- So, lets start by me saying that I am an novice wood worker and not an expert when it comes to building shelving units. This project is great for heavy duty use but the instructions suck. Yes, I did mess up a little but I got the job done. Hope you guys find this useful. ENJOY!

Thank you for your video. I was looking at the instructions and thinking wtf were they thinking when they wrote these. I assembled it without the instructions but had leftover parts. Thanks to your video, I was able to confirm I assembled it correctly.

I have to say you made it easy to understand the instructions do suck I'm here at 1:30 in the morning assembling this and notice nobody has made a decent video on this it's all the extra little pieces that make it confusing I would love to do video on it I just don't have the time excellent video bro the best I have found on RUclips you made it super simple thanks!

So we were working on building ours and I paused the video right before you said you forgot the black plastic end caps. So did we. Oops.
Just wish those DeWalt instructions are ere better, but overall I’m very happy with my shelves. Great product just horrible instructions.
I hate when RUclipsrs do this. They should voice over that they made a mistake before leading everyone down the same path. This happened on an IKEA build and OMG, It took forever to back track and my wood was almost compromised. -ap

Yes directions are garbage. I guess Dewalt thinks if we are buying these we should figure it out. And the the cross beams with the hook shape on the end what were the holes on the end for? Kept thinking I was forgetting something.

Building mines at the moment and man you weren’t kidding. The instructions are wordy and small font. They didn’t do me all that good.

@@saultytexas definitely was, easy build but with all the lose parts it felt and started chaotic. One thing I couldn’t figure out were the rubber grips for the wire shelves. You’re video helped greatly.

Excellent video, I was hoping this had quick change shelfs for sizing (shelf height adjustment) but it looks like it is not.

Just built mine but it wobbles. Won’t sit level.
Not sure what could be causing that but I would make sure that the rubber bottoms and placed correctly
