Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love cap'n n' chappers. But that first jam just shows how much better, and musical rabea and Pete are than them. Night and day
Blue and red...
Keegzzz fcking duh!!!! Pete is a touring pro🙄🙄🙄
infoowetrust yeah, news flash, Jimmie Johnson and Mario Andretti are better race car drivers than the guy that owns our local Ford dealership.
Pete needs to shave that stache
They better never pull these two apart. What a chemistry with these talents.
8:52 holy mother of tones!! I'm a les paul guy, but that tone makes me want to buy a strat!
I nominate the show name as "The Scooby and Shaggy Show". Scooby of course being a Great Dane and Shaggy being Rabea's hair and 70's as the cartoon was.
+o0Donuts0o Well played!
Perfect name
👍🏻
Man. I see a band spontaneously emerging
warmest tone ive heard out of any marshall ive heard yall reveiw
The indescribable excitement when I see a new Andertons video in my feed....oh yeah!
I've said this on a lot of your videos before BUT once again both of your playing blows me away and is such a joy to watch. Your "reviews" are always thorough and honest and you get to see what the gear is like from real musicians with no marketing bs thrown in. :) Thanks guys!
Thank you Daniel.... Best. P
love the gear geek talk and the use of faces and grunts to show how it sounds. keep pumping these vids out
I picked up the used combo yesterday, I have fenders, voxes and a egnater rebel 30. I love the sounds of the Marshall combo, still adjusting knobs on amp and guitar great sounds, I'm a blues player, glad I purchased this amp.
When there is 'Rabea & Pete' in the title, it's an instant watch for me.
my boss can wait... ;)
when you two guys get together I know it will be a crazy enjoyable time, totally insane...with two classic guitars.....love this stuff
God damn, Rabea and Pete's jams are the fucking best
I'm fairly sure I've watched this vid about a thousand times, so excited my 2525h is finally gonna be here Monday morning 😍
Apparently I also said this about a month ago, and forgotten, oops I guess 😂
nubivago I watched this video six times on the eve of me getting this amp over three weeks ago.
The only thing more enjoyable than Danish Pete is an actual danish and hot coffee first thing in the morning. Great playing boys!
Pete's playing is smoother than cream cheese.
+Dan O'Flaherty Very tasty player indeed, I always enjoy his playing. Bea is of course the beast, but Pete is perhaps my favorite from the whole gang.
+Simon O Yeah man, Bea is incredible too!
Yes I love your show! Watching you enjoy this amp so much makes me so happy.
Wow! Fantastic opening jam. Always love hearing you two play.
Really awesome show you guys, and the BEST demo of these Mini Jubilee's I've seen so far. Like Rabea, I've been a JVM410 user for years now, and I'll never part with it, but the ability to really drive these low wattage Jubilee's is a real bonus and I have to say I'm totally in love with the tones you guys are pulling out of them...just gorgeous!! My new fave Marshall and definitely my next amp purchase!! Thanks and keep rocking guys :)
Well, apparently Rabea is a beast at improv'ing leadwork. Probably the best thing I've heard from him.
Pete's joy at 16.15 made me smile. Sounding amazing guys!!!!!!!
Hey guys--Guitars and Gear with Pete and Rabea rocks! You guys work really well together. Complimentary personalities and playing styles. Its great fun listening to you guys discuss gear and play together. Look fwd to more, cheers
Thanks guys! Great demo! Gonna definitely have to snag one of these babies for my studio.
Strat neck pickup, and 335 bridge into a driven Marshall: my absolute favorite overdrive tones.
That is quite possibly the greatest video intro I have ever seen
This show is deff a great addition and i enjoyed it
I played the combo a while ago and it sounds amazing! I just wish there was a 30 watt version... 20 watt is fine for a lot of band settings when you crank it up. It also sounds great but if you need a clean tone - no chance! 30-35 watt is really my sweet spot. The 100 watt head can be reduced to 50 watt, but that's still a lot and: who needs 100 valve watt nowadays? If you need lots of gain&punch and crystal clear cleans in one amp while tuning down to Drop-B that's another story. Apart from that I just don't see why...
Looking forward to more of these shows.
Great show, good demo! I really enjoy the playing from both you guys. Without trying to offend anyone, I much prefer this to the playing of Rob and the Cpt.
An old danish legend tells that John Mayer gets his inspiration from Danish Pete's music
hahahahah!!!
As of last weekend, it’s confirmed that John is a fan of Pete’s playing!
I have 1987 Silver Jubilee amps. It would great to hear a comparison between these new ones and some originals. By the way, love the Rabea & Pete show.
One of my fav opening jams guy. Monster players
This makes me wanna buy the head & cab right away. Really thick, nice sound and with the right kick in the seat one could even extend its versatility range
These sound much better than the demo Lee and Rob did with the exact same gear!
The best hair on Andertons Channel
I love the way when you two get enthusiastic about some piece of gear it really shows! :-)
all my life people have said fender guitar into fender amp you can't beat it and i have always used that combo never plugged my strat into a marshall BUT i am slowly turning every time i hear a strat into a marshall it sounds great! i never would think i would say this but i think i am going to buy a marshall or at least try one.
Did you end up buying a Marshall?
Call the show PB&J (Pete, Bea & Jams)
It's over.
Jeremiah Mountain 😂 😂
absolutely fabulous playing and a great amp, was not sure until I see this demo thanks guys
Rabea ,Les Paul a must buy :-)
Ohhhhhhhh - what a killer intro!!!
awesome played n´ awesome tones
These Jubilees are my favorite Marshalls at the moment. Even the clean channel sounds nice to me! Just add some reverb and delay and no one is going to care that it's not a Fender.
That opening jam made me smile :)
The first jam reminded me of the song : Ballad of John Henry by Joe Bonamassa
Completely agree.
yup
Exactly what I thought
+Vitor Duzarte Who killed John Henry.. in the battle of sinners and saints fck yea!
+Trev Cornwall its such a great song!
This is great, really really great! Fantastic review which was very entertaining and extremely fun to watch. Brilliant, you have me totally sold on getting one of these, maybe it will encourage me to learn to play more lead stuff rather than just making up songs over progressions. I've always wanted that sound but 100 watts is just toooo much. I think the head will work wonderfully in combination with my Diezel Shmidt ( 30 watt sweet Fender'ey clean tones with two SRV style drive channels).
I had a Blackstar HT 5 because I always wanted the Marshall sound at reasonable sound pressure levels. But guess what,,,, nothing sounds like a Marshall and I've been wanting the Silver Jubilee J, Bonamassa / Hendrix tone my whole life. Thanks Marshall and thanks Rabea & Pete @ Andertons.
Love the final jam, you guys rock like hell 😈 but had hard time with those push-pull buttons 😂 thanks for demo.
I think I've officially watched this review about a thousand times
Pete, Rabea, excellent job as usual!
Wow! I've been thinking about buying the combo and was soooo glad I found this particular demo; that SOUND! Bugger Viagra; the Les Paul through that amp gives me a fat I could take off hubcaps with :-)
You guys are doing a really really great job in these gear videos. You are complimentary players and you both have indepth knowledge of equipment and guitars. I think something as simple as the Pete and Rabea show would suffice, although the great creative minds of youtube should be able to come up with something more catchy...maybe do a small contest :) One suggestion, and I know the Andertons vids don't typically get into this, but just maybe a quick summary in each video as part of the intro of how the amps are miced and recorded would be cool...other demo/review videos on youtube often include this kind of info for the techy geeks among us. Whatever you are doing to mic these cabs and combos is absolutely brilliant, definitely some of the best recorded demo guitar and amp sounds on youtube.
An album from these two guys would be the biggest cult hit of the millennium!!
Best sounding demo Ive heard... boy these guys can play.
Is it just me or are Pete and Rabea just the epic combo. Legends!
Been searching everywhere for a comparison between this amp and the Friedman Runt20. Different animals, Im aware, but for the same price for the heads Im curious to see them side by side. This is one of the better Silver Jubilee demos ive seen. Ive had the chance to noodle around on the Runt 20, but nowhere around me has a Jubille to try out.
Damn that was a good jam at the beginning!
The synergy's off the charts.
The Chordmeister and the Riff Machine...love it.
that intro was awesome !
Picking mine up Tuesday. Currently using a 20W clone of an early 80's Dumble Overdrive Special and a 20W clone Late 60s Marshall Super Lead Plexi, with the 800, there will be no more need to look for anything else.
Congrats man! How is it? Did you get the head or combo? Keen to start saving for one. Is it a big step up from the dsl range? Cheers!
that intro was insane 😎👌👌
Pete is great! awesome combo (Pete+Rabea)
c'est le feu cette intro ! Bravo les gars ! from a french baguette !
Enjoyed the jam and demo.good job
I'm excited about this amp, it's about time marshall made an amp head for the average player who wants el34 tone and rage without the addition of a noise complaint
Question for Pete: what pickup do you have in the neck position on your Strat? I love that tone - that is the definition of a Strat neck tone to me. Love it.
Love it! Keep 'em coming guys.
You guys need to make an album. I'll preorder a copy now.
Man I need one of these for the studio, sounds awesome!
+NXN I think everyone needs a Danish Pete or a Bea for their studio! :P
Sloth Wolfen Its true!
The Demo Show . Does the job I think . thanks guys , very enjoyable as always.
rabea should be in more videos period! you rule meing, so do you pete!
Happy Birthday Bea!
Great amp review by two great guys!!
Great job guys thanks great move pete when you proposed to switch between the amps hh thanks guys
great as always guys awsome amp Bea needs to head bang more often
lovely tone and playing both! I fancy buying a strat and a les paul now but I haven't got spare cash for either😆
that les paul in the opening jam sound soooo badass
0:34 Sustain Face. Love it!
Anyone else notice that they played the intro riff from "Lift your Head weary sinner (Chains" by Crowder?
Great tones!
I really like this team of players, less clowning around and playing like they are 16 years old. But they really cover many of the questions I would have about the product in a very nice way, not to silly.
Danish Pete - Did you have formal guitar training or are you self taught?
Your playing is amazing. I always enjoy your videos and also learn something in the process.
No ideas for a name, just had to say that that LP is damn pretty. Something about that one caught my eye.
Awesome review guys! You've covered about everything!
I bought this AMP, the combo, because of this video....runnin' next to a DSL40 on1/2 power...a 20 WATT Stereo Rig=BAD-A$$, thanks to these guys demo-in' those amps...prices quited here are in GBPounds Sterling. I paid $1400 for the combo, STEEEEP !
How does it sound compared to the DSL 40 tone wise and volume wise?
@@guitarexpert2245 The MINI Jubilee has all round better TONE, dialin it in can be a hassle until you get it right....DSL's are Hit or Miss...I got a good one, IMO !
@@guitarexpert2245 BTW, with these JUBILEE's, Rabbea is correct, its good to get saturated tone's out of a MARSHALL at non-deafening volume levels, which you previously could not really do.I like it alot !
These amps are incredible...
something about the pete nasty bluesy and rabea's chunky metally bluesy thing combined just works
Pete & Rabea, building tones not building bricks.
amazing jam! Bravo guys
Definitely gotta get the head version of this. Getting tired of lugging my jcm800 and jcm2000 100s to gigs.
Nice jam at the end there!
Freeze for the look on Rabea's face at 00:35. Priceless badassery. :)
Awesome show guys! Suggestions for show name:
1) P n' B's Sonic Tonic
2) Epicurean Journeys
3) The Chordashians ;-)
great jam out fellows!
Dane-Fro Show! Nice work lads, keep it up!
Ra-Pete-Show, Rapido !
We used to have this nice TV show in France about music and culture, back in the early 90's, also famous and available in England (with Antoine Decaunes and Jean-Paul Gautier), witch name was Rapido...
Great show!👍😀
Great demo guys. You guys are cool and sound good. Amp sounds great..... SLASH!!!
wow, that's REALLY funny, the opening rhythm riff Pete's doing is practically an exact replica of a riff I came up with during my last video I made "Ultimate Review Part II: Seymour Duncan Nazgul".
Pete, stop stealin muh riffs yo!
(Anyone who's skeptical, it's at 34:54 in my video)
a pleasure as always
how about "Gear Knobs" it's a stolen pun so I can't take credit .
I will be coming to Andertons to get one of these heads with a 1x12 cab, what speaker do you recommend, greenback or v30?
Great video as ever 👍🏻
Not far off "Mama Said" tone for the money. Great playing as usual guys..
You guys are bad ass. I loved it!
