These videos are great! Thank you very much for posting them. I recently started using bands because I have golfers elbow I’ve been looking for some thing that allows me to train while reducing the wear and tear on the joints in my elbow. Do you have any recommendations for exercises that might help with that and allow me to recover? Also, do you feel that resistance band training allows one to not simply build muscle but also gain a lot of strength? I’ve was using kettle bells, and really like those, but if I could switch to bands primarily I think my joints would be happier over the course of my life. Thanks again.

Cameron. Your thoughts on RBT are spot on. I would check out Scratch Golf Training for training ideas Do believe bands can build usable strength

Also that is a great point you can step back a little to get a few more reps Although you don't have to.You can also stay heavy and go to complete failure for 10 to 12 reps without stepping back. The only time I do a set where I step back is if I'm going really heavy and I can only get 6 il step back and get 2 more and step back again and do 2 more.Or you can do 6 to 8 reps and do a drop set and let go of one of the bands and do 3 to 5 more, there are so many options with bands and I like to switch up every 4 weeks and incorporate different things.

Your muscles don't know the difference between a piece of iron,a band,a elephant,it only know resistance.
