No, the position is “Accomplice General”
You can’t prosecute a prosecutor for not doing his job. Just as you can’t appeal or sue a prosecutor for prosecuting or not prosecuting. A prosecutor IS THE LAW when he’s deciding whom to prosecute or not. And changing the law so a prosecutor can be held responsible won’t happen in the next few millennia’s.
What could change though is if the prosecutor who has the “first call” to prosecute someone doesn’t…. then others need to step in.

It felt weird and smelled funny to many of us who were paying attention at the time but what could we do about it? How does a mere citizen sound an alarm that something skanky is going on at the DOJ? THIS is one more reason a free press is so important. Thank you, Rachel, for being our voice on a high profile platform.

Former AG Barr, also defied his subpoena, as did the non-lawyer Chair of the Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan, Committee members Scott Perry and Andy Biggs, and assorted trump cabinet members. I think that it might take Congress to do that because of the protections inherent in Barr’s official position.
There’d also likely be a statute of limitations problem soon, it’s all getting old now and just to cap it all off the current make-up of the Supreme Court isn’t likely to do anything other than support the objections that Barr would have to being prosecuted.
It’s wrong and it sucks so badly, but I don’t think Billy boy will ever answer for his transgressions.

Not prosecuting a sitting president is a policy, not a rule. They could change it anytime they choose.

Outrageous how not only did his sheer existence make a mockery of our beloved Fred Flintstone, but Barr's smarmy obstruction re investigations into Drumpf's rampant lawlessness combined w/his criminally complicit interference in Mueller's report, in multiple instances resulted in justice deferred/denied. All the while Rachel was sounding the alarm with factual presentation throughout.

Not sure how to dial down the political undercurrent while holding accountable political operatives/acts. Drump politicized DOJ (among other gov't departments), and there needs to a major effort to bring the gov't back to being professional > political.
