      Thank you... Cucumber adds a nice cooling effect. Cooking with milk adds the creaminess. So there are some important steps that must be followed for a good result

    My favourite meal in summers. I like the idea of cooking the rice with milk to make it soft. Do try adding some grapes next time for variation.

    I think the best way to enjoy this healthy meal is with your fingers as one can experience all the five senses - sight , smell, taste, sound and touch !!!! 🤣🤣

    I got recommended from a Facebook group for Seyal Bindi and thought you are a sindi, Maharashtrian, but never thought you would speak Tamizh properly!

      Ha ha.. thank you. My father was maharashtrian and my mother was sindhi, but I grew up in Madras/Chennai... so I speak fluent tamizh and cook food from Tamil Nadu with a passion. I have other Tamil Nadu recipes too.. do check them out and spread the word about my channel.. 🙏
