Don't blame Jayce for Vander turning back into Warwick. It appears Singed got his Serum into him after Vi and Jinx ran outside to see what happened. We see him silhouetted in the wreckage of the building they were in and Warwick appeared to be bleeding a hot orange liquid, same color as we saw Singed load into his device.
@@VTsimpingSan I'm not sure how it matches up with Netflix (I have the episodes downloaded for editing Arcane AMVs) but in the file I have it's at 33:19, so check around that area.
@@VTsimpingSan @tekkerue has it right, it's about 33:19 on Netflix. In this video, it's at about 23:16, when Victor says the word "humanity." He's almost impossible to see in this video because of the obfuscation effect to avoid the copyright strike.
Also my theory: him (killing?) Viktor is not the sole reason w 26:05 hy vander turned into this firecreature. Singed started this new phase of his transformation and with viktor no longer (healing?) Vander the transformation process actually started.
I do believe though that Jayce would turn out to be right and wrong cause he didn't have Ekko's and Heim's opinions on the question and rushed destroying Victor TOO quickly
@@HybridHumaan that's not really a theory, is it? Thats literally what happened. Thats why it had the shot of singed standing in the rubble with the device in hand.
12:00 she died, and he is preserving her body in the case he will figure out how to bring her back to life. I dont think it was ever said how she died but if you arent a league player its very interesting case of addition to existing lore coz both him and his daughter are actually champions in league and her name is Orianna. Its addition coz before the show we only known that creator of Orianna was called Corin Reveck and in episode 5 Caitlyn actually found out that Singed real name is "Dr Reveck" and that just huge revelation did by this show. But by her apperance in league as a concious robot I guess he tricked death, but not in the way he intended
Well orianna got retconed. Its funny that riot said that everything mostly is canon, they made arcane canon, and they still didnt replace the bios with the arcane story. They really messed the lore up
@@skandrope5712 Personaly I love this retcon this show finally gave Singed more personality instead of just evil to the core doctor that runs really fast and poisons everyone and its all summed up with one quote from episode 5 by him "Why does anyone commit acts others deem unspekable? For love." It just gave purpose to all his madness and I personaly love it. I think they gonna update all bios when show ends but well we will see
Vander is for sure dead the scene before was him hugging his girls one last time and when Warwick comes out of the building you could see tears coming out of his eyes turning into lava and then screams that was probably the last little bit of Vander's strength telling them to run. Vander's incredible will to live and he refused death when death came for him before so he could hug his girls one last time so tragic.
Riot doesn't kill its champions. Happened one time for one champ to be dead in lore for 1 week and they retired it from the game for that period. Viktor, Jayce, Ekko, Heimerdinger, Warwick, Caitlyn, Jinx, Singe and his daughter Oriana, Ambessa and now Mel (she is rumored to be the new champ in LoL) should be safe.
Singed, the scientist, wants to achieve immortality, that's why he wants to continue experimenting with Vander, and thanks to Ambessa he will have more resources.
My theory goes like this, I think the battery just got unplugged from those people when the power source died (Viktor), and since Viktor worked on WW i think Vander's soul also got unplugged from WW, so whats left now is only WW. That would also explain why they did that big explosion in WW face, so that he can lose his upper half that was Vander, then let the health regeneration kick in, regenerate a completely new torso, and finally, the real Warwick will emerge.
Singed injected his new serum into Warwick when everyone ran out to see whats going on, thats why he went berserk. Vikotr getting unlpugged may have contributed to it, but Singeds injection was the main thing that caused it. Your second theory is pretty likely tho^^
In the old lore. Singed's daughter was exposed to the gases in Zaun after helping them. The gas gave her a life threatening sickness and Singed kept her in stasis until he can find a cure. There's more to the story but that'll delve into spoiler territory.
24:47 if you look closely, the screen FROZE in this part. There’s a character in the game with the ability to froze time in a specific area, a character that didn’t appear this act… I think he’ll save vi, jinx and cait from the explosion and get them out of there.
Ekko has literally never had the ability to "freeze" time as far as I'm aware. He can REWIND time, but not freeze it. That was a heck of a leap to make for something that was clearly just an aesthetic choice. It's the same as when we see vi smack Warwick's face open, and the blood flies out, then it flies back into his face. That didn't ACTUALLY happen, it was just a metaphorical example of his extreme durability and regeneration. In the same way, that screen freeze was just for emphasis, it didn't ever indicate an actually moment of time being frozen. You have to be able to recognize when the show is being literal and when it's being artistic. I don't think anybody else thought that was some kind of ekko time freeze.
This is going to sound really weird but me being a guy which range of emotions is quite low, seeing someone having so many emotions about so many things that happened is very amazing and endearing to me. I hope this doesn't sound wrong, but it's hard to explain.
Just to be clear, Vander/Warwick didn't go berserk because Jayce "killed" Viktor. Singed was still in Vander/Warwick's tent, and everyone left to check the situation outside...
@@GerblerM Warwick's coloring in this scene is the same as the "serum" that Singed says would stop Viktor from turning Vander back to normal, Warwick is having a chemical reaction leaking from his body, and it quickly shows Singed standing in the tent...
Vi needs to make up her mind about whether she does or doesn't care about kids. Didn't care much when Jayce killed one, cared a lot when Caitlin might have hit one while aiming for Jinx, but then stopped Jinx from trying to save the exact same kid.
they said singed's daughter was dead last episode when they also dropped his real name. based on that singed is the father of another league character named orianna who in the game is a clockwork woman with a hextech heart after her parts were replaced over time to keep her from dying.
I think the people that were "healed" were in fact dead hextech/void automatons with some remaining personality imprinted in them. Vander was saved from the same fate
Jeah in her original story her father, who was not singed (timelines dont match up) slowly changed her organs into mechanical pieces until there was no human left, he lost everything in piltover since it was way to expensive and had to move to zaun. In Arcane Singed stated that he wanted to cure Death itself.
As far as I'm aware with how this Signed seems to be going, it looks like his daughter is Orianna, and yes she is sick, heart defect or heart problems of some nature if I'm not mistaken, I think she actually died from it and he's preserving her and keeping her on life support, until he finds a way to fix her or "fix death".
22:08 I don't think the lava spitting-out is Jayce's fault. It happened before ,right? I'm wrapping my head around it. Only clue I can think of those lava-cave entrances ,shaped like warwick's face ,when viktor entered his mind. Poor Vander & Isha..😢😭🐺⛑👧💔
on why Jayce did it, if you think back to last episode when he was talking to Salo (the blonde councillor he splattered), Jayce, Heimerdinger, and Ekko all had their breath showing in that room in episode 3 since it's super cold. Salo didn't, even while speaking right next to Jayce, breathing the same air, there was no condensation. combined with the flashes Jayce kept seeing i'm 80% sure the cultists were already (at least physically) dead
No need to apologize for crying! This second act specially was intense :( Im scared for the last one, I doubt we'll get a happy ending, I hope at least for bittersweet.
sha was Powder's newfound humanity. His death will give way to Jinx and just as the arcane needs humanity AND hatred to be in balance (and function), the relationship between VI and Jinx will also find its balance. In short, the duality of the arcane is intimately represented by VI and Jinx
I feel like many viewers from developed countries struggle to fully grasp the depth of certain artistic moments, like Isha's sacrifice for Jinx or the Nami Mother's choice to die rather than deny her role as a parent. These scenes are grounded in values and relationships that go beyond individualism, focusing on honor, love, and sacrifice for something greater than oneself. In societies that emphasize personal comfort and self-centered narratives, it can be harder to appreciate these themes. Good stories aren't just about the characters themselves but about their connection to the larger world, including societal expectations and shared responsibilities. It's in this interplay that true meaning and beauty emerge. That said, Isha's sacrifice isn't just about her. She wants to be like Jinx-she imitates her. Her personality is still developing, and her actions reflect her admiration. What makes the scene so painful for Jinx is that, to Isha, sacrificing herself to help others is exactly what she thinks Jinx would do. Isha sees Jinx as a hero, but being a hero is what Jinx has been trying to avoid throughout this entire second season. Isha is like a mirror she was learning to enjoy looking at.
I feel ill to my stomach to see Vander like that, the way they gave us hope just to rip out of us in the most gruesome way possible... whyyyyy... the "tears" in his eyes broke me, people from Zaun really can't have a brake. Poor Jinx too she suffered so much, it was kinda obvious Isha was a character made to die but still..
I think Jayce has a very rational reason for why he did what he did. Its heartbreaking to lost Viktor but I feel like theres definitely something Jayve witnessed wherever he was that made him realized this was necessary. I think we'll ge the answers in the last arc. this is going to end the way it needs to... but its going to hurt... its going to hurt bad... like tragic poetry
While loosing Isha and Vander in one shot (pardon the pun) is tragic in itself….it is also a much darker, and poetic moment at the same time. Vander was fully aware of what was going on when Warwick was on the rampage….but like a passenger in a car, he was completely unable to control it when it was happening. Imagine being in that situation where you see the carnage “you” are causing, and being 100% helpless to stop it. So when Isha pulled the trigger….she was doing Vander a kindness. The other thing I am wondering now is if Ambessa....despite her "advice" on "professional entanglements", didn't actually put Maddie up to going after Cait. Because I honestly can't see Cait making ANY moves on Maddie otherwise. So Ambessa seems to have used Maddie to "fill the void".
i wont lie i cried LIKE A BITCH i still cry when i see or think about this episode and seeing vander cry cuz he didnt wanna hurt his daugthers FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK
The End of Season 2 Act 2: The Escalation, a breaking point has been reached, let’s see how far it can be pushed and how everything will come together. What did Jayce see? How will things go between Vi, Caitlyn and Jinx? Where is Heimerdinger and Ekko? What happened to Mel? Who or what will end up being the Final Antagonist of the Show, Ambessa, The Arcane, The Black Rose or even The Void? Where has Sevika and Maddie been throughout all of this? Hopefully, we’ll find out about at least the majority of these in Act 3. Also, i really hope we’ll find out what it was that finally made Caitlyn go against Ambessa, while it was a pretty nice Twist, i really would like some clarification, especially considering what we’ve seen of her up until now. Fun Fact: apparently Arcane was originally planned to have 5 Seasons, would you believe that?
In defense of Jayce, we have no idea what the hell he saw the entire time he was in the arcane. He has never been one to immediately resort to violence, even back when mel suggested making weapons with hextech back in s1, he still hesitated. So for him to murder salo without hesitation for wanting to leave, he knows something we dont, and whatever it is is something thats worse than anything that has happened so far
Singed ended up injecting/influencing Vander so thats why he went crazy . As for Jayce killing the "people" its because they're not human and Viktor's actions will negatively impact the future.
again Jayce fucked it up if season 1 his raid on chemtech suits things started the war and now when Viktor finally got something to do Jayce killed him....I swear if Vander died again I will lose it because Warwick is my freaking main and Vi too but Vi won't die we saw the trailer but seriously my two mains are in the same family and we lost Vander once I won't accept it if they killed Warwick
i feel like they did a pretty good job showing repeatedly that Caitlyn was never that far gone in multiple episodes, so i'm confused by the amount of reactors treating her and Vi's plan this episode like a sudden turn to the good side instead of the natural outcome. Is Caitlyn still complicit for not actively rebelling against Ambessa? yes. Was Piltover always an oppressive police state that suppresses and takes advantage of the poor, even long before Ambessa showed up? yes. Has Caitlyn repeatedly shown herself to be far more moral and thoughtful than any of the Noxians and Piltovians instead of buying into their propaganda fully? also yes.
The "death" of Viktor caused Vander's mind to get erased like the other villagers so only the beast remains inside. Also after that great monologue about GLORIOUS EVOLUTION I dont think Viktor will be a good guy anymore
When you were ugly crying at the beginning parts of this episode I knew there was no hope for you later with what was going to happy later in this episode. 😉
If they are in game then they live. So Warwick is alive (he can heal very fast) but propably uncousious, Viktor propably like u said will absorb back what he gave to ppl and Isha is dead. And there is propability that Ekko will apear because Viktor (so Arcane too) is vounded and something could crack and they come back with Heimer in right time and... SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT - Ekko can go back in time in game so 0.01% chance they reverse these tragic. But its copium hard.

We're supposed to be mad at Jayce. But we'll find out his reasoning in time. That's good writing
@@BurnDem101 sry but only people that can't think broader will be mad at Jayce, you literally see how he suffered and that he has to have a reason, the question is if the reason was him being manipulated or him knowing what will happen with Viktor
Jayce created a new hextech weapon called EMOTIONAL DAMAGE
@@JustCauseFan Jayce há been doing whatever he wanted, ignoring the help from wiser people, being manipulated and committing a lot of errors in the current 15 episodes, sorry but not, he is idiot and he spoiled everything, he doesn't think carefully anything, he just does it
As a father to a beautiful daughter that I would absolutely die for, I enjoy watching your reactions because I feel like it allows me to open up more emotionally and be more free in processing these feelings. I really appreciate your raw and honest reactions.
Thank you.
This is such a sweet comment and it melts my heart, as a Daddy’s Girl! I’m glad I can be helpful in any way shape or form and I’m glad you enjoy my content, she’s lucky to have an amazing father! 🥹❤️
It was the death of viktor. You can see viktor's emblem burning on his head. The same thing that happened with other followers before they die.
@@joaolira7072 it was probably both, viktor getting shot removed his influence on suppressing the beast while the serum made the condition worse.
Where do you see that? I've been looking for it but don't see his silhouette at all. I've went back and tried rewatching the scene.
Jayce "Leon Kennedy" Talis is here
Lmao, the villagers in Viktor town being like fucking zombies helps a lot to that comparison XD
The main structure in victors base is literally a voidborn its rather on the nose
20:12 Vander protecting his daughter Jinx 😭
I love her reactions they're my absolute favorite. You can feel every emotion, even if I've already seen the episode before. 😥❤
I thought my eyes were gonna pop off this episode😭
RIP Noxian beard guy he was an opp but he was kinda cold
I think he's technically from Targon seeing that he resembles Pantheon from the game. Noxus must have recruited him or something
It's so nice to share this with someone that feels exactly how I felt about the whole thing
I trust in jayces decision and that it'll be explained in act 3
Ekko and heimer are still missing
Also my theory: him (killing?) Viktor is not the sole reason w 26:05 hy vander turned into this firecreature. Singed started this new phase of his transformation and with viktor no longer (healing?) Vander the transformation process actually started.
I do believe though that Jayce would turn out to be right and wrong cause he didn't have Ekko's and Heim's opinions on the question and rushed destroying Victor TOO quickly
@@HybridHumaan that's not really a theory, is it? Thats literally what happened. Thats why it had the shot of singed standing in the rubble with the device in hand.
@@Bottlekap yeah its literally what happened people talking like its a theory :D
I think they gonna update all bios when show ends but well we will see
Victor... That last line is so addictive
7:42 OMG thank you for being one of VERY few reactors to catch that. I was dying. 😂
There’s a character in the game with the ability to froze time in a specific area, a character that didn’t appear this act… I think he’ll save vi, jinx and cait from the explosion and get them out of there.
in some way I really hope that’s true…and that maybe isha could also have lived
My man ekko!!!!!!
Welp. Im wallowing in my sadness
As far as we know Singed's daughter had lung problems due to living in Zaun, I believe she's basically dead, or barely alive.
Definitely the most bitter sweet episode indeed.
Source?
@@GerblerM I MADE IT THE FUCK UP AHAHAHAHAHAHAH, I mean, the logic does make sense
@@GerblerM it came to me in a dream
@@GerblerM Warwick's coloring in this scene is the same as the "serum" that Singed says would stop Viktor from turning Vander back to normal, Warwick is having a chemical reaction leaking from his body, and it quickly shows Singed standing in the tent...
@@GerblerM the shot of singed at 33:20 of the episode implies it. He had the device in hand.
Vi needs to make up her mind about whether she does or doesn't care about kids. Didn't care much when Jayce killed one, cared a lot when Caitlin might have hit one while aiming for Jinx, but then stopped Jinx from trying to save the exact same kid.
they said singed's daughter was dead last episode when they also dropped his real name. based on that singed is the father of another league character named orianna who in the game is a clockwork woman with a hextech heart after her parts were replaced over time to keep her from dying.
you actually did cook with that theory at the end ngl
👩🏼🍳
0:06 when her father wants grandkids
00:27 I'm new here, so lemme just say, that Shadow plushie at the back, just so good 🥲
25:04 No one is OK after that ... Big hug, everyone needs it after this episode
How do you hurt someone who has already lost everything?
Give them back something broken
I was just yelling at my screen, "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!?
Singed’s daughter was about to die but he has her preserved to keep her alive until he finds a way to prevent her death
Singed daughter fell very sick from the gas from helping people in fissures. So, Singed put her in like a cryosleep while he searches for a cure.
I think the people that were "healed" were in fact dead hextech/void automatons with some remaining personality imprinted in them. Vander was saved from the same fate
Джейс - один из самых недооценённых персонажей
Love your reactions
Singer’s daughter is dead, we don’t know why. I don’t think he tanked her for no reason
she is in an induced coma
Jeah in her original story her father, who was not singed (timelines dont match up) slowly changed her organs into mechanical pieces until there was no human left, he lost everything in piltover since it was way to expensive and had to move to zaun. In Arcane Singed stated that he wanted to cure Death itself.
Isha succeeded by only killing herself and her target, however Jinx just lost everyone including Vander again.
Technically Jayce was responsible for that. But either way, Ambessa was about to ambush them all either way.
11:58 She died. He is preserving her body trying to bring her back to life.
30:15 It's okay, we cry with you.
on why Jayce did it, if you think back to last episode when he was talking to Salo (the blonde councillor he splattered), Jayce, Heimerdinger, and Ekko all had their breath showing in that room in episode 3 since it's super cold. Salo didn't, even while speaking right next to Jayce, breathing the same air, there was no condensation. combined with the flashes Jayce kept seeing i'm 80% sure the cultists were already (at least physically) dead
yeah that is why they all died when Viktor died they nothing more then husk
No need to apologize for crying! This second act specially was intense :( Im scared for the last one, I doubt we'll get a happy ending, I hope at least for bittersweet.
sha was Powder's newfound humanity. His death will give way to Jinx and just as the arcane needs humanity AND hatred to be in balance (and function), the relationship between VI and Jinx will also find its balance. In short, the duality of the arcane is intimately represented by VI and Jinx
Jayce the Hero of tomorrow
Now Jinx will know why Vi doesn't want powder to come on s1 ep 3.
Adorable little lisp 😊
Isha is a gender-neutral name of Hindu origin, meaning “one who protects”
i have a good message to everybody. They can't traumatize us any more thank ep6 so that's good.
They should have called this episode “Emotional Damage”
Viktor is a stick of RAM fr
The trauma bonding is real 💔
"ISHA" means "one who protects" or "goddess."
You're really going through it in one week😂
It hurts that now vander inside warwick is totally gone
Btw loved your reactions tho
In defense of Jayce, we have no idea what the hell he saw the entire time he was in the arcane. He has never been one to immediately resort to violence, even back when mel suggested making weapons with hextech back in s1, he still hesitated. So for him to murder salo without hesitation for wanting to leave, he knows something we dont, and whatever it is is something thats worse than anything that has happened so far
Singed ended up injecting/influencing Vander so thats why he went crazy . As for Jayce killing the "people" its because they're not human and Viktor's actions will negatively impact the future.
We're all not ok.
Friendship with Jayce has ENDED 🚫🙅♂🚫
My poor boy Viktor 😭😭
JAYCE STAY BEHIND ME THESE PEOPLE HATE YOU
F7 to turn off cursor on subtitles btw (:
again Jayce fucked it up if season 1 his raid on chemtech suits things started the war and now when Viktor finally got something to do Jayce killed him....I swear if Vander died again I will lose it because Warwick is my freaking main and Vi too but Vi won't die we saw the trailer but seriously my two mains are in the same family and we lost Vander once I won't accept it if they killed Warwick
Eason Chan ∙ Isha’s Song you can react to that Chinesse song with the english Lyrics to get deeper
i feel like they did a pretty good job showing repeatedly that Caitlyn was never that far gone in multiple episodes, so i'm confused by the amount of reactors treating her and Vi's plan this episode like a sudden turn to the good side instead of the natural outcome. Is Caitlyn still complicit for not actively rebelling against Ambessa? yes. Was Piltover always an oppressive police state that suppresses and takes advantage of the poor, even long before Ambessa showed up? yes. Has Caitlyn repeatedly shown herself to be far more moral and thoughtful than any of the Noxians and Piltovians instead of buying into their propaganda fully? also yes.
Mel is a Solari pretty sure
Jinx been happy for 5 min.
Arcane - Not on my watch!
My Queen is dead. Long Live the Queen
The "death" of Viktor caused Vander's mind to get erased like the other villagers so only the beast remains inside. Also after that great monologue about GLORIOUS EVOLUTION I dont think Viktor will be a good guy anymore
Never doubt my girl Caitlyn !
8:40 im so happy rn😁
25:03 ......
Ohh no
When you were ugly crying at the beginning parts of this episode I knew there was no hope for you later with what was going to happy later in this episode. 😉
@aliAminus The Docter Daughter"s is dead, he is trying cure her "death" yuuuuuuup
But its copium hard.
if the mage that saved jayce and his mom is ryze i'm expecting him to show up again to help fix things.
