    Thank you so much for this. Last night I was on the verge of a panic attack, fixating on some health issues a loved one is experiencing. I was feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty and helplessness. This meditation calmed me down and gave me some new perspectives. I let myself cry and release some emotion, but was kind to myself about it and then was able to sleep, rather than laying awake all night ruminating. Your techniques are really effective, I always gain a lot from your content and truly appreciate it. ❤❤

    I’m so glad I found this! I tried so hard with affirmations about abundance and manifestation, listening every day because apparently 21 days can reprogram the mind according to the audio, but I just found myself in the same place if not worse because I felt bad or guilty or that there was something wrong with me since it wasn’t working. Thanks so much for making sense of it and making me feel ok. You’re voice is so soothing and I’ve never heard of havening which was so sweet and comforting,

    I’ve recently lost my dad, and been running around dealing with all the legal stuff... and really really wanted a good cry but not been able to... after a sleepless night I looked at my you tube and the algorithm threw up your video... I listened and I could finally cry, not intense but the release was very great.. I’ve just listened to one on your Spotify and ended up letting it run and listened to a few ... and feeling considerably better... thanks again Mark

    I have done this twice now and each time the tension in between my shoulder blades has been released. I'm starting to realize that that same tension that feels crippling at times is the main spot my body holds pent up emotions and trauma. I have released deep sorrow and anger from a mother wound as well as shame and guilt. This is amazing and so necessary for me. Absolutely life changing!! Thank you!!
