    I went from free weights to using tube resistance to Dave flat bands. Dave bands are the best. I don't get paid for saying this, but it's the truth. I am impressed with the quality of the bands, and his instructions are top-notch. I just purchased the fitness package.
    I am looking forward to using the different bands.

    I LOVE our bands from you! Thank you so much for all the info you put out there for us. My workouts are killer and never boring. Bands make muscle training almost limitless. Keep up the good work!

    Resistance bands are killer sir. I usually workout with my bodyweight but I add some band exercises too. I use a 1m long pipe when I train resistance bands and here are my favourite exercises
    1. Band push down ( attached a pull up bar)
    2. Wide grip upright rows (with pipe)
    3. Hammer curls
    4. Pipe curls
    5. Romanian band pull
    6. Banded Push ups
    7. One arm band row ( which I learnt from u)
    8. Band neck extension with neck harness
    9. Band shrug
    10. Low to high band fly
    I mean resistance bands really can build some muscle at a degree if you can be creative when you use 'em.

    Not changing up patterns and not adding variation to moves is also a great way to get bored really, really fast 😅
