- Sorry I haven't posted in a long time, I have been real busy with work, but there is a second part of POP goes Metal, understanding some of these songs are rock, pop etc. Find the songs on the playlist, subscribe for more content like this.
I try to make this videos short but i am planning to add more videos to showcase more Metal covers. Suggestions always welcomed but I try to only use covers that have videos so it is more entertaining.
Ok I'm so done with people saying that Radiohead is not pop. Understand that it will be very impractical to title this, "pop, rock, rap, electronic and all your mainstream garbage goes metal" understand that when I say pop I mean popular music as in whatever you will find playing on the radio.

Dance monkey cover by Frog Leaps is the best version and somehow its better in metal version than the original one 😀🤘🤘🤘

The Steampunk band Abney Park also has a killer version of Creep.
You need Ramnstein's cover of Stripped, Five Finger Death Punch cover Mama Said Knock You Out, and Devildriver's version of Sail
There's MushroomHead's cover of Rumor Has It which is simply divine

Found about Blind Channel a couple weeks ago, when they were chosen to represent Finland at the Eurovision Song Contest (yeah, it's my guilty pleasure).

That creep cover was horrible. I grew up on metal but radiohead are fantastic
For me Lady Gaga is borderline pop at best, she definatly has the style of a metal act
both Radio Head and Genesis are not pop.if you find it too hard to find pop covers (which isnt hard at all) then change your title of the series to suit it.
I explained multiple times I use the word pop to describe whatever mainstream music I use as example on these videos. I am not going to write Pop, Rock, indie, hip-hop, country goes metal.
