First time I’ve practiced with one of your lessons. Things i loved about this: 1) great balance of work on strength, balance, and flexibility; 2) good length for a parent looking for an efficient yoga workout; 3) poses are creative, and sequenced into a very nice flow; 4) a real shavasana lasting several minutes, not the standard youtube “enjoy your shavasana” then blaring advertisements. 10/10, thank you.

21/01/23 I enjoyed the practice this morning. It was sweaty challenging sequence for me esp from 3 legged downward dog to figure 4 standing fwd fold, walking back and forth on the mat 😁😀💪🏾 but managed. Thanks Tana for sharing your practice with me 🙏🏾

i am enjoying doing yoga with you every morning. I normally do a 20 to 30 min practice intermediate. However, on the weekend it would be great if the were more 45-60 yoga I could use.

This was such a lovely and unique practice! I was struggling a little bit with going from a figure 4 downward dog into the back space of my mat to standing figure 4 but it was so much fun! I also did this practice outside: just the right amount of grounding, peace and a challenge!

I usually have a tea with me during practice as I can steal sips between poses but with your practices I am always left with a full mug at the end. You certainly keep us busy throughout the whole practice! Time well used!🥰
