    This was a beautiful experience for me. I had a dense, muddy brown lift and lighten into a lovely latte color. I feel like I released some fear, grief and pain. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world. ✨

    This was amazing , thank you. My colour and shape were like an explosive ball of shards of colours. At the end it was a rainbow which I have always found special. It showed me how it was trying to protect me. There is so much more, which is enlightening though not surprising. A blonde young lady appeared holding my hand before you mentioned, "guide". I had tears which I normally find hard to have. Thank you from my much more peaceful heart. 💞

    Releasing grief is so painful. Is there a somatic healing therapy for that Please?
