was trying to lie by pushing back on the context by insulting her.

And WHY were the shutdowns absurd? Becuase those countries that refused to shutdown fared no worse, and better than many that did. Because it was senselessly unconstitutional to force small, family businesses into destructiive shutdown when the big name stores on the same block were allowed to continue operation packed with people - as if you couldn't put the same distancing stickers on the floor of a small business. Because it shut down classes and put masks on the face of innocent little children that were at essentially zero risk from COVID. Becuase those countries and states that allowed businesses to open up early experienced no worse than those that prolonged the shutdowns. Because idiotic politicians closed beaches and parks where people should have been able to enjoy open fresh air, insisting they remain huddled inside a house if not gathering to patronize the big name stores. And because even after the vaccines, COVID still managed to make its way through the population. Double-vaccinated, double-boosted zealots, like one leftist fanatic I worked with, still got COVID - in some cases more than those with acquired immunity. And because they had to censor all of those facts to mislead citizens from the truth.
I am shocked Katy Tur even had the brief lapse of hivemind character to remind of that fact. That is why Pelosi had such a shocked and insulting reaction, accusing Tur of being an apologist for Trump. Their media is supposed to play along at all times, not bring up valid contrary facts. It's similar to the moment when Lester Hold called out Kamala Harris with "YOU haven't been to the border". They don't like being caught off guard and exposed.

“Speedy trial” doesn’t mean the case gets settled quickly. Some cases take a while to put everything together like evidence, interviews, dispositions, jurors, and all that. “Speedy trial” means that the processes of the case move forward shortly after charges are filed.
SCOTUS will define this fringe litigation. Mr Smith is done, Ms Wilis should be held liable, and NY document trial is just horrendous.
