Hi Guys has anyone noticed Heather has tested our attention on the swing & lunge left leg. We noticed that she used her left leg all the time but We did change ours. Fabulous workouts as usual we still like going back to some of your early workouts for the variety and seeing your progression through the months. Can’t thank you enough 😍😍.
I used to avoid lifting weights but you’ve changed the way I workout - for life! Thanks for giving us girls the confidence to go and lift the heavy weights in the gym! 😉
My first kettlebell workout ever, love all HR offers, so glad for the variety! I will definitely add kettlebell going forward! Thank you Heather for all you do for us home workout warriors!
Been really loving your workouts. It’s a great mix of cardio, strength, and toning and I love how you change it up for us. One hour full body HIIT with no repeats are my favorites.
I really enjoyed this. As a 57 year old woman, I no longer enjoy, nor does my body, so much jumping. I can take a little in short bursts, but too much hurts my back. You mix it up really well and even though I am not jumping, I sweat like crazy and feel it the next day - a good kind of sore. Thanks for the great program. I no longer feel the need for a gym and can do the program on my schedule rather than the gyms schedule, and I think I am in better shape then ever.

That was SO FUN! I like it when there's two rounds: the second round lets me improve my form and modify weights if needed, then I get to move on to something new. :)
Loved it ....kettlebell is my fave equippment and I am always excited when I see a new KB workout. It was great, diverse and my fave split, 3 sets x 2 😃👌💪💪

Omg! That was great! I started my period and the cramps were killing me last night. I was going to exercise but I have yet to skip a workout this month so I decided to do it. And omg! I loved it!!
