I love chia seeds, so big thanks for this! They are also great to mix with leftover berries in a pot on the stovetop. Add a little water and sugar and you have a fairly fast jam mixture - no pectin needed.
Australia 🇦🇺 CHIA PUDDING BASE RECIPE 1/2 cup almond milk 2tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) Variations: 1. 1tsp cinnamon * pinch of ground cardamon + cloves+ 2tsp chopped raisins 2. 1tsp green matcha powder + shredded coconut 3. 2 tbsp each of banana + strawberries + cinnamon 4. 1 tbsp cocoa powder + cinnamon 5. Add a variety of seeds + Cranberries Use glass lidded jars and make 3-5 jars at a time. It’s just not for breakfast. A healthy snack that’s filling.
