Thanks for the walk through. I had better luck bolting the drawer slides on the bench first then sliding the drawer right in. Piece of cake assembly and a very sturdy bench.

They’re HORRIBLE. My husband told me to do it, because I assemble everything. These are easily the worst instructions I’ve ever see and I once had to assemble a shel with the wrong instructions and some extra pieces😂
Yes I totally agree if you watched my first video where my wife and I put together the 6 foot shelving unit we forgot the plastic pieces and it did take a while 😂 but we eventually got it and it was easier as we did all the 4 footers because it's the same to assemble and we did so many lol I feel your pain lol thank you for watching!👍👍👍😁

Thanx for the video. I just bought one today (super deal for $200 if your local store has any!) and saw the instructions and went HUH lol. I was hoping to use it for my 3d printer but a little worried about the thin top on it. We shall see.....
That's awesome! They are built tough with the supports in the shelving unit you wont have to worry about the shelfs, I stand on mine to get stuff off my wall lol

Go back through and make sure all the shelving is hammered in good and on a level surface! If it is on unlevel ground or the shelves are not in all the way it will cause a gap!

The drawer bolts/nuts don't screw far enough to hold the drawer walls up tight. There are:
2x (11)/(12) that worked, but only 2 of those and not 4 for all 4 corners.
4x (23)/(24) but the nuts have restrictors that don't allow them to tighten past a certain point.
I'm sure I'll figure out what I'm doing wrong, but maybe I can come back and post the solution for someone else. Conversely, it's possible they shipped those in the reverse quantities by accident.
I was just being too DAINTY. Reef on them with that little wrench, they'll be fine. Nice and snug.

Awesome video! Very helpful but I wanted to ask is there a good way and easy way to put a vice on the table? The main table looks quite thin and flimsy. Am thinking just a portable vice with a locking bar instead of the big fixed bolts.
I wouldn't recommend a vice the table would probably brake ,I don't think they are meant for anything more than stacking!👍

Thank you! Yeah unfortunately unlike the dewalt caster chairs in my other video the shelving units dont have the steel base in the footings they are hollow with plastic base caps ,although I'm tempted to weld some in once I cement😂 Thank you for watching!👍😁
One question on the drawer install - wouldn't it be easier to install the outside rails into the uprights first, then just push the drawer into the rails?
(I'm probably tackling this the next day or two)
Great comment! I'm sure as long as its lined up even with the rails it would work! I would probably definitely do the drawer first by itself with the 2 sides and no rails until the drawer is connected to both side rails and even then put the side rails on, just make sure you have your drawer at the level you want it because it can be a pain to take it all apart to move it. @@WhitehouseFarmVet finally did it today - I think it might have been slightly easier to push the drawer into the slides while in the rack, but only slightly. I'd say it's basically a wash 😁👍

I like this one compared to the max tool one. I like the height on this. Do you recommend it? How is it holding up?
I have 6 of them now!😂 and yes they are great and you can stack them or connect multiple together to fit your needs, no complaints on my end other than i wish they were cheaper!😉

How much of a gap is there between the drawer and the top? I work in a fab shop and wanted to get this but its a pretty dusty enviorment wondering if the dust would easily get into the drawer.
It's very minimal and I haven had to clean mine out, but I also don't work in a fab shop, if it's that dusty you probably want something more sealing! Good luck and thank you for watching!👍

Just built the 4 foot shelf but cant get it to sit level. Wobbles pretty bad. Ended up just having to use pads under one of the legs.
Go back through all you connections and use the rubber mallet to wack them down good then put your safety pins back in, you should notice a difference! Good luck and let me know! Thank you for watching!
