My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used homemade hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided combing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair once or twice a week with littllextraa cocooionn shampoo.
You are spot on about flaxseed, my doctor told me to eat 4 tablespoons a day, it dropped my blood pressure a lot. I don’t understand why but it does.👍👍
How r u using..... soaked r roasted
@@prakashb3752 I am using ground flax seed and I mix in a big glass of water and drink it.🥰
@@SteveAumann what ground flaxseed do you buy
Grt 👍🏻
I loved the gentle way you explain it. I'm from Brazil and this was one of the most complete videos I've ever found about preparing flax seeds.
I was googling on how to consume flaxseeds and landed on your video. Thank you so much . Can't wait to try this and also check on the other videos.
Very gentle, humble way of explaining with apt voice modulation. Soothing on the years. Best of luck
You are so humble presenting it. God bless 🙏🏽
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. It’s full of useful information
If using the teaspoon of ground flaxseed in warm water with lemon juice, should it be raw or toasted?
Thank you for this wonderful video. I have just been ingesting them whole and found out I have been doing them the wrong way. Lesson learned. So glad I came across your video because you really did a great job of explaining the best ways to use Flaxseed.
Great video! Highly helpful tips and upbeat tone are genuinely inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing your insights! 😀
Can we drink ground flax seeds on an empty stomach in the morning?
Roast seeds/cool down /listen to popping and cracking noise
Sesame seeds
Flaxseed
Oil red dry chilies 🌶️
Blend
Add
Sumac
And salt
Add sesame seeds last
Add to favorite meals
Keep in airtight jar
❤
just to add: the baking and heating flaxseed does reduce the healthy omega 3 fatty acids significantly
WARNING. When flaxseeds are crushed or ground, the contents of the flaxseeds becomes high risk of ingesting harmful amounts of hydrogen cyanide.
I don't have a blender at my hostel. So i take 1tbs flaxseed and dry roast them untill a nice aroma hits my nostrils. Then i cook my rice along with that roasted flaxseed. It makes the seeds very easy to chew. Also my rice looks and tastes good.
I know that struggle 😄 of hostel life. but that's a great way to take flaxseed that you have shared. Well done :)
@@HappyBellyfishI’m going to try it ,thank you ❤
I don't own a grinder either, but I did some research and apparently you can use a small spice grinder! I have a spare empty one- going to give it a try 😊
Thank you for sharing this 🙏 wonderful information on how to consume flaxseeds ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Useful information in the video. I would like to add one more useful point. Flax seeds have a downside as well for people with hypothyroidism as it acts as a goitrogen, in turn worsening the issue. So, such people need to be careful while consuming it
Is it better not to consume? Its been 2 weeks I was consuming flax seeds with water 😢
I have hypothyroidism and I am also having high cholesterol
@@begaiymesenalieva762 Since I am not a medical practitioner, I suggest you learn more about the topic through various resources. But if I was in your place, I would either ensure that I have enough Iodine in my diet to nullify goitrogenic effect or stop any goitrogenic foods. However, it is more complex than this. A lot of super healing vegetables are goitrogenic, e.g. broccoli, so removing goitrogenic foods may not always be possible or in some cases should not be done, but then one needs to ensure they have enough Iodine. But if one has autoimmune Hashimotos then this can be risky as it will worsen the hypothyroid issue. So, it is better to work with a functional medicine doctor or do thorough research yourself so that you are aware of what is actually going on in your body so that the correct course of action can be decided. Hope that helps!
@@begaiymesenalieva762 Yes me too. BTW you should know that excess iodine does not amplify your thyroid.
I never heard that cruciferous veges were anti-thyroid so I will look that up. Remember it's all in the dosage so I suggest that you just withhold any upset. I eat a lot of cruciferous veges (and dark green and colorful. You know, above-ground vegetables.
Now that I have heard him more I have heard two errors so I certainly havea healthy dose of skepticism.
"eat food, mostly plants, not too much."
Sir .I have hypothyroidism. Can I use flaxseed.if so how? Pls mention?

Sumac is a spice used extensively in middle eastern cuisine. It comes as berry with which you can make tea or in ground form , which can be used in several recipes and as a seasoning. It has a Tart like flavor and an earthy aroma to it. It is available online these days.

Flaxseeds contain cyanide, which is not destroyed by cooking. Dr. Greger has done a complicated analysis which resulted in his recommendation that the amount of flaxseed eaten per day should be limited to one tablespoon.
Thanks for the info😊 its very important.
After i read your comment tried to check how much is too many, good you have mentioned it for awareness.
Key Takeaways. Industry-funded scientists claim that “a person would have to consume 8 cups (i.e., 1 kg) of ground flaxseed to achieve acute cyanide toxicity.”
This video is very informative and keep it up🙏
Such an amazing video explanation. Thoroughly enjoyed it and got the information I was looking for. Thank you!

I like eating whole seeds like a topping on ice cream, they give it a small crunch, i love flax seed in my rice, on my veggies, in my salads, in my dipping oils, smoothies, on top of my eggs, on my 🥑 avocado, in my spaghetti sauce, on top of my fish, there isnt much i eat without it..( i also love cayenne powder on everything too)
How do you prepare them? Raw and whole? I didn't think we could eat them like that.
@@terra_cotta6319 yes raw and whole. As long as u chew them up you'll get the nutrients from them. I use them ground up too. U can put them in or on pretty much anything

Sumac(original name Somagh) comes originally from Iran like many other herbs and spices and seeds that now a days other countries planting them if they have the right soil( which the soil are also mostly imported from Iran of Africa to Europe and Arab countries and unfortunately most of the time are smuggled ) !!!
Many things like Zaftan, Somagh, Pomegranate, Begamote, Aibargin, Courgette Almond, Pistachio , walnut, Tarragon, …… have the origin in Iran from more than 9-10 thousands years ago and now only in the last 200-300 years , some countries like Spain, USA, Italy ,India ,Turkey and some countries in Africa and South Africa started to take the seeds, roots, … and plant them in their countries which are nice but still not the same quality !

Can you recommend pharmacetic flaxseed supplements?
Thank you for this informative video. i did not see you roasting Thyme or adding them. Please explain. What is Sumac? Never heard of it.
Hi sir, I am allergic to sesame seeds. I can't do all these recipes. It looks very interesting.
You can always skip the sesame seeds out. I firmly believe that recipes are like guides and can be modified according a persons individual needs, taste and preferences.
Hi sir, really nice video, i need to talk with u about restrured ionised water
Good stuff!
I've always bought seeds of any type as whole for the reasons you mentioned. Plus whole flax seeds look the same outgoing as incoming.
Funny you added sumac, which as I understand has a lemony flavor, and is completely safe. (For anyone wondering, this is NOT the poison sumac we must avoid.) I have a volunteer winged sumac growing in my yard. Last year was it's first berry set. But the birds got to it before I could! This year I will get them!
I'm saving your seasoning recipe as I have the rest of ingredients!
Thank you :) Glad that this gives you new ideas 🙂
THANKS HAPPY BELLYFISH.....I AM HAPPY ...WILL TRY!
Tnx 😊
Use very often sumac in your recipe to learn this ingredient also in Indian recipes.

happy belly fish, I bought a 1 pound bag of whole flaxseed a few years ago. I never opened the bag or used it's contents --- is there any nutritional value in them? or are they bird seed?
Should cook all your plant based foods as they are anti nutrients.
Can you please share your stir fry vegetable recipe ? They looked fantastic in this video
Hi , That is just a B roll clip to demonstrate , not something I had cooked. But it is nothing but a mix of red bell peppers , zucchini and yellow bell peppers stir fried in some oil. To flavor it you can use some Soya Sauce , Vinegar, freshly ground black pepper and a few rosemary sprigs if you have them. This is usually how I make my stir fries in a hurry.
Very helpful, thank you so much! 😊
Great recipes, easy step by step explanation. Subscribed.
The way you talk and explain is really awesome 👍🏻👍🏻

For how many days we can store flexseed power. Can we freez the powder
I like eating flaxseed raw, chew slowly, let soften.
Can I soak flax seeds along with Moong dal, Kala chana overnight. And sprout it. And consume it 3 times a week ? Will this help for my health.
I use to sprout Moonglow Dal, Kala Chana And fenugreek seeds and consume it. Can add flax seeds into above mixture ?
Yes you can soak and sprout each one of them seperately. Some sprouts work for me while some give me indigestion - like kabuli chana, so you have to see how well you digest these.
Where to buy flaxseeds? And how much is cost?
