If you want to stop being an overthinker, you must understand this.
This is the first meditation that has actually worked for me. Usually with guided meditations, just as I feel I'm starting to make progress it changes tone to talk about replacing these negative emotions with positive ones. But that's not what I'm trying to do. I'm too good at dismissing and burying my feelings before I can actually feel them. This helped me bring them to the surface and feel them fully.
The release that I received the first time doing this meditation was so intense that it shifted my entire emotional awareness. Since I have been using it, I am able to recognize when I have a big feeling that needs to be set free. Thank you so much!

The question at the end was how we're when we started listening then how were we and what was our mood after? If i remember the question right. I wasn't in the best mood when starting this. Not super bad but not the best either. When I had a warm bath and listened it changed. Now I'm in an orange mood, yes moods have colors and a relaxing bath or a meditation can bring an orange mood. Orange is a bright uplifting color. But now I'm out and dry and the sound off the dark mood is coming back. I'm going to bed now

Wonderful meditation ❤ I love your nidra body scan. It’s like a butterfly wawing its wings over the body. It took me to a very peaceful state where I met calm and peace. Thought this was the true self but at the end feelings of of joy and freedom unleashed itself and showed me side that there was no room for when I was a child. I learned that it’s okay to sit with myself in my body rather than my head. I learned it’s okay to use my body as a vessel for my thoughts, feelings, and soul. I am safe and it is okay to trust and be here in the present moment. To be one with myself.
