@QaptainQwark that's literally false if you follow the narrative throughout the whole show. They often depicted hexcore and arcane in general as something sinister that needs to be destroyed.
I literally looked at my brother in that moment and said “but why would you do that? Damn Kink freak. She needs to relax before Vi chokes her like she choked jinx.”
man i cried. seeing how Felicia, Vander and Silco were friends from the start changed my entire view of Silco and the reason why he raised Powder. and even how vander's death separated vi and powder but Warwick brought them back together.....
I felt deeply in that "what if?" scene in Vander's mind... And I blame the lyrics of that masterpiece of lyrics repeating "remember me"... Man that hurt...
Amumu is the undisputed champion: "... It pledged that never shall someone become his friend, it pledged that he shall be alone until his end..." The sad par is, he is immortal.
I think my favourite thing about Caitlyn in this episode is she immediately snaps back into season 1 Caitlyn when Vi calls her a mongoose haha, you see it on her face, that innocence comes sliding back in
Isha...our little firecracker...she'll be missed...In the end she felt the buzzing behind her eyes...best feeling ever... Vander was probably conscious when he came out and felt the beast taking over again, the "lava" was him crying because he couldn't fight it....
I'm guessing Singed injected him with whatever his serum was, since he didn't just go berserk, he went like, fire lava mode, and it only happened a few seconds after he was left alone in a room with Singed by everyone.
So, as everyone is saying 'oh man I hope Viktor's not dead' First of all, he's not even in his final form yet. Secondly, Act 2 ends with Viktor pontificating about how human nature and emotionality was the cause behind his commune's failure. And Viktor is a scientist. So next time, he'll account for that variable in his experiment. For the Glorious Evolution.
Yep, that's the exact point where Viktor concludes that human nature is the thing holding us back from the Glorious Evolution. No more of that pesky humanity in the next iteration.
Holy shit I didn’t realize I had tearing running down my face at 3 am watching that episode I ran straight to the reactions! Man I felt this. Losing a father ain’t easy I lost mines years ago and I felt this…
When he says "your power is limited" its because it actually is, if Viktor was limitless powerfull he could get Vander cured in seconds, but because his power is limited he can only do one step at time to eventually do it.
I dont think Vander/Warwick is gone and neighter viktor Warwick might be incapacitated so her sacrifice wasn't in vain, because if he didnt get incapacitated he wouldve ended everyone there
What makes this hurt even more is that what Isha did was an exact parallel to what powder did last season in episode 3. She just wanted to help, and it costed her life in the process.
I wonder if Jayce, in trying to prevent Victor and the people he's healed from becoming whatever he saw during his disappearance, caused to directly make it happen...? Like some kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy?
Did you not see the extremely eerie way that everyone just collapsed like puppets after Viktor "died"? It is obvious that there was something going on more than healing in there. I don't think Viktor was doing on purpose, but don't forget: The Hexcore killed Skye to heal Viktor. NOTHING is free. What was it taking to 'heal' these people? I think there was something sinister to Viktor's powers that even he wasn't aware of and I don't trust that Skye hallucination he was having either.
One thing i noticed after reminiscing about the episode is that Vander didn't turn feral because of Viktor dying, he turned Feral because Singed woke up and injected him with the serum. It's so easy to miss with everything that was happening at the same time that it didn't click for me.
When I saw Isha's determination, tears started rolling because I had a bad feeling..... and I'm still trying to process what's happened and no idea what's about to happen.
Seriously..... how few things have you seen that something so trivial can move you, I have seen a lot of content, let me tell you, there are a lot of repeated patterns in films, TV series or animations.
AAUUGH the tears again!!! This show is crazy!!! gotta wait another week. And after that prob feel empty again just like at the end of season 1!! love you guys reactions!! My prediction is Ekko learned to rewind time with whatever happened to him. The last frame of the explotion was monochrome, and we know Ekko is coming in at somepoint couse he is in the intro to the show and his silhouette is a ticking clock..at least i hope im right
@roryasrorri701 hey no worries. I only know a little bit, but if i remember right in LoL he messed with a hextech crystal and learned to rewind time and gained the title of "the boy who shattered time" if theres any moment on the show to gain that title, its gotta be in the next episode. If they decide to go that route.
You are right, I’ve been waiting to see Ekko use the rewind time thing since the last episode of season 1 when he’s with Heimer working it out so hope they use it this time, there’s no way they kill Vander again and also Isha man 😭😭😭

At the time of the attack on the Powder, Ambassa's assistant damaged the cooling device on Vander's back. Therefore, his blood turned into lava. He was in terrible agony, so it would be right to put him out of it.
@@noobplay6055 his name was Rictus and he was obviously powerful enough to kill Jinx unscathed. Seeing Ambessa's face when she arrived to see him getting torn up by Warwick was terribly entertaining lol

After this Act I feel a bit hammered by plot pace , art style variations exploding into my eyes and the general massacre this was to my emotional balance. Still - need to rewatch asap
Viktor's conclusion is that humanity, as it is, is beyond salvation. I believe there was a parallel between his speech about good and evil, and the nut he was holding before "dying" (one side corrupted by Hextech and the other in its natural state). In the end, the nut falls on the corrupted side, probably symbolizing the corruption into which Viktor's character has fallen or is about to fall. What Singed wanted in his conversation with Viktor was to use Vander's shimmer and regenerative ability to turn him into the ultimate evolution of Hextech. The mortal wound Viktor received will give Singed the opportunity to achieve this, and that's why we see Viktor connected to experimental tubes in the preview. We may be about to see a completely dehumanized Viktor.
Okay, I just finished season 1, here are my thoughts so far: It's very easy for a movie and sometimes ever a series to have people claim it's a masterpiece, because of a particular single aspect (CGI, actor, character, plot twist etc etc) they like. I don't take these as credible. In order for any production to reach the level of masterpiece it needs to excel in many-most aspects people judge movies on.. it's not one thing or two exceptional things that make a production a masterpiece, it's the combination of many of them and quite frankly Arcane does this. 1) This is a compelling a layered story, it's not just written from a protagonist's viewpoint or an antagonist's view point, it's written from all of them. They built a complex world you can really dive into and see the different factions and see how they see their world and from their perspectives. How the characters overlap and sometimes parallel each other in really pulls you in and keeps you invested. 2) The character development to define each personality so they're different and you can see where they're coming from is incredible. Each character has their own traits and views of the series as it unfolds and you can empathize and see where they are coming from. It's not just as simple as good vs evil, there's a lot of grey on all sides, and they each seem to have their own ghosts and skeletons in their closet to deal with as the show goes forwards. 3) The voice actor cast was very well selected and really sell the characters, you can really feel their personalities and moments in each delivered line of the major and even supporting cast of characters. 4) The dialogue.. how can you have a masterpiece without dialogue so well written it leave an impact on you even after it's delivered.. one of them that comes to mind is when Viktor says something to the effect of 'in trying to achieve something great we failed to do something good'. There are quite a few of these scattered throughout the series. 5) The script.. Astounding. Even when you are confident you know what's going to happen, you don't really know how it's going to play out, and the show leaves you with a lasting impact of character and story development. Other times you never really know what's going to happen and the show leaves you with your jaw hanging open as you have to spend a minute to really process what just happened and the fallout of what that means. The emotional scenes really hit hard because you can see the characters torn and really empathize with their circumstances even if you can't agree with their methods, you know exactly how they got where they are and the struggles they've gone through to get there. Also, sometimes the reveals and every time an episode ends, you really can't wait to see what's coming next. 6) The score really sells the mood for each scene to emphasize the story as it progresses, I'm not a big score critic, but as long as it sells the story and synergizes with it to flavor rather than over powers it. 7) The animation.. Omg, what can I say about this besides chef's kiss. From the flashbacks, to the subtle details like reflection in glass or blades, to the intricate details in each scene often times including callbacks or clues scattered within, chances are you don't catch them all on a first viewing. Even when their showing you angles and viewpoints, be it slow motion battle sequences or even seeing through the eyes of a character's perspective it really makes you feel the scene like you're right there. The animators really flexed their prowess when drawing each and every scene. Hat's off to them for this.. The only way any series or production can in my eyes really be called a masterpiece is if it can excel not just in want I want to see, but what i didn't even know i wanted to see until I saw it. And Arcane after season one truly achieves this and deserves not just its 9/10 rating, but to be called a masterpiece. I can't wait to start watching season 2.
Warwick isnt dead,he has so much health regeneration and durability he'll survive the blast, also since hes become full wolf in the game he probably has story after this.
Vision (Swain), Might (Darius) and Guile(?) are the three pillars of Noxus. Sounds like Ambessa tried to create a fourth force through Sacrifice and was crushed by Guile.
Now Jinx knows how Vi felt leaving her at the end of S1 E1 just like this, she was not able to help her younger sister. Its just so beautifully sad and I hate it... Why do they always have to sacrifice an innocent baby who deserves the world? Their happy family was just starting and they ripped that right off again... I've been crying for hours because of this.
Act2 really made me bawl my eyes out for 3 ep straight insaaane Average arcane exp: crying, losing on some dialogues bec of how astonishing the animation is
I have never played League of Legends game, i don't know which of these characters are actual game characters, i went into this Arcane series on Netflix blind. Encouraged by the trailer for it i decided to watch it. and OMG the whole thing deserves awards!! The story, the animation, the voice acting, EVERYTHING! I can not wait until the final and third season of this epic cartoon! One the best thing i ever seen on Netflix. and yes at the end i cried like a baby thinking the little girl is dead, i mean i can not imagine how the hell she would have survived that!!
I meant to say this on an earlier video, but I think it's a beautiful touch that the moment Jinx's inner voices stopped torturing her was the moment she meant a kid who had no voice of her own. We need an AU where Vander was successfully healed, Isha didn't die, and Cait joined the family. I still start crying every time I think about Isha and her self-sacrifice, how at peace she was, that she knew how much Jinx loved her and how she was immediately accepted into the family by Vander and Vi.
I don’t really know the lore, but I found it strange that originally victor wanted the hexcore destroyed and Jayce wanted to use it, but then Jayce wanted to destroy it and Victor didn’t. The excuse Victor used was that he was just emotional, but he definitely didn’t look emotional. I’m thinking maybe the void is masquerading as hextech, controlling Victor, and Jayce realized it during his time skip, which caused him to realize his mistake and go to destroy Victor and the “hex core,” thus fulfilling his original promise to Victor before he was controlled by (what I think is) the void. Also, hextech is blue, which the gem on Jayce’s arm is. Void is purple, and Victor’s body is purple. Again, don’t know the lore, just a theory.
The void corrupts everything it can, so I think you are correct. But hextech is simply rune magic, a different thing entirely that they seem to be connecting to the celestials. Shimmer is probably from the void, trapped underground and causing those flowers to grow that it is made of. It corrupted the hextech and so Jayce thinks it is the hextech itself that is evil.
Jinx finds happiness and names. Little Punchie -"Little sis," Powder - "Big sis," Cupcake - "in-law I put up with" Big Punchie, wolf edition, "Daughter," Bozzo 1, "Daughter." "Her Name Is JINX!" Jayce, returning us to to our regularly scheduled tragedy.
26:51 Yep, you are correct and we only know that was to make sure Viktor doesn't heal him completely, but also seems that made him overly agressive, even attacking Jinx.
Don't worry & be sad. The last scene just is a fraud to tease our feelings. My theory: Jayce got a gem inside his hand. It might help him to get away from The Arcane. The last shot by Isha with 3 gem might work well to Vander by the same way. ==> Isha & Vander are not dead here.
episode 6 season 2 is greatest episode in entire arcane show by far the music the animation the script everything is a masterpiece a rollercoster to our emotions
Nah... It's time to go back... Literally...Bro, what is "that idiot" doing? How many more will have to die? If he takes longer to take his position among the gods, even I will convert to the cult of Victor.
What an episode man. Standing ovation honestly but damn, just heartbroken about Isha. I love that the final words in the episode, "That which inspires us to our greatest good, is also the cause of our greatest evil". You know this is foreshadowing Jynx just lost what her good and is now going to cause her greatest evil. This show is an absolute masterpiece. Don't think I'm ready for the final act, but I cannot wait to see the conclusion to this work of art. Love your reactions as always. Keep up the awesome reactions!
IM BAWLING HELP. Edit: There could be dual meanings to Isha and the gun with 3 hextech crystals. Not only is she sacrificing herself, but she’s almost imitating Powder putting in three hextech crystals in the monkey bomb. I speculate, that Jinx may have panicked realizing Isha was about to do what she did as a kid, but also, she was scared she would …. die.
I was trying to figure out how Isha had multiple gem-stones, and after a rewatch realized she smirks at Vi's dropped gauntlets at the commune gates. Then the immediate shot after as they are walking through the gate she is tucking her hands into the exact pouch she pulls them from at the end. Also really like how this episode did a "Breaking Bad Approach" on the beginning of the episode, where like in the beginning of a BB season, there was a vague set of imagery to the finale. In this case what we had was the shattered temple pieces and the rolling coin which repeated at the end when we saw what caused that imagery. Fantastic!

Episode 6 ending: CRY A LOT
same old 3 hex gemstone combo to overload a gadget.
Powder used 3 hex gemstones on the monkey.
Isha added 2 gems to the 1 existing inside the gun.
Its history repeating itself…I hope Jinx doesn’t blame herself for it 😓
@@OfficialMediaKnights She had Isha go and bring the gun to her, of course she is going to blame herself.
Wow, I didn't need either of those observations :(
I'm guessing Singed injected him with whatever his serum was, since he didn't just go berserk, he went like, fire lava mode, and it only happened a few seconds after he was left alone in a room with Singed by everyone.
Who would’ve thought that a TV series about League of Legends of all things would have people bawling like this.
oh believe me, the lore still has a lot of great stories, this is just one of them, a great one
@@almotasembelahelsayed9250 Yes i hope they continue this quality
The game may be wack, but their stories and characters are very good.
So, as everyone is saying 'oh man I hope Viktor's not dead'
First of all, he's not even in his final form yet.
Secondly, Act 2 ends with Viktor pontificating about how human nature and emotionality was the cause behind his commune's failure.
And Viktor is a scientist. So next time, he'll account for that variable in his experiment.
For the Glorious Evolution.
GLORIOUS EVOLUTION!
Yep, that's the exact point where Viktor concludes that human nature is the thing holding us back from the Glorious Evolution.
No more of that pesky humanity in the next iteration.
This is gonna be the longest week of my entire life
I haven't needed the next episode of a tv show this badlu in a long time
Holy shit I didn’t realize I had tearing running down my face at 3 am watching that episode I ran straight to the reactions! Man I felt this. Losing a father ain’t easy I lost mines years ago and I felt this…
When he says "your power is limited" its because it actually is, if Viktor was limitless powerfull he could get Vander cured in seconds, but because his power is limited he can only do one step at time to eventually do it.
Man this episode was devastating. So sad we lost Isha and that Vander died again! 😭😭
AGAIN! Like what the hell man
And Victor
I dont think Vander/Warwick is gone and neighter viktor
Warwick might be incapacitated so her sacrifice wasn't in vain, because if he didnt get incapacitated he wouldve ended everyone there
Warvick will come back stronger and viktor too but it aint gonna be viktor anymore
Warvick and viktor must not be dead because they are in the game
I realized at the end Vi covers Jinx from the explosion, omg this ep broke my heart
What makes this hurt even more is that what Isha did was an exact parallel to what powder did last season in episode 3. She just wanted to help, and it costed her life in the process.
That ending was absolutely perfect, even how sad it might be
Ain't no way we had the whole family together only for them to take it from us again! 😭😭😭
JAYCE, YOU BETTER HAVE A DAMN GOOD REASON!!
It's probably the void. Either it corrupted his mind or he can now see that Victor's miracles are much more sinister and are related to it.
Im sure he has bec he touched the arcane and prob saw something but I can't help to be pissed at him 😭
google "the defender of tomorrow"
Jayce line in the game, they went to the future and Ekko made a machine that can get them out.
@@pdezs2593I feel like victor is controlled by void masquerading as hextech. I’m not too versed in the lore, but hextech is blue - victor is purple
victor is trying to make a fnaf series thats why jayce stop him prob.
I think there was something sinister to Viktor's powers that even he wasn't aware of and I don't trust that Skye hallucination he was having either.
it will be that most likely, or at least something similar to that.
exactly this . i wont spoil but what he saw is an enemy to everything in league lore
One thing i noticed after reminiscing about the episode is that Vander didn't turn feral because of Viktor dying, he turned Feral because Singed woke up and injected him with the serum. It's so easy to miss with everything that was happening at the same time that it didn't click for me.
Arcane ending in one week is tragic 😭 but I'm beyond grateful it exists. One of the best things I've ever watched
@@SilentPhoenix__ hopefully they bless us with a movie in a couple years. ARCANE would do well in theaters
The last frame of the explotion was monochrome, and we know Ekko is coming in at somepoint couse he is in the intro to the show and his silhouette is a ticking clock..at least i hope im right
That actually a crazy cool theory lol, I love it!
So he's The Echo in Time?
Never played LoL in my life, so forgive me.
You are right, I’ve been waiting to see Ekko use the rewind time thing since the last episode of season 1 when he’s with Heimer working it out so hope they use it this time, there’s no way they kill Vander again and also Isha man 😭😭😭
Creators: Let add the cutest, most preciously adorable little angel girl to this season. Let's make her homeless, all alone, down on her luck trying to escape the most despicable of human lowlifes. Oh, and let's make her mute to add to her woes. Let's give her the biggest most beautifully expressive eyes so she can communicate that way... straight to your soul.
By this point, I'm already prepared to lay down my own life for this sweet child. My heartstrings are already breaking, because I can feel in my bones what is coming. The creators are not done plucking. Let's have her save Powder through the unconditional love that Vi, her biological sister, failed to bestow when in mattered most. Let's have this sweetest of children, in all her innocence, sacrifice herself for Powder in a last ultimate act of love. Dear lord guys. Can you twist a dagger any further? I can't remember the last time any form of media entertainment impacted me this hard. Just brutal. Heart shredded.
You know you’re cooked when they start showing flashbacks of your life 😒 RIP isha lol
You guys are awesome. Thank you for releasing it early. People, like me, who don't have anyone close to them that has watched the latest arcane yet, need an outlet. Lol
Jayce:I'm about to change to world and I'm not gonna ask for permission!!!!!
Lol
Quote back from Viktor in S1 when he told Jayce, you don't ask for permission to change the world.
" That which inspires us to our greatest good, is also the cause of our greatest evil "
-Viktor (Arcane)
Istg this man always has the best quotes - like last season "In trying to do great, we failed to do good"
@@ladyeledhwen2112genuinely one of my favorite quotes in fiction
So I expect Glorious Evolution to come in to play now. By that I mean, Singe is still alive... and with his interest only growing more upon meeting with Viktor, something tells me he's going to "save" him like he did Vander. The "mutation must survive" after all.
“I have one condition” “I think you have a few” *vikter immediately deadnames her*
thank you thank you for having a meaningful discussion after the episode. you both seem to pick up on things pretty fast and hearing your thoughts and questions validates all the same questions the rest of us watching have.
I haven't sobbed this hard since Cyberpunk Edgerunners
God these writers are incredible
At the time of the attack on the Powder, Ambassa's assistant damaged the cooling device on Vander's back. Therefore, his blood turned into lava. He was in terrible agony, so it would be right to put him out of it.
@@noobplay6055 his name was Rictus and he was obviously powerful enough to kill Jinx unscathed. Seeing Ambessa's face when she arrived to see him getting torn up by Warwick was terribly entertaining lol
Cried watching it... and cried again watching the reaction.. damn Arcane...
The dialogue with Isha when Jynx says "you´re my glasses" I was already "Ooooh no", clearly something was coming, it´s sad about Isha, but makes it even harder what that is gonna do to Jynx.. not ready for Act 3 🫠
man our emotions are kicked to death then revived then torn to 1000 pieces then attached again then nuked by a nuclear weapon this is the only series in my entire life that made me cry and im a grown man these animators animated emotions not characters super well done 😢❤❤❤❤❤
Wow, I just realized that the moves Cait uses to take down Vi at the camp (14:13) are the same moves that Ambessa used on Cait during the sparring session(4:04)! The details!
This episode was an emotional gut punch, so many emotions, glad I got to experience this one with you guys!!
I can't imagine jinx pain she is gonna blame herself again
as she should :v
@Spid4r1 why ? It literally wasn't her fault
@@Spid4r1 It legitimately wasn’t Jinx’s fault this time, it was Ambessa and Jayce (he had good intentions but still f***ed things up).
Let’s hope “the boy savior” can do something about this
He didn’t just get that title for nothing! Time to build a Z drive
I just wanted Jinx to be happy for once💔
After this Act I feel a bit hammered by plot pace , art style variations exploding into my eyes and the general massacre this was to my emotional balance. Still - need to rewatch asap
I can honestly say I need a break from Arcane to process this. What the hell man…
Interesting how people turned on Caitlin so fast, yet she came through in the clutch.
It's like S1 finale all over again
Okay, I just finished season 1, here are my thoughts so far:
It's very easy for a movie and sometimes ever a series to have people claim it's a masterpiece, because of a particular single aspect (CGI, actor, character, plot twist etc etc) they like.
Loved reading this! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Glad you’ve been enjoying the show so far! Can’t wait to hear what you think of S2
I was inconsolable from the moment they showed Isha standing there cause I knew right where it was fucking headed
Necrit put it well in his quick review post about this episode: "What the fuck"
Literally. Couldn’t have said it any better. Wtf just happened is pretty much the feeling everyone was left with.
Warwick isnt dead,he has so much health regeneration and durability he'll survive the blast, also since hes become full wolf in the game he probably has story after this.
i cried 10 times these last 3 epis
viktor speech about humanity it's so good
gives me chills
That scene on watercolors and with that music was really hearbreaking. I cannot stop crying
I was already crying when I saw that everything seemed so perfect and three episodes were still left 😭
Ekko: Perfect moment for time travel.
Act2 really made me bawl my eyes out for 3 ep straight insaaane
Average arcane exp: crying, losing on some dialogues bec of how astonishing the animation is
I'm beyond terrified for next Saturday. 💜
At this point I’m just gonna go in with the expectation that all of our favorite characters are dying. If someone survives I’ll be happy.
1:20 “I am really worried”.
Me: oh, I see you’ve watched Arcane. 😆
It's even a bigger tragedy that Vander got "killed" again by obviously very much like Powder girl, again due to the power schemes...
Jinx finds happiness and names.
Little Punchie -"Little sis,"
Powder - "Big sis,"
Cupcake - "in-law I put up with"
Big Punchie, wolf edition, "Daughter,"
Bozzo 1, "Daughter."
"Her
Name
Is
JINX!"
Jayce, returning us to to our regularly scheduled tragedy.
26:51 Yep, you are correct and we only know that was to make sure Viktor doesn't heal him completely, but also seems that made him overly agressive, even attacking Jinx.
Dw y’all ekko about to put on a all time legendary performance in act 3 for sure

I speculate, that Jinx may have panicked realizing Isha was about to do what she did as a kid, but also, she was scared she would …. die.
Jinx: Finally, Peace
Writers: About that--
I was trying to figure out how Isha had multiple gem-stones, and after a rewatch realized she smirks at Vi's dropped gauntlets at the commune gates.
Fantastic!
25:38 I know guys. Please ,Arcane make both Isha & Vander to come back in the final act ,in some way /somehow ,or U have gotta be kidding me?!😢😭
