Carbohydrates are your body's primary source of energy.
But, not all carbs affect the body in the same way...
And when trying to lose weight the first step people often advise is to cut them out completely, or to only eat complex carbs.
Why? And is it ok not to eat carbs at all?
Soda, packaged cookies, most breakfast bars and cereal, baked goods and even many gluten-free products are known as simple, refined, or empty carbs.
On the other hand, complex carbs are made up of three components: sugar, fiber, and starch.

I like the short, to the point information as well. I have watched his video regarding Lectin, which have been a HUGE help to me and my husband! So, What about the high lectin content in whole food?
Whole foods like greens are not high in lectins. Get Dr. Gundry's "Yes/No" list to find which foods are high in lectins and therefore you should avoid.
I always thought that the main source of energy our body likes is fat / by like I mean best performance, healthier.
All carbs make me bloat. It doesn’t matter what it is.
The key to fat loss is……calorie deficit and exercise. That’s it.
So, where is the list of complex carbs???
