Oddly enough, I felt angry. I’m a very happy person (with anxiety 😂) but that’s what I felt. It was deep seated anger and it was heavy in the center of my chest, like a rock. It was black and grey. It’s such a strange thing but I could answer all your questions. The rock was smooth on top but sharp and jagged on the bottom. Afterward I needed warmth and kindness and touch which is also strange because I am generally someone who does not like to be touched but I needed it from myself. I will tell you this, it was very interesting 😅
That is interesting! I'm so glad that you got to work with that part of you that's angry. It's so healing to connect with our emotions in this way. Thanks for sharing. ❤
I often find that when I am feeling anxious and really sit with it, that it turns out to be deeply buried anger. Such a powerful energy to have stuck in the body.
Wow! I was just thinking today that I need to find a meditation to do this. Amazing timing! Thank you for releasing these for free. I really appreciate it
Thank you for this. I connected with sheer terror, and was able to sit with it until it moved through and transformed into something much more protective.
I think I have that too. It’s so hard to follow anything I have to imagine or visualize. SonI usually avoid meditation that involves it because it just causes me frustration.
@ Hi Celsa! I completely understand your frustration! I love acquiring and sharing information especially when of significant impact to the person. I only learned about it serendipitously in therapy when already >40. Tbh it’s probably the only thing I wish I had never been told about because it literally sounds like a 6th sense or magical power. All my life thinking that common phrases were merely figures of speech and not literal. That 97% of humans can literally construct this animated vision of sheep jumping over a fence and that reading rainbow was legit for the majority that you can pickup a book and imagine yourself anywhere. Not sure if you leisure read, like novels and such, but people who don’t have the condition literally create this movie in their minds I as they’re reading these books and that’s why people often say the movie wasn’t like the book because it doesn’t match the movie that they envisioned. Anyhow, while there were some relief in knowing that I can just give up on the Try to imagine or try to visualize thing come on there is also this profound sadness in the closest to mental imagery that I’ll ever get to is in the form of dreams. There’s good content on yt. I think the most popular is this visual artist who details her life experience through animation and you’ll likely relate to a lot of it.
@ also I’ve been doing yoga nidra. I like Loren runion as she also has aphantasia so she creates a lot of her guided meditations without visualization or suggestions around it. Meditation is integral imho and yoga nidra imo is a great start because you literally just lay down and listen. Try it out for a week but don’t try doing anything longer than 10-15min.

This is very helpful as I see how I built a wall to avoid people. This has only made me isolated and afraid.
Bellissima grazie ❤❤
You're so welcome. ❤
Any recs or maybe a potential playlist of your content that doesn’t involve imagery (I have aphantasia :/ )
