I love the Nutella hot chocolate recipe. That one looks Devine. I personally would make my own hazelnut milk and maybe add coconut cream for richness and creaminess along with some vegan Nutella to make it dairy free.

I add Nutella to my whipped cream and it stabilizes my whipped cream. Make your whipped cream first. In a separate bowl, add some Nutella and whip it a bit. Then to that nutella add a bit if the already whipped cream to incorporate it and fluff it up. Then carefully take your fluffed up Nutella and fold in the remaining whipped cream. It’s up to you as to how much Nutella you want. Sometimes I only put a little to let the whip cream still come through.
