    My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used homemade hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided combing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair once or twice a week with littllextraa cocooionn shampoo.

    Useful information in the video. I would like to add one more useful point. Flax seeds have a downside as well for people with hypothyroidism as it acts as a goitrogen, in turn worsening the issue. So, such people need to be careful while consuming it

    • @MaverickRam
      @MaverickRam Год назад +24

      @@begaiymesenalieva762 Since I am not a medical practitioner, I suggest you learn more about the topic through various resources. But if I was in your place, I would either ensure that I have enough Iodine in my diet to nullify goitrogenic effect or stop any goitrogenic foods. However, it is more complex than this. A lot of super healing vegetables are goitrogenic, e.g. broccoli, so removing goitrogenic foods may not always be possible or in some cases should not be done, but then one needs to ensure they have enough Iodine. But if one has autoimmune Hashimotos then this can be risky as it will worsen the hypothyroid issue. So, it is better to work with a functional medicine doctor or do thorough research yourself so that you are aware of what is actually going on in your body so that the correct course of action can be decided. Hope that helps!

      @dreamervanroom Год назад +6

      @@begaiymesenalieva762 Yes me too. BTW you should know that excess iodine does not amplify your thyroid.
      I never heard that cruciferous veges were anti-thyroid so I will look that up. Remember it's all in the dosage so I suggest that you just withhold any upset. I eat a lot of cruciferous veges (and dark green and colorful. You know, above-ground vegetables.
      Now that I have heard him more I have heard two errors so I certainly havea healthy dose of skepticism.

    I made it right away but added black pepper to it. Very tasty when it's fresh on twice-cooked sweet potatoes! I compared it with store-bought Zaatar and liked the freshness of everything roasted, cooled and ground up in your mix better. I only made half the recipe as a trial and I must say, you barely know that you're eating flax meal! Will see how it is in a few days and will add more Allepo Pepper to it for hubby's portion.... I'm planning to sneak the flax into his diet with this recipe as he's not crazy about Chia seeds or flax, lol. I'll be trying this with rosemary and oregano too. Thank you for sharing!

Toppings are fun to play with but flax eggs in the sourdough would be a better choice... tweaking recipes is getting more and more exciting. Tastebuds are dancing even well after a meal. @@leonieki yes you can , as a matter of fact , cooking flaxseeds will help you digest them bettter. No goodies are lost in the process and these hardy seeds can keep most of the awesome stuff , even after they have been through hell. That said , make sure that these seeds are not pushed to the brink of burning.🙂. Happy baking🙂. I will be happy to know how the cookies came out.

      You can always skip the sesame seeds out. I firmly believe that recipes are like guides and can be modified according a persons individual needs, taste and preferences.

    Flaxseeds contain cyanide, which is not destroyed by cooking. Dr. Greger has done a complicated analysis which resulted in his recommendation that the amount of flaxseed eaten per day should be limited to one tablespoon.

      After i read your comment tried to check how much is too many, good you have mentioned it for awareness.
      Key Takeaways. Industry-funded scientists claim that “a person would have to consume 8 cups (i.e., 1 kg) of ground flaxseed to achieve acute cyanide toxicity.”
      This video is very informative and keep it up🙏
