Yum, great sandwich ideas. Thought I'd share a favorite grilled cheese sandwich, it's a PBJ. The PBJ stands for thin pear slices, thick slices of brie and Jambon (French ham). If Jambon is hard to find, you substitute prosciutto. Love your videos and creative recipes.

Happy Birthday and Congratulations on the growth of one of my favorite food channels on RUclips. That prosciutto and pear grilled cheese had to be my favorite. Although it was a very tough choice with so many other delicious looking sandwiches. I think I could eat all of them one day after the other and never get bored.
