📌Hey everyone, it’s Stepten! If you want my FREE HOME BUYING GUIDE with information on all things about KILLEEN, TEXAS, you can download it here: connect.buyorsellrealestatenow.com/killeentexasrelocationguide
I live in Harker heights. Things changed soo much over past years. We bought our house in 2018 for $150k. It’s now worth about $280k. Also agree with the speed limit. It’s worse in heights.
Glad that Killeen raised the speed limit from 35 mph to 45 mph on Rosewood. On Stillhouse Hollow in Heights and utilities get sketchy in south Heights/Killeen with Bartlett Electric ($43.50/mo. customer charge before you even get electricity) and CenturyLink/Brightspeed, but I fortunately have Spectrum.
I've delivered products for a company to Killeen Texas back in 2015. Back then, it seemed like a nice clean peaceful city to reside in. Now, I'm wanting to move out of Houston for personal reasons. But first off, I don't know yet where to move to, which is why I was watching this video to give me an idea. Also, I would need to know where I could work so that I can immediately afford what ever bills I would encounter. I have a stable job here in Houston but it doesn't pay much. I wouldn't know where to start in order to leave this city once and for all. Should I get a job somewhere else first and then move or move first and then find a job within the new city 🤔.
Definitely find a job first. Not sure what you do for a living but if you are open to commuting then maybe look in the Austin area for work and commute back and forth to Killeen. Personally I wouldn’t move unless I had a job lined up
i hope the prices will stay low until 2026 thats when i pcs to cavazos. but with my luck it will skyrocket at the worst time 🥴 but great video i appreciate this channel 👍
Thank for watching! I don’t think it will have skyrocketed by then but I do predict about a 5-10% increase over the next 2 years all depending on interest rates

we need 2017 Killeen houses prices again. 😂
That would be nice!!
I lived in Killeen back in 2009. Rent prices were $550-650 for 2 bdrm Apartments
Its best to rent
Now’s not a bad time to rent. It’s less expensive for sure.
Is 1700monthly for 4/2
2100sq house
6000sq lot
To low or too high?
Private house
For rent? Sounds good.
killeen is way to expensive for me
I definitely feel you on that
Depends which part of Killeen!
