Yo gotta compare the Mixstream Pro Go vs Denon Prime Go now... which one is better as a battery powered unit to take out with you. I guess its the same comparison, just now the Mixstream doesn't need mains power. But another video wouldn't hurt especially with the latest FX and sampler updates to Engine OS...
Great comparison. I owned the Prime Go first, but after purchasing the Mixstream Pro, sold the Go. Although a DJ of over 25yrs, I no longer do events, just mix at home for fun, and upload mixes online. The Mixstream Pro is much better for me due to layout and functions that I use. Completely agree with the use of a Go as a backup in a live situation. Yes there are some features I miss, but there are always work arounds, eg the combo of filter and echo, does a good job of mimicking the Prime Go filter B option, but granted not quite the same and a little more work to achieve.
I have the mixstream and since I do mainly old school hip hop and classic house, this is the perfect controller for me. Im not really using the millions of efx to cover the fact that alot of folks dont beat match these days so the fact that its $400 cheaper sold me. Now if they had made it batter powered like the Prime Go, it would be a game changer. I always will have my SB3 and laptop in the trunk just in case but the fact that I can pop up in the barbershop and do a set, goto a friends kick back in the living room and do a set all without having to bring the DJ speakers is what sold me on it. BTW ive been in the game since 89 and have rode the evolution wave from analog to digital. great review
There is actually a way to mod the mixstream and batteries to it. Just google it there’s a page where some Chinese guy shows his modded mixstream and shows you how to do it.
I have a prime go and love it. I can take it with me anywhere and when I'm just sitting for an hour or so waiting for my kid to get finish with gymnastic and dance practice, I pull it out and get some much-needed time on the device getting practice in anytime I can. The price may not be ideal for beginners but if you can save up and wait to get the prime go do it you won't be disappointed. Hi, thanks for the video. I’m a fan of all djay products. I own a Stanton SCS4DJ, with the 5.0 firmware. This ten year old stand-alone controller was expensive back then. For its age, it can play flac format as well as mp3. It’s mains powered and battery pack which a 12v 22,000mha capacity. I tried it and it has power for more than 6 hours. Effects knobs are present with parameters and wet/dry. Happy to use this for as long as I can. If an aux is required then use the Handy Kutz mixer, it has a battery, and an innofader. Another alternative to stand-alone mixing would be a Reloop Mixtour with an iPad. It’s also 12v powered so a battery pack would suit it fine and save space. In Australia the Mixstream Pro retails at $1199, same price for an Akai MPC One. Cheers
I am very glad that the technology went down to more affordable units. That being said, I believe the GO is the one piece I am not planning on getting rid of in a long time. May replace the XZ when something comes out (and have the gigs to pay it). But the GO is just (almost) perfect.
I have the Prime 4 but am soon getting a backup - where I'm steering towards the Mixstream. Hopefully, I will never need to use a backup & so taking that into account, the cheaper Numark makes more sense to me. By definition, a backup will serve as just an emergency to finish the night or perhaps one or two gigs at most whilst you repair/replace your main unit. Therefore, I see things like fx not being important. They both use Engine & they are both standalones - ideal as a P4 backup. The Mixstream Pro may not have the battery but, like the Go, it does have the all important XLR out. The battery isn't important as a backup (for me) because I would already be set up with power in the first place. The mic inputs are poor on both units but again, for me, I am not a prolific mic user & again, as a backup unit, it is just a case of pushing through a gig or two until your main unit is back in action. The Prime Go was going to be my backup but the Mixstream has come out just in time to save me £400 😁. And.... the chances of being used as a backup are very slim but the Mixstream looks quite fun. As you point out, the speakers make it easy to just practice a quick mix or prep music on your SD without firing up your main unit. Both are good backups & will serve different folks, depending on what they are looking for (as you say). Great video Terry - as always. 😎🍻
Spot on review! I have the GO and played on the mixstream pro the other week, great device but touch and feel seemed a little underwhelming however for what it is and the price, it’s a no brainer for anyone starting out. The jogs are small and fiddly on the Go but at the same time the resolution is very nice, if only they were a bit bigger but then I have The Prime 4 too to play with bigger jogs. I like the fact that I can sit on my couch with the prime go not plugged into anything and just prep.
So for clarification, a newbie like me should get the Mixstream? I just received my Prime Go today but would not mind saving $500 for something better suited for a beginner.
Had the Numark for a while, and you can't even use the speakers as monitors at home. The controls are cramped and the space would have been better used for more pads and a longer pitch slider. Engine OS is good, but doesn't take kindly to pitching a tune up with key lock on.
@@stevenguillory9716 they both have odd layouts but I would rather have the Go. The Numark sacrifices ergonomics for the speakers, which are awful.. Plus the Go is pro level gear with the build and outputs. As a beginner you are getting used to something pretty idiosyncratic in both cases, you'd be better off with a classic mixer layout imo.
@@stevenguillory9716 a basic two channel pioneer style battle mixer is a good start. I do like the split cue on the Numark though. Learning to mix in your headphones is a very useful skill. No getting round the fact that Rekordbox is industry standard if you ever want to play out.
I've had a Prime 4 for a few years now and LOVE IT! I recently picked up a Prime Go, primarily as a back up, but dang if I'm not having a blast with that little beast! I can see me taking it out for a lot of excursions, especially into those hard to reach locations where there might not be a plug for the Prime 4. BTW... If I had a kid that I was teaching to be a DJ, I would get them a Mixstream pro. 😉
great review - all the thing stouched u want to know. when you consider the prime go is double the price of the Mixstream + Jogwheel and Eq Positioning its kind of a no brainer - especially as a backup system. the biggest minus for me is the missing loop button. how can you play loops on the mixstream?
I prefer the Prime Go for it being battery powered, having more effects, the Ethernet port for integration with bigger setups (clubs, festivals) and the AUX input I find useful... But my budget told me to go for the Mixstream Pro so I went for it. Numark making a full Engine DJ experience for such a price was a blessing for me ! I could buy it and I know it will be useful for training but also for some gigs since it has most of Engine DJ's features andprofessional level audio outputs ! Plus it has bigger jogwheels, proper vertical layout for the EQs...I wouldn't mind if Denon made the potential next prime Go model a little bit bigger so it could have both of these too... But, after more time and experience (and budget), I think I will switch to a Prime Go (if I still keep this idea of playing anywhere with the battery powered speaker I already own)... Or maybe a Prime 2 or 4 which almost have the same features of a full setup (If I don't keep my idea of playing anywhere or just get an external battery to power the gear)...
Terry, thank you for your review! You killed it. I've got a Numark Mixdeck Quad and I love it. I can run 4 turntables, CD, or USB per side, AND it's 4 Channels. The controller has special effects too but that isn't as important as delivery of the music. It's 'ancient' as Numark doesn't make them anymore. I've used it hard at every one of my gigs and I've been checking out new boards because the last thing I want at any of my events is for my board to go down... the battery is a thoughtful touch...still not enough inputs for me on either board. I definitely needed your review. DJ GURRL
The Mixstream is perfect for practicing, and rocking small parties, but if I want to really throw down in front of 200 people, then I'll stick with the Prime Go. Nevertheless, the Mixstream is a fine backup in case the Prime Go has Prime went.
2:41 So the Go has a dual filter ...... but the mixstream has that too, with those big filter knobs top next of the screen. The way it is presented sounds like there is no dual filter on mixstream. 4:13 + 6:49 How do they both "doesn't have EQ" with 3 dedicated low mid high knobs ?
I don’t think I could go with the prime go just for the whole layout alone , small jogs and eq in such a random place , It should always be near the channel fader it relates to imo.
I have the prime go and love it. I like that it's a solid gear. This was a somewhat natural transition to the dmc 6000 mixer that I had for years and sold it to get the prime go.. The learning curve for me was the engine software..I came from Traktor and its my go to software.. Now, I don't do gigs like I use to but I do continue to dj and stay on top of what's going on and I'm also a big fan of gear, borderline addiction. This is probably the begining of what prime go started with standards in this portable dj controller segment. Lets what pioneer comes back with. We all know if pioneer sees this as a profitable market,, then damn, they will make a controller to counter. If pioneer wants to play, tgey jave to start with an aluminum case, not that plastic shit they are putting out. This a great comparison and really enjoy these videos.
I have to get a new mixing console. This is just a parttime hobby of mine. If someone needs a DJ and asks me. Thas when I take out my set. I love mixing though so what should I buy for the time that I will actually be using it
If the numark existed around the same time, i probably would've bought it instead. My dream device would have qualities of both actually. Like battery but also just a bit larger with traditional layout. We know it's possible now.
I just got the mixstream pro and after 2 days playing with it Im returning it and getting the prime go, the fact that I'm unable to modify the fx's is killing me.
The one thing I am impressed by both is the idea of having a backup DJ system that is stand-alone. I wish Pioneer would follow suit but I'm afraid they won't. The only reason I may not purchase is the Engine Software. It is not in turn with Rekorbox and I am not sure if I am ready to learn another DJ software. If I would choose one, It would be the Numark Mixstream Pro. I would use it for home use and take my DDJ 800 out on gigs. That's where I am at right. I would like a stand-alone for my live streams and online show and won't kill my wallet.
Wooden it be great if they had eqs on the mic in the prime go I have the numark midstream I just put it though a pa system I love the prime go but without the eqs on the mic mmm I don't no
Denon DJ Equipment is always going to be made solidly. They, IMO, pride themselves in bringing quality equipment to the market so I'm not surprised this is built like a tank. I still have the 2 channel X600 and it has a little weight to it. If that mixer was Serato ready, I would still be using it and would not have gotten the Rane 70 but I digress. The Prime Go would be best for the pro mobile dj and the Mixstream Pro for a beginner, as you stated. However, neither would be a bad choice as a backup and I would lean towards the Go.
I totally agree. My previous controller DN-MC6000 MK1 that came with Tracktor, has always been solid for me and it served its purpose for me putting out my occasional Techno/Deep/House mixes for my podcast. I have to say, it lasted for a long time as second hand. My only reason for selling it, I couldn't control one of the channels except through Trator. I still love Traktor so it was a no Brainer to go with the S3 MK3. If Traktor would've had their stuff together, there would've been more hardware from Denon to support Traktor. There seems to be a shift on all these companies making hardware for their software. Serato and Virtual Dj are the only ones without their own hardware..sorry. I went off on a tangent there.
Spot on review the only annoying thing for me on the Prime Go is lack of metering on cueing is annoying. I like to set the trim on a track before mixing in to another track, I’m more of a old school DJ who started on SL1200s. I use my Prime go mainly as a backup with my Pioneer but if the work picks I would consider getting another Prime controller. I would add I would have liked a midi out to be able to record from the Prime Go to say a computer, it’s lack of midi support for virtual DJ computer software is understandable it’s a stand alone system.
Hi @ClevelandTerry, do you know if we can put an innofader into the mixstream pro? The actual cut-in is just horrible and cannot be set on the settings...
If I was just starting out and didn't have a controller or anything, I'd 100% get the mixstream. I'm mostly a home hobbyist and I'm now using a mixer with a second hand sc5000, but if I wanted to play parties where I had to bring gear, I'd get the denon. Better construction and better looping controls are a must imo. Great time to be a dj regardless, though. So many good options.
I thought I was okay with using the Mixstream's pads in loop mode, but once I was in a live situation, it quickly became a constant pain to switch pad modes and pick the right pad(s) just to do some basic looping that the Prime GO's per-deck dedicated autoloop knobs would do in an instant. Hands on with the Prime GO, no such problems, plus easy access to jump/move modes. And then there are the fx sections on each unit. No contest, the GO wins easily. But I did like the paddles on the Numark.
@@djspacepussy Great honest opinion & personal review. Thank you for going in great depth with your usage on the units. I have the Prime 4 & I love it.
So maybe I'm missing something. But if I don't have power, what is powering the speakers etc? I wish that they had a prime 1, no battery and £499... What's the battery usecase for a DJ, battery speakers? Maui go type gig?
love your way and videos so fresh and unique in the sea of RUclips ! any news you know of from pioneer releasing new all in 1 like Mixstream or the denon ? maybe a successor for the ddj400? any new from pioneer on this or any other manufacture to put out an entrance dj controller with wifi \battery?
Thanks for the video, great content, however I disagree, I have a Prime 4 & the Mixstream as a back up which is exactly what I wanted as a back up system without all the bells and whistles
I don't know why, but it seem that Numark is the better deal and offers better quality regarding buttons, faders and so on. It's a much cheaper Denon without the battery!
Just come across your Vid, Great BTW... However, new update on Midstream Pro just come out..Does this affect your assessment? Also I am a Pro DJ have various residencies in UK, but have alway used my Numark NV for nearly 8 years, (due to can't afford Pioneer or Denon), would the Mixstream be a step up from the NV Controller, would like to get a Standalone, but not sure if now is the right time.. your thoughts please
I have the Prime Go and love its portability but Numark coming into the game like this aiming at beginners is showing where hardware is deffo going so all is good.
If you want the price, don't wait for Pioneer as you'll never have this from them. They keep their prices high as an argument like "We are for the professionals, we can't be cheap"... For example, the Mixstream Pro is more capable than the XDJ-RR and it costs almost half the price ! And even the new XDJ-RX3 is lacking some big features even the Mixstream Pro has, such as on the fly track analyzing, music streaming or lighting control...
@@piurtv Just wishful thinking lol I'm looking at the Newmark for my first all in one. But I would pay more for the same from Pioneer. The new $2k one is nice but pricey for what I need. And the Newark does have more.
Thank you for the review!!!! The review was on point. I’ve been looking for a back up and I felt that prime go was the one but the price always held me back. When the numark mixstream came out it was the right price for me but I felt that the speakers made it look like a toy or cheesy. I found a good deal 15 percent off and got it yesterday anyway. After using it for about 5 hours I felt like is pretty solid piece of equipment. With that said, will I do a wedding with this NO unless is a friend house party or something like that. I have my main system for that. Can this be a back up system in case something goes wrong Yes it can. About the speakers - it’s nice to just turn it on and start mixing or come up with some sets . They sound decent but as Cleveland says you can’t use them for a party or monitors.
Thank you for nice review I have one. Even beginner will find it boring, quite quickly. Price point, now that I bought it. Too expensive. The abilities are extremely limited. Guys, try it before ordering it.
Hi ! Great review ! Question i do have the prime go since very recently but i wonder what the sense is of internal batteries during a gig if you also need to power your speakers ? For me the battery is not the big feature at all to be honnest ;-) ... any thoughts ? Thanks ! Philippe
Is there a way to save your cue points when using a streaming service I spent over an hour setting them shut it down for the night and they were all gone when I turned my mixstream pro back on the next morning
Mate how can you put a numark dj vs demion dj controller mate U kown was gowing to win the demion dj go it is one of the best dj controller you can bey for less them £1.000 mate
I’ll wait to see what used prices are like on the Numark but ultimately as a pure mobile battery option the Go makes so much sense or as a dedicate backup. as a completely battery powered setup combined with a pair of the eonmk2 columns I could see so many uses in the very small and remote events. However a usb powered ddj 400 does the same thing. I think the think that would completely sell me would be the denon sj desktop software being able to directly control the players. I just like having a screen physical keyboard etc.
I have attached a small wireless keyboard to my Denon Prime 4 and it works great in the engine environment. It also passes through to the computer when not in standalone mode, big... huge, PLUS.
@@DJLEOdamadprofessor yes, I use an "Rii Model RKM709 wireless keyboard & mouse combo" got it on Amazon, not very expensive. Been using it since March of this year. Mouse is not detected, yet anyway. Thank you. Great video as always 👍. Was just wondering though, I know you can't modify the FX on the mixstream Pro but can you modify the loop on it at all?
There is no loop function on the Mixstream Pro unfortunately, but I'd expect to see it somewhere down the line as a firmware update, I'd say hold off if you're a DJ who relies on looping for their sets.
Yo this video was awesome I just purchased a mix stream pro before I found this video and I’m glad I did. I just gave my son my pioneer Ddj because I needed something a little more beginner friendly. Also The wireless feature did not make since to me seeing how my speakers need power to play. Any way great coverage for both of these players 👍
silly to compare the two The Denon Prime Go is just that, the reason why they call it "Go" is to satisfy users looking to use the unit in a battery only on the go situation. Two different animals, not a good choice of controllers to compare
@@ClevelandTerry what part of what I said is wrong? The market for Dennon Go is for portable DJ use, the Numark does not fall into that category. It is like the JBL Bose etc that have battery powered speakers, you can compare the speakers for people looking to purchase speakers with that feature. Until another controller comes out with the portable feature its useless.

My two favorites at this moment. Thank you so much. Greetings from brazil
@@thomasamos4055 Good point. I did get a Traktor S2 the other day to try out. I love the simple layout.
I would like to have one but I don't have the money to complete it, who can help me please
Does the Prime Go have a LAN port ? I seem to remember seeing one
great review - all the thing stouched u want to know. when you consider the prime go is double the price of the Mixstream + Jogwheel and Eq Positioning its kind of a no brainer - especially as a backup system. the biggest minus for me is the missing loop button. how can you play loops on the mixstream?
Prime Go for me for sure!
The smaller more portable size, also the fact that it has a batter and XLR for mic. It really a pro device.
I would like to have one but I don't have the money to complete it, who can help me please
DJ GURRL
👍🏾
The Mixstream is perfect for practicing, and rocking small parties, but if I want to really throw down in front of 200 people, then I'll stick with the Prime Go. Nevertheless, the Mixstream is a fine backup in case the Prime Go has Prime went.
2:41 So the Go has a dual filter ...... but the mixstream has that too, with those big filter knobs top next of the screen. The way it is presented sounds like there is no dual filter on mixstream.
4:13 + 6:49 How do they both "doesn't have EQ" with 3 dedicated low mid high knobs ?
Mic eq
Thank you
I would like to have one but I don't have the money to complete it, who can help me please
great comparison thank you! i've been trying to decide between them for the Burning Thing.
Redo with the Pro+? The fx implementation is also much improved from this point...
I have to get a new mixing console. This is just a parttime hobby of mine. If someone needs a DJ and asks me. Thas when I take out my set. I love mixing though so what should I buy for the time that I will actually be using it
I have the Mixstream and for $600 you can't beat it. I have had some issues with software slowing a bit however
If the numark existed around the same time, i probably would've bought it instead. My dream device would have qualities of both actually. Like battery but also just a bit larger with traditional layout. We know it's possible now.
I just got the mixstream pro and after 2 days playing with it Im returning it and getting the prime go, the fact that I'm unable to modify the fx's is killing me.
Totally agree with your assessment. I also think thank all devices (controllers and standalones) should have an aux input for backup.
Although I love the Mixstream, the lack of battery power was a dealbreaker for me and I got the Prime Go.
could you scratch at all on the Prime Go? I understand the jogwheels are tiny but how's the crossfader?
@Cleveland Terry Did Numark ever add those extras you mentioned lately with their software updates?
Great review I just got the mixstream last week and I was asking the same questions you answered bro
As seasoned dj, I don't need a lot of fx. So, mixstream pro is what I need.
I mixed on the go last night. It's a little tricky to use def need a little practice on it to be fluid
Good comparison Terry...great video you answered all my questions.
great comparison , thank you so much for your advice
Awesome review!
Man I wish the denon had effects for the mics. It would make it 100% perfect for me. Great review
Great review! For all the scratch DJs out there. Can you adjust the crossfader curve in the software? (Mixstream Pro)
You may record inside Prime Go, to any of memory data ports (USB or SDcard).
Thanks for your honest thoughts!! Really helpful. Can the Prime Go be used as an audio interface as it has audio inputs?
Exactly what I'm wondering right now, ie.what can the Denon go do that the mixstream can't, apart from the battery powered go 🤔
Hopefully I answered it lol
@@ClevelandTerry yeah, still don't know which to buy though 😂
Hi @ClevelandTerry, do you know if we can put an innofader into the mixstream pro? The actual cut-in is just horrible and cannot be set on the settings...
Mix pro is perfect for a back up, or if you are just getting started in djing.
I would like to have one but I don't have the money to complete it, who can help me please
Great review! I love my prime go so much that I have left my technics and rane 72 behind full of dust!!!
Excellent video CT! Keep up the great work.
Alto Stealth Pro Wireless system is pretty amazing. Works very well!
Thanks for the video, great content, however I disagree, I have a Prime 4 & the Mixstream as a back up which is exactly what I wanted as a back up system without all the bells and whistles
Great clip and comparison!! What draws me to the Prime Go is the size lets me integrate into a portable rack-based turnkey system
I don't know why, but it seem that Numark is the better deal and offers better quality regarding buttons, faders and so on.
It's a much cheaper Denon without the battery!
Olá! Aqui do Brasil. Sou DJ profissional, uso o Traktor S4, estou buscando trocar o sistema principal, não uso backup, o que me indicaria?
I think these companies have NOO idea how much you help their bottom lines. You should have more sponsors.
Terry what's the price of the Denon prime 4 in the states now, the price has jumped quite a bit here in Ireland
I have the Prime Go and love its portability but Numark coming into the game like this aiming at beginners is showing where hardware is deffo going so all is good.
I need those Nemark jogs on the Denon with the Newmark price lol. "Waits for Pioneer"
Maybe with the prime go 2?
Pioneer drops the opus lol
the price on the Opus Quad is over $3k, hahahahaha, expect at least $2k for a smaller portable version with batteries
No dedicated loop button? So can you still loop on the numark?
Prime go is always ready. Less to set up. Just plug the speakers to it and your good! Period!!
Does the Engine play Itunes purchased music. And can you hook up a Keyboard in and or do either support an external MOnitor
You mentioned that a phone can be hooked up to the system, question, I have traxsource tracks on my phone can I download them into either system.?
Nice one. What’s good T.
"This can do some things!,..but this does everything"....im sold 👍
Thank you for nice review
I have one. Even beginner will find it boring, quite quickly.
Price point, now that I bought it. Too expensive. The abilities are extremely limited.
Guys, try it before ordering it.
What is limiting about it and which one are you referring too.
Great review... But are extern speakers possible with Numark?
Hi ! Great review ! Question i do have the prime go since very recently but i wonder what the sense is of internal batteries during a gig if you also need to power your speakers ? For me the battery is not the big feature at all to be honnest ;-) ... any thoughts ? Thanks ! Philippe
You can’t power your speakers with prime. Are you speaking of usb Bus power?
Terry you are the man. love your videos...thank you. I stick to the pioneer xs3
Is there a way to save your cue points when using a streaming service I spent over an hour setting them shut it down for the night and they were all gone when I turned my mixstream pro back on the next morning
Your cues should be saving the info in the meta data.
How would I look to see where it's saved at this is my first stand alone mixer missing serato pro already
Prime Go all the way. The MIXSTREAM is definitely an entry-level piece of gear.
Hey , So would the denon prime go be great for wedding?
Mate how can you put a numark dj vs demion dj controller mate U kown was gowing to win the demion dj go it is one of the best dj controller you can bey for less them £1.000 mate
The greatest gripe with the go when it first launched was price point just saying😉
Thanks for the information
I’ll wait to see what used prices are like on the Numark but ultimately as a pure mobile battery option the Go makes so much sense or as a dedicate backup. as a completely battery powered setup combined with a pair of the eonmk2 columns I could see so many uses in the very small and remote events. However a usb powered ddj 400 does the same thing. I think the think that would completely sell me would be the denon sj desktop software being able to directly control the players. I just like having a screen physical keyboard etc.
I have attached a small wireless keyboard to my Denon Prime 4 and it works great in the engine environment. It also passes through to the computer when not in standalone mode, big... huge, PLUS.
@@djchrisdisc really so the prime runs a key board
@@DJLEOdamadprofessor yes, I use an "Rii Model RKM709 wireless keyboard & mouse combo" got it on Amazon, not very expensive. Been using it since March of this year. Mouse is not detected, yet anyway. I just don't like to reach to type, puts a strain on your back reaching out. Anything that keeps you from hunching over is a good thing in my book. Rii makes really cool and excellent PC accessories.
@@djchrisdisc Im thinking there’s almost nothing at this point keeping me from a prime 4. Other price but when I think about a labtop and ddj1000 that’s basically the same price. So really. Thanks now I gotta que point 10000 songs, lol! 2022 is gonna be fun unless pioneer decide to step there game up. Especially recordbox lighting and the XDJ series.
@@jamessmith8155 oh damn. I can't imagine putting all these features like a SCREEN and not a looping feature 🤔
@@jamessmith8155 the loop is on the pads , you press saved loop and then the first pad is used to make the loop. You can 8 saved loops.
Will the Denon Prime ever going get stems
Does the Denon have a LAN port ? For live streaming?
Live streaming what? Music or like twitch, RUclips etc?
Yo this video was awesome I just purchased a mix stream pro before I found this video and I’m glad I did. I just gave my son my pioneer Ddj because I needed something a little more beginner friendly. Also The wireless feature did not make since to me seeing how my speakers need power to play. Any way great coverage for both of these players 👍
Great review
Hello sir, do you think the Mixstream fits in a typical backpack or a larger backpack?
It’s a little too big for backpacks imo.
silly to compare the two The Denon Prime Go is just that, the reason why they call it "Go" is to satisfy users looking to use the unit in a battery only on the go situation. Two different animals, not a good choice of controllers to compare
I completely disagree and that’s ok. 😀
@@ClevelandTerry what part of what I said is wrong? The market for Dennon Go is for portable DJ use, the Numark does not fall into that category. It is like the JBL Bose etc that have battery powered speakers, you can compare the speakers for people looking to purchase speakers with that feature. Until another controller comes out with the portable feature its useless.
is there a way I can turn the Denon prime go into a 4 channel with a add on accessory?
You can turn it into a 3 channel using Aux
@@ClevelandTerry what about reloop neon? is that accessable on engine? can I use that as a accessory and be able to access all 4 decks?
Nope. This system is only 2 channels. You’d need a secondary audio source into aux for the a pseudo third channel

I wish the prime 2 was wireless. Prime 2 go 👍🏾
