    My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used homemade hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided combing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair once or twice a week with littllextraa cocooionn shampoo.

    • @MaverickRam
      @MaverickRam Год назад +23

      @@begaiymesenalieva762 Since I am not a medical practitioner, I suggest you learn more about the topic through various resources. But if I was in your place, I would either ensure that I have enough Iodine in my diet to nullify goitrogenic effect or stop any goitrogenic foods. However, it is more complex than this. A lot of super healing vegetables are goitrogenic, e.g. broccoli, so removing goitrogenic foods may not always be possible or in some cases should not be done, but then one needs to ensure they have enough Iodine. But if one has autoimmune Hashimotos then this can be risky as it will worsen the hypothyroid issue. So, it is better to work with a functional medicine doctor or do thorough research yourself so that you are aware of what is actually going on in your body so that the correct course of action can be decided. Hope that helps!

      @@begaiymesenalieva762 Yes me too. BTW you should know that excess iodine does not amplify your thyroid.
      I never heard that cruciferous veges were anti-thyroid so I will look that up. Remember it's all in the dosage so I suggest that you just withhold any upset. I eat a lot of cruciferous veges (and dark green and colorful. You know, above-ground vegetables.

    Many things like Zaftan, Somagh, Pomegranate, Begamote, Aibargin, Courgette Almond, Pistachio , walnut, Tarragon, …… have the origin in Iran from more than 9-10 thousands years ago and now only in the last 200-300 years , some countries like Spain, USA, Italy ,India ,Turkey and some countries in Africa and South Africa started to take the seeds, roots, … and plant them in their countries which are nice but still not the same quality !

    happy belly fish, I bought a 1 pound bag of whole flaxseed a few years ago. I never opened the bag or used it's contents --- is there any nutritional value in them? or are they bird seed?

    Should cook all your plant based foods as they are anti nutrients.

      Hi , That is just a B roll clip to demonstrate , not something I had cooked. But it is nothing but a mix of red bell peppers , zucchini and yellow bell peppers stir fried in some oil. To flavor it you can use some Soya Sauce , Vinegar, freshly ground black pepper and a few rosemary sprigs if you have them. This is usually how I make my stir fries in a hurry.

    Can I soak flax seeds along with Moong dal, Kala chana overnight. And sprout it. And consume it 3 times a week ? Will this help for my health.

      Yes you can soak and sprout each one of them seperately. Some sprouts work for me while some give me indigestion - like kabuli chana, so you have to see how well you digest these.
