      Peppe Fortuna hi Peppe! A friend of mine gave me a nice tip. Try roasting the peanuts in the oven for a few minutes until they are hot so that the heat makes their natural oil release better and it will help it to blend easier. I hope it helps 😉

    2:30 this homemade nutella is great and coconut fat is a great choice but don't use vegetable oils that are high in polyunsaturated fats (like walnut) for this.
    It will go rancid and get an unpleasant bitter taste unless you eat it all within a few days

    • @tylerrose4416
      @tylerrose4416 2 года назад

      That is why almost every store bought nut butter contains palm oil. It is about 50% saturated fat, which lasts longer than polyunsaturated fat

    • @Goriaas
      @Goriaas 2 года назад

      @@kessera5645 No. especially Extra virgin coconut oil is high in saturated fatty acids and healthy. I've read so many studies on LDL and saturated fats.
      I'm not gonna tell you to just believe it, do your own deep dive into the studies if you feel like it.
      But from what I've gathered:
      Serum cholesterol is only marginally influenced by diet, and if you have a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle you don't ever have to worry about saturated fats and dietary cholesterol. ( avoid highly processed fats and trans fats though if possible)
      Besides high cholesterol comes from systemic inflammation and poor health and certain diseases.
      It's not that cholesterol causes any negative health outcomes, a high cholesterol level is the RESULT and response of your body struggling to fight off whatever chronic issue you have.
      This is what most people don't get.
      Bad cholesterol levels happen because you are unwell they are not the cause.
      So in short don't spread panic about coconut fat, if you are healthy there is no issue whatsoever neither short nor long term

      Hi! The nuts will release their natural oils and become creamy after being blended for a while. No need to add any extra liquid. Some blenders may struggle to make nut butter, it should have at least 700w. If your blender is not very powerful, this process may take several minutes and to speed up the process you could add 1-2 tbsp of oil and stirring every once in a while. But again the oil is not needed. I hope this helps :)

    Muy buenas ideas,. Las pondré en práctica.
    Mi aportación:
    Castañas, dátiles, tahini y cacao puro.
    Ingredientes de una crema que acaba de salir en España.

    for those on keto, just swap sugar for erythritol or sweetener of choice, just remembered to use powdered sweetener, i tried erythritol with nutella and it was delicious

    Just to be sure, the homemade Nutella has not to be refrigerate ? Thanks for recipe !

      I'm glad to hear that. It would be best to refrigerate and leave it out several minutes before using it :)

    Hazelnut is my favorite! I would love to try the coconut butter but I don't think I could blend it well enough to get a smooth texture. I like the taste of coconut, just not the texture.
