    Is it okay that right now I cannot connect the dots? In the end you asked if I had a different understanding, but i didn't. All I know is that I'm scared that i won't be able to do the things that are needed to live fully in the present with contention.

      Yes it’s ok, let it happen in its own time. Try to loosen your grip and let it flow through you. It’s ok to be scared, observe it and try not to attach to that feeling, you’re doing better than you think. There is no pressure, it will come and it will go and you will get there. Good luck 🙏
