Tak! Thank you! I love this meditation - the shifting between sides in the body, the mind engagement that totally relaxes the brain and body 🙏🏻. I would love a “full “ yoga nidra from your hand with the shiftings between images and shiftings in emotions. My brain, body and soul were deeply relaxed and in harmony after this meditation. Ready for a new December day 😊 Thank you 🙏🏻
Thankyou so sooo much for this ❤I was feeling really disregulated today like really stuck in a place that felt so in fight flight that I was so tired, but so wired and my body and mind was feeling super off. I felt like I needed to rest or nap but "knew" there was no way in this state it would happen...or even if I dud manage to fall asleep it won't help. But I came accross your meditation and reclined and got comfy and started to atleast feel a little safer....next thing I know I'm waking up right at the end of the meditation after falling asleep for 90% of it ❤😅 I know normally the goal isn't to fall asleep but it was actually kind of amazing that I went from the state I was in to being able to nap 🫶🙏 Thankyou !!
Wonderful practice for emotional overwhelm due to extreme fatigue (in my case, overdoing it with CFS/ME) - left me feeling calm & rested - more ready & able to meet the day & its challenges with patience, acceptance & equanimity. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙏🏻 🌺 💖
This was really lovely Karena 👌 Was feeling very frazzled and couldn’t switch off and, once again, your soothing, patient instructions brought me back and centred. I really loved this 1 and will be saving and revisiting this 1. Thank you 🙏💚
I actually felt deeply relaxed and restored, which can be really hard to do when I’m this tired. Loved the bringing the image/metaphor to each body part, it automatically brought the relaxation to the area just by placing that organic image there. Thankyou, I will be using this as a go to yoga nidra when I need it
I woke up ruminating and dipped into this podcast. This meditation made me smile 😊 thank you. I imagined my relaxed state as soft caramel on a fluffy white cloud. Very relaxing process, felt like having a whole body massage
That's a good suggestion! ❤ Also, most of my meditations begin with a regulation exercise (either breathing in a certain way or Havening) that should be very supportive if you're feeling dissociative.
The pure stillness in my body at the end of this meditation was incredible. Thank you so much for this meditation ❤
love this
