    I had always believed that the Supreme Court would follow the law. I didn't have to agree with their decision, but I hoped that they followed the law and not a political party. I no longer believe that, and changes need to be done for the court. Absolute power corrupts absolutely....Justice C Thomas. I could understand maybe once or twice with the Supreme Court benefit of doubt. Thomas should be removed just for all the monetary gains he received.

    Overturning ROE was the extreme Catholic judges. Especially, Alito he's hated Roe since when it became law because of his religion. He is following the rules of the Catholic Church not his job of being a judge for the US.
    Not everyone in this country is Catholic or religious and should not have to follow what the religious believe. It's unfair that the majority judges are making decisions for the minority and themselves instead of letting people choose for their own health. The religious SC judges are punishing women who don't follow the Catholic religion.

      @@lenninyberg4064 AND Hillary won the popular Presidential vote by THREE MILLION VOTES.
      In any other TRULY Representative Democratic Republic, she would have become our President.
      But, because of our antediluvian, anachronistic and ANTI democratic Electoral College we got a corrupt, treasonous, lying New York Gangster instead.

    The SCOTUS problem is not that it suffers from an intellectually faulty way of deciding cases. The problem is that it is a _corrupt_ court: from financial graft and hearing cases with which they have a connection, to actively intervening in an election to deny the electorate a decision before they cast their vote.

    • @pixality7902
      @pixality7902 16 дней назад

      Yea they just make up whatever bs would support their decision. Half the time its not even coherent (I'm looking at Alitos opinion on overturning Roe). They know it doesn't fool anyone. They don't care. They are corrupt and love the power of ruining millions of Americans lives. It makes them feel superior and tbh, the way our system is now, they are.
      Somehow they have personally evoked the strongest sense of hate ive ever had. There's something about murderers sitting on a bench acting holier than thou that particular grinds my gears. Murderers who opened the door to forcing babies to be born who cannot survive and will suffer. I put that at their feet because they knew exactly what would happen. Barrett was apparently not paying attention given how shocked she sounded about Idahos depravity. I wish the rest of us had the luxury of burying our head that far in the sand while getting to decide whatever we want for other people.

    Giving anyone a job in such an important role as the Supreme Court for life is totally ridiculous. There must be a certain length of tenure with the possibility of renewal depending on their actions and they ought to be elected by the government, the people.
