    • @truthedministry
      @truthedministry Год назад +2

      Non-business owners don't understand this, because your paycheck is gross and net revenue. Business owners understand that gross revenue doesn't equal money in the bank as you seem to think. $800k in a single day gross, but even with profit margins of %50, that is only a net of $400k for the products themselves. That doesn't include the cost of shipping, employee payroll, utilities, mortgages, vehicle rentals, travel, camera equipment, video hosting servers, and other costs that went into that $800k gross.
      This trial never got to cover net revenue (the amount they got to keep after all other expenses) for InfoWars, Free Speech Systems, or Alex Jones personally. Every time the defense tried to discuss net revenue or how much money Mr. Jones or his company has/had, it was chastised by the judge and plaintiffs. In 1999, Amazon had $1.6 billion in annual sales. Their net revenue that same year was -$719 million. So, $1.6 billion in revenue, but they had $2.319 billion in expenses. The only time we learned of any of InfoWars expenses was when the salary of Mr. Shroyer and the other InfoWars employees was discussed. It is possible that InfoWars and Alex Jones had substantial net revenues in the years covered by this trial, but it is also possible that they were losing money or making very little money that was completely exhausted by legal fees as they claim.

    I keep wondering why the trial went the way it did. Jones is already guilty. When he did not comply with discovery, he was defaulted to guilty. This is a series of trial on what $$ should Jones be paying. Whether Jones mentioned the plaintiff's name or not is irrelevant, he is guilty of causing them damage.

      I am suing you for the $1 billion dollars you stole from me. Better hope you don't get this judge as I will be demanding video, emails, text message, and financial records from you that show how you stole my $1 billion dollars. If you can't provide that evidence during discovery, you will be found guilty by default. By not providing evidence that either doesn't exist or that you don't have, you are guilty according to your own statements regarding the Alex Jones case.

    Why would ANYONE immediately jump onto the bandwagon of questioning the validity of what they heard about this horrible event. Info Wars - The name of his show alone speaks volumes. You can easily guess who his audience is. He knew what he was saying wasn’t true, but didn’t care. He was only interested in the viewers, revenue and sense of importance and power all of this gave him. What a terrible excuse for a human being. Completely soulless. In the meantime, he has other worries … the January 6th committee will be no king on his door before long. He may end up in prison yet. 🤞 Oh, and never hire a lawyer with a mullet, bad move.

      It reminds me of a case of an assault from like 10 years ago...the defendant brutally assaulted the victim and left her injured, laying in a ditch, and half-conscious. One of the defense's arguments, from a witness, was that it was "20 minutes of action" in an otherwise well-led life. What awful logic. You don't get to hurt, defame, threaten, or injure people and then claim "well I mostly didn't do that!". Illegality is illegality, and in AJ's case I don't think he's done much good anyway

    • @easyab
      @easyab Год назад

      This not a trial for alleged offenses or to decide if Mr. Jones is guilty or liable for anything. That has been already decided, he is a liar, manipulator and one of the main movers of the "Conspiracy Theory Mob". This was done intentionally over a ten year period for his own profit from $70 million per year in sales. His known associate in the Conspiracy Theory scam are still flourishing with the same methods. A juror may use the excuse of not having an important part of the story and not being able to ask Mr. Jones a pertinent question that will allow him to choose between $1 that Jones says is fair or $150 million that the Plaintiffs want.
      I think $150 Million is too cheap.
      It should be 2X the maximum reasonably estimated revenue. $70 million/yr X 5 years X 2 = $700 million
      Then go after Google, RUclips, facebook, CNN, and all the other media that published anything related to the Sandyhook Fake News Campaign for similar amounts.
