It's so impressive how this show manages to repeat patterns without ever feeling redundant or repetitive. If anything every action feels so fresh and unexpected, despite the fact that we're effectively just seeing different people make the same mistakes. I dunno how they do it.
Jayce this whole time has been the FACE of hextech and the “man of progress” with all of his achievements in the limelight. Now he’s going to be the thankless hero with many upset with him and no one being able to truly understand and appreciate what he did for the world outside of maybe Heimerdinger and Ekko. Can’t wait for the final episodes to see what happened to those 3.
"Good magic Viktor had" Magic Viktor had: -Everyone's maximum emotional spectrum: None - Calm -Self preservation instinct: 0 -Literally takes over the body via telepathy from miles away -dial-up scream in high note when the host is disabled -"People" he helped
43:03 I think the thing between Jayce and Viktor is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Jayce saw the future and is trying to stop it, but in doing so, he is actually fulfilling that future
I’ve been thinking the exact same thing, everyone keeps saying that Jayce did the right thing and it’s kind of frustrating that nobody is looking at all of the clues. After Jayce kills Salo Victor comments about how he could hear an ancient voice come from the core and how that didn’t seem to be entirely Jayces doing. Like you said he might be seeing a self fulfilling future. Whatever that voice is doing it always triggers Jayce whenever he gets a moment of lucidity, egging him back on the path that will lead to him killing Victor. Than with Victors ending monologue about human emotions now he’s going to end up turning people into those monsters that Jayce has been seeing
Would be so poetic, just like Powder, all he wants to do is help but what if he was tricked and destroys a future where life could have been a paradise
I think one thing.. Until we see exactly what Jayce and the others went through in the sphere... We really can't judge. What we do know is Jayce still saw Viktor as a brother. All the way up to when they parted. So he had to have had a really good reason for killing what was left of his best friend
It's subtle, but I think episode 5 is a real turning point for Caitlyn. She puts on her detective pants again and discovers that not only has Ambessa been making deals with scientists behind her back... But also this doctor, who is responsible for the creation of Shimmer and Warwick and who knows how many other poisons and abominations that have ravaged the people of the undercity, isn't actually a Zaunite like she assumed He's a once respected Piltovan motivated solely by love for a lost family member, just like her, and Caitlyn realizes that if she continues down the path Ambessa has her on, she could easily end up becoming him
also jayce killing victor is what made victor come to the conclusion that the doctor was right about free will/emotions in humans being their undoing. a self fulfilled prophecy. love this show man
Nice job noticing Mels armour also glowing in the finale before the missle hit. I had to go back & check after you said that. This show is so dope. I'm so addicted. NEED MORE!! 😅
@@asimplewanderer6101 The black rose explicity say that they Kino "May have been the child" and that Ambessa has "stolen something worth more than gold" Its something that is passed down, and inherited. We see Mel use powers 4 times until now. But yeah, its something she inherited.
go look at the opening of S2E1 and Jayce/Mel. If that is not enough light spoilers about things to look for getting more spoilery as it goes along. Also the Ambessa music video has hints if you want to watch it before S2E7. look at the shape/direction of Mel's power in S2E4 Jayce S2-E1 "How did I survive with nothing that happened while Victor.." S2-E1 The floor around Jayce/Mel Her power goes out in all directions There is a circle on the floor around Mel/Jayce and she is winded S2E1 She put a bubble around her and Jayce, which is why they didn't even have dust on them. There are lots of hints where the power comes from, but that is from outside arcane at the moment. With the Ambessa video There is a circle on the ground around her and her belly is a little round. Ambessa to the Black Rose in season 2 "You don't know how far I would go." Black Rose to Ambessa "You should have stopped the Feud." Ambessa started the feud with the Black Rose
Very observant about Mel's armor glowing. There's also a massive circle around where she was in the wresckage thats completely untouched and Jayce was holding onto her so he was somehow protected by her it's lookin like
Holy shit, incredible observation. In the first episode, it looks like maybe Jayce jumped on Mel to protect her from the blast, but it may have been the other way around...
Ahh the scene where Vi, Jinx, & Vander hugged... I was sobbing the first time. Even the scene of young Vander and Silco, they had such hope and were so close. And Isha's sacrifice at the end aksdf :( I agree that those people healed by Viktor look like they're a part of a cult, like they don't seem like individuals anymore. I thought Viktor was doing good upon the first watch, but now I'm wondering if all these people that were cured by Viktor are dying because Viktor is essentially taking back his power to save himself, since as the Doc said, his powers are finite. And that could explain why he was saying that he gets it now, that no one can escape humanity, perhaps as in the will to live since in this crucial moment he chose to save himself. And as for Jayce, I feel like he saw the actual truth about Arcane or something, he seems hell bent on destroying everything no matter what. Like I really feel like he has a good reason to act this way, which I guess we'll find out later. Also another interesting thought - I read someone's observation online that the runes in Viktor look corrupted, whereas Jayce's runes look pristine. Could mean that Jayce is actually the pure one. And when Jayce sees these healed people, he can see the corruption within, that's why there are flashes of creepy purple creature things on screen. Anyway, thank you for another enjoyable reaction! I just stumbled across your channel for the first time through these Arcane videos, and am loving how many little details you guys catch with every episode. Can't wait to see the rest!
Oh, I love your take! I right away hated what Viktor because cul5s always do the same. They pretend to heal, but really, they absorb people and take their autonomy and individuality away. Become a hive mind where only the top matters. And you're right, Viktor is the corrupted one. He fused with the help of shimmer and changed the arcane. Hence why when they die, their eyes fill with purple.
A Final Glorious Evolution. All according to Keikaku. ... Jayce and Jinx basically switched roles in this Act (Jayce became the chaotic jinx hearing voices). Powder was recreated through Isha (with the stones and good-willed intervention). Caitlyn was Marcus (until Vi intervened) and Medarda was Silco (wanting to use a Shimmer-fueled monster to further her agenda).
All the humans Viktor saved were no longer breathing. They were just Arcane machines. In the underground refrigeration chamber when Jayce met Salo, only the living like Jayce, Heim, Ekko breathed cold air but Salo did not. Jayce is the hero here
Are the people Viktor "healed" even alive? Cause i remember in act 1 you can clearly see Ekko, Heimer and Jayce's breath when they went to that underground chamber cause its cold there. But in act 2, you can still see Jayces, but Salos? There nothing there. hmmmmm 🫢🤔
Whether Viktor is aware of it or not he was helping the Rune replicate. The marks he left on people are present in the Rune and the commune itself is modeled after the Rune(why would Viktor do that?). Also, he said that the Rune was self-replicating and self-annihilating at the same time. That's exactly what he was doing. He got weaker with each "replicant" he created. Singed told him his ability was finite. I think he was dying regardless of anything Jayce did.
I wonder if Victor survived the sharknado bazooka from Jinx... Because he seemingly was already dead from the blast - with only hextech being activated.
I think the biggest clue to answer this question is that the community Viktor "healed" can't live if Viktor isn't alive, just like the doctor told him, if he persih the community is soon to follow , and we see the effect of Viktor's touch after Jayce shoots him. Was it a good thing what Viktor did? To me it looked shady af, being a hive mind and all, but of course I wanted to see Vander get better, I think that is what makes us angry or dissapointed at Jayce.
Also it seems like warwick (vander) was not going crazy because of viktor. If, why would he spit molten lava? You see 1 frame of singed there. So I believe while they left him alone he did his shit, he wanted to do from the beginning with Ambessa. The whole crazy molten lava/blood thing is also very singed like. "the mutation MUST survive"
i think it actually is because everyone viktor tried to heal or healed has metal on or probably also in them and after he died they are now rejecting it and dying but because of warwick's healing abilities the metal is melting in him but he can't die.
@@crazy_annihilator6961they specifically showed singed standing and Warwick started rampaging way after everyone else was already screaming. If Viktor dieing was the cause he would have started reacting at the same time as everyone else not so long after everyone else. Singed just injected him and that was the cause.
@crazy_annihilator6961 The thing is that it makes no sense in a way. Before Victor even started "healing," Vander was already in an ok state due to Vi and Jinx. Why would suddenly dying turn him to be worse than he already was.
@@mtheroes3296Because Vander’s healing factor is insane so Viktor dying and killing him wouldn’t have truly killed him but that combined with whatever Singed injected him with is what caused that nuclear reaction so to speak is my theory
When she says washed up goons, reminds me of another criminal organization show I watched where a villain was addressing their men and calling them all goons and one in the crowd without being addressed shouts, “Excuse me, I identify as a hench-person, goon has kind of taken on a derogatory almost slur like intent in our profession now, it’s no longer a point of pride and we all just want it to phase out of the Zeitgeist to be frank.” 😂
okay so theory: viktor isn’t healing everyone like we think he is, i think the hexcore is doing something to them. 42:14 you can’t see the blonde guys breath but u can see jayce’s so that means the blonde haired guy isn’t breathing i don’t think
Yeah I saw that theory and I agree it's compelling. Also just the fact that "killing" Viktor effectively kills all of them imo is kinda proof that something was very wrong with the whole thing... very hivemind-y. Like are you REALLY healing people and creating utopia if their "life force" is connected to you? Edit: To clarify, not that I'm blaming Viktor, but I just think something deeply creepy was going on here and we're gonna learn more of the truth about it in the next act.
I mean perfect evolution would require you to not breath, eat, sleep or anything really, you could just live without any burden But tbh i severely doubt what Jayce did was the right or good thing to do, he seems to be manipulated and really mentally unwell, i believe whatever future he saw that he's trying to prevent will actually happen because of his radical actions, a self forfilling prophecy, because he attempted to prevent that future is the very catalyst that will cause it to happen Jayce always tries to do good but fails and makes things worse because he acts to hastily, he's naive and sometimes really bad in his decision making when he isn't being advised on what should be the right course of action
@@_Chaosnight_I think jayce witnessed total destruction of zaun and piltover. Or worse. If that's the case, then what he's doing is the right thing to do. The future he'll bring is going to be way better for zaun and piltover as a whole. I don't think they'll mess with the game lore so drastically. the world building for their future shows need to have a base that won't conflict with the events of arcane.
1:04:40 I think the implication is more that Viktor had the “bad” magic since his was man-made and altered. Whereas Jayce was being influenced by the pure Arcane from that crystal, it was probably the one telling him he needed to destroy what he created before it turned into what he saw.
It's so beautiful that Vi finally putting her gauntlets down, a lesson Vander had been trying to teach her for so long, is what allowed him to notice her. F*ck this show.
Reminder: In season 1 jinx blew herself up on the bridge and Silco brought her to singed who saved her with a shimmer surgery treatment (no hate just wanted to explain)
The next 3 episodes are the final episodes of the SERIES. In 3 episodes, we have to wrap up the Vi/Jinx/Cait/Warwick/Ambessa thing. We have to wrap up whatever mission Jayce is hellbent on carrying out. We have to wrap up wherever tf Heimerdinger and Ekko are. And we have to wrap up Mel's inherited birthright and the Black Rose storyline. These final 3 episodes are gonna be insane. I expect to be freaking out, hyped af, and blubbering like a baby.
While losing Isha and Vander in one shot (pardon the pun) is tragic in itself….it is also a much darker, and poetic moment at the same time. Vander was fully aware of what was going on when Warwick was on the rampage….but like a passenger in a car, he was completely unable to control it when it was happening. Imagine being in that situation where you see the carnage “you” are causing, and being 100% helpless to stop it. So when Isha pulled the trigger….she was doing Vander a kindness. The other thing I am wondering now is if Ambessa....despite her "advice" on "professional entanglements", didn't actually put Maddie up to going after Cait. Because I honestly can't see Cait making ANY moves on Maddie otherwise. So Ambessa seems to have used Maddie to "fill the vaccum" she told Vi that she used to control Cait.
1:02:48 - Just for a few frames we see that the doctor is standing up in the "hut". It wasn't Jayce. It was the doc injecting the serum he made to destroy the man within.
44:38 it's interesting how everyone says this when they see viktor taking over salo to speak with jayce. about how sinister it all seems but by the end of the next episode everyone is rooting for it.
my guess is that jayce was in the future and viktor himself told him to go back and destroy the hexcore. I say this because he killed him too easily with no hesitation, it would make sense if that happened because future viktor himself told him to stop him. I know I'm most likely wrong though.
I've also seen people say Jayce went through multiple time lines and tried other solutions to try and save Victor, but the only way was to kill him. Would also make sense if he killed Victor in multiple timelines before this
Something that I noticed from other videos and made me realize is how Vander and Silco were like brothers and after the war they ended up fighting as well as Vi and Jinx but the other thing is how Vander for protecting Vi became a monster and how Silco for Jinx became a human and it seems that the same thing happened with Jinx, first he was a monster and with Isha she became a normal human again.
and now that I think about it, silco did his mother's hairstyle to jinx and when he saw her almost dead on the bridge, it is very likely that he remembered his friend who died in the war.
Viktor's hextech is weird. People that Viktor healed don't breathe. You can see it when Jayce returns and meets Salo. Vapor is coming out of Jayce's mouth because the room is cold. But Salo doesn't have any vapor when he talks. In other words he doesn't breathe or his body is ice cold.
Yeah definitely. People are very naive those times, just because of how it looks they think it's all good. Yes, Viktor himself is good and has a kind heart, that's why he's easily manipulated by whatever this thing is
It's not just physical (breath), Salo desn't have any resemblance of his former personality either. He seems at piece, but at what cost I wonder. Viktor probably thinks he's doing good, but we all know it's not that simple. Jayce came to do the right thing, I think, but his timing was wrong🥲
@@alexie5201the time should have been when Viktor asked the first time. This creature isn't Viktor... maybe 10%? The Hexcore's goal was probably to absorb as many humans as possible to keep growing.... like a virus or something.
All we currently know is that something truly fucked up must have happened for Jayce to just gun down Viktor on sight like that. Jayce spent most of a season moving mountains trying to save him.
33:52 you forgot Singed and Heimer was colleague before. Singed's daughter is already dead and his action trying to undo death was the reason he separated his way from Heimer.
Us who play League since the start and have followed the lore, already kind of know how things end, and it's definitely going to be a bittersweet ending. All of the characters will find their "purpose" in the world at the end if it's any consolation, don't wanna say anything more to spoil it tho.
When Jayce talks with the councillor Jayce breath shows in the cold while the others doesn’t. They’re not alive they have no free will viktor has a parasite and he’s feeding it hosts maybe not on purpose but he’s definitely not a “healer” he’s made zombies that he can’t control
LOVE the imagery in the Warwick vs Vi fight. The glowing red and electric blue all surrounded in darkness. Also the mirroring from Season 1 when Vi told Cait she couldn't protect Powder from the real monster (Silco)...and she's protecting Jinx and Isha from a real monster in Warwick.
I have a theory about what happened at the end. I honestly believe that if Warwick/Vander's was only Jayce fault, he would just be like the others, like "disconnected" (kind of?) but there's this short frame where we see Singed in the room where they were when they heard the explosion. And I think Singed actually got time to administer his thing/concoction when Vander was down like the others and couldn't defend himself and that would erase all of Viktor's work and that's why it's so much worse and that he's oosing lava.
For anyone that didn't miss that shot of singed, i feel like that was the obvious answer, don't doubt yourself too much you're right on the money. Only way this wasn't what happend is if they purposefully try to pull a twist. But in this setting that wouldn't make any sense, why would he be crying lava suddenly instead of just be enraged like he was before. It is possible that jayce did add onto warwicks rage, but its likely just the serum hurting him. Alot of people commenting or people reacting to it just seem to miss the frame of singed or didn't make the connection, but why was he there and wasn't he unconscious and why did fortiche place that shot there. Ambessa foreshadowed this in her training with cait; lava in your veins, shadows in your heart
Y’all should consider maybe vikor has the bad “stuff”. We don’t know what Jayce has gone through, and he’s seeing those people as faceless husks of a person. He obv knows something we do not
The one thing that I think is always interesting is that Jinx and Viktor have been ready to die for a while and people keep bringing them back and they just keep going through more. Viktor had accepted death a long time ago and Jayce revived him even after he basically said destroy it and Jinx has tried to kill herself multiple times and somehow she is stopped or saved by someone else. Now that they both think that they are doing good, (even though viktor is clearly being manipulated by the Arcane) of course all of it had to end. The crashout that Jinx is about to have is going to be insane and I don't think the Viktor is dead so whatever he turns into will also crash out and in my opinion they both deserve to go as crazy as they want after all of this bullshit.
What I love about this show is, there is so much thought and respect from the creators towards the characters. When you think that a character did something just because it was convenient to the story, you realize that, a normal person would do the same. Jinx using a lighter to see what happened and not just clap was, at least in my understanding, fear to see the worst, either Vander or Vi dead, that's why she approach slowly and hope the best.
She is Jinx, man. She just meant the "idea" of what people have come to know as "Jinx" wasn't in her itinerary anymore. The gun-toting, underworld, chembaron-heavy that she was when Isha first met her isn't what she was trying to rep now. But that isn't even what Isha was talking about when she handed her that gun and started air-boxing . Isha was trying to get Jinx to live up to the same ideals that Sevika was talking about. Literally for the same reason. The people of the undercity needed a advocate against the oppression of Piltover. They all saw Jinx as Che Guevara or Nelson Mandela or Malcolm X; one of them, who not only stood up to Piltover, but also someone who had the stones to hit them where it hurt, not once, but twice. A real revolutionary. That's where Isha was coming from. Also, probably try not to attribute madness to Jinx that isn't there. You both saw her literally lay Silco's body to rest in the River Pilt in episode 2. She has trauma related psychosis. She's deadly, but she is not macabre.
If you look at the final shot of Singed in the first season, it was him ssiting in a chair with Vander's body hanging (it was almost blended in the background, hard to see), but it did tease that he was doing something to his body, and here it is.
can i just say, i dont think Jayce had the "bad" kind of magic, i think its viktor😫 like..... have u seen how all those people died with him? he was creating his own 'monsters' or puppets, they're def not the same people they were before. the whole place was... uncanny...
I’m so early!! I have no idea how they’re going to wrap this up in 3 episodes but I need them to stop strangling my heart. Can’t we have 2 minutes of happiness 😭
If you go back to the last episode of Season 1, while Jinx fires the missle at Piltover, it flashes different characters and what they're doing. One such character is the mad doctor (Singe) and he has a large clawed beast hanging up already. Through the show we've only seen one.. Person that looks like that, Vander after he took the Shimmer. The build up to his return through the first three episodes of this season makes a lot of sense if you realize it's him early. Not just some random beast
I do think Jayce was seeing like the alien invasion of arcane going on through the people that Victor heals. I think as Victor was alive, he kept the sense of self still connected to the body snatched bodies of arcane but once he dies not only do we lose all the people but the arcane taking over their bodies. Idk what I’m trying to say but that Victor was the main line. I must say my absolute favorite episode was 2x05, but 2x06 hurts sooooo much. Still an amazing episode but it hurts. Great reaction! And I’m thinking we will finally get Echo back in the mix.
If they had released this at theaters, I'd have gone to a theater to see this season. Can you imagine? It's 100% worthy of it. This series is better crafted than any movie you see these days. 14:51 "What's wrong with my pants???" :D God I love this moment. Jinx has experienced crazy shiz, but nobody's ever insulted her pants before. :D 17:09 And this one 18:20 And this one 29:04 Important rule: Do not bite Vi. :D 35:02 I guess Mel is going Captain Marvel. :D That's going to be interesting. 36:55 Mega-beast vs Mega-beast. That ending... It really helps to be in love with the lore they've released via their cinematics, because there you get to know the characters for the pure idea of what they are. You don't get too emotional when you see these characters clashing because it's all about the spectacle and how beautiful it all looks. That's how I met Jinx, through the cinematics. I didn't know the details of how she got to where she is, even though I knew it must be pretty dark and tragic. Then Arcane comes along. I've known all along, it's giving us the backstory of these characters. And it's not going to end with everyone in a completely happy place. This helps me cope when we get what we seem to have gotten in the act 2 finale. But wow, how can they end this series in only 3 more episodes? I don't know, but I trust them. This story will end as it was meant to, and will be something to build on as this universe expands.
So I think people aren't paying enough attention to the Mel stuff. IMO it is directly connected to everything happening with the Wild Rune and may even be the "other side of the coin" Viktor is talking about. 1. The space where Mel sees the vines kill Elora looks like a darker version of where Viktor and Sky actually exist 2. The pattern in the Occulorum ceiling is an exact match to the space they travel through to reach Vander's mind 3. This one is a stretch but watch Salo's eye as he "dies". It almost looks like he is being filled by the Black Rose vines
You saw how the screen stopped in the end? Like, the literal time stopped by itself? Ekko's nickname is "The Boy who Shattered Time", there is still hope!
They even showed Vander being almost completely healed. When i puched Rictus out of this dome you can see blood on the Glass splinters, but Vander didn't turn into his bloodthirsty rage modus. Sadest part about this was, at lost for me , it was just a tragedy waiting to happen.
Jayce wasn't the one who caused Vander going crazy singed injected him thats why his rampage was different then how the rest of the hive reacted. It even makes a point of showing singed standing when Viktor says the doctor was right showing he was no long unconscious.
Notice how when Jayce comes back you can see his breath but you can’t see salos breath because salos not alive anymore, I think Jayce went through a bunch of futures and this is the one that he succeeded with

No, stop! You're going to make cry again! 😭
@lilunette9319 😭 we all get to suffer 🫂
It's so impressive how this show manages to repeat patterns without ever feeling redundant or repetitive. If anything every action feels so fresh and unexpected, despite the fact that we're effectively just seeing different people make the same mistakes. I dunno how they do it.
Vi did what he told her. She protected Powder from the blast that killed him and Isha. 🥲
@@alvinsmith3894 Shutup 🥲
Jayce this whole time has been the FACE of hextech and the “man of progress” with all of his achievements in the limelight. Now he’s going to be the thankless hero with many upset with him and no one being able to truly understand and appreciate what he did for the world outside of maybe Heimerdinger and Ekko. Can’t wait for the final episodes to see what happened to those 3.
"Good magic Viktor had"
Magic Viktor had: -Everyone's maximum emotional spectrum: None - Calm
-Self preservation instinct: 0
-Literally takes over the body via telepathy from miles away
-dial-up scream in high note when the host is disabled
-"People" he helped
Vi being more of a “Fister” Was a wild statement.
But also this doctor, who is responsible for the creation of Shimmer and Warwick and who knows how many other poisons and abominations that have ravaged the people of the undercity, isn't actually a Zaunite like she assumed
He's a once respected Piltovan motivated solely by love for a lost family member, just like her, and Caitlyn realizes that if she continues down the path Ambessa has her on, she could easily end up becoming him
Yes! Love your thoughtful point!
Yoooo thats a good point!!!
also jayce killing victor is what made victor come to the conclusion that the doctor was right about free will/emotions in humans being their undoing. a self fulfilled prophecy. love this show man
Nice job noticing Mels armour also glowing in the finale before the missle hit. I had to go back & check after you said that.
This show is so dope. I'm so addicted. NEED MORE!! 😅
Yes i thought maybe the gold was magical. But how would it explain Mels eyes glowing? She has power within, not the item. Maybe both?
@@asimplewanderer6101 The black rose explicity say that they Kino "May have been the child" and that Ambessa has "stolen something worth more than gold" Its something that is passed down, and inherited. We see Mel use powers 4 times until now. But yeah, its something she inherited.
go look at the opening of S2E1 and Jayce/Mel. If that is not enough
light spoilers about things to look for getting more spoilery as it goes along. Also the Ambessa music video has hints if you want to watch it before S2E7.

She put a bubble around her and Jayce, which is why they didn't even have dust on them. There are lots of hints where the power comes from, but that is from outside arcane at the moment.
With the Ambessa video
There is a circle on the ground around her and her belly is a little round. Ambessa to the Black Rose in season 2 "You don't know how far I would go." Black Rose to Ambessa "You should have stopped the Feud."

@@Sinvare thanks for all the info. Is Mel protected by more than a power? Perhaps an entity....
it's in fact tatto on her body not clothing or armor iirc.
Isha is alive (is wearing straitjacket) she isn't dead we didn't see a body (in feetle position)
yep! the explosion affected warwick only *yelled from my padded room*
FEETLE
Warwick can regenerate and he covered Isha right guys? GUYS???
Very observant about Mel's armor glowing. There's also a massive circle around where she was in the wresckage thats completely untouched and Jayce was holding onto her so he was somehow protected by her it's lookin like
Holy shit, incredible observation. In the first episode, it looks like maybe Jayce jumped on Mel to protect her from the blast, but it may have been the other way around...
Ahh the scene where Vi, Jinx, & Vander hugged... I was sobbing the first time. Even the scene of young Vander and Silco, they had such hope and were so close. And Isha's sacrifice at the end aksdf :(
I agree that those people healed by Viktor look like they're a part of a cult, like they don't seem like individuals anymore.
Jayce is the hero here
the writers of arcane hate us and no one will convince me otherwise. ☹️
i hate you too
2 sides of the same cog...
Are the people Viktor "healed" even alive? Cause i remember in act 1 you can clearly see Ekko, Heimer and Jayce's breath when they went to that underground chamber cause its cold there. But in act 2, you can still see Jayces, but Salos? There nothing there. hmmmmm 🫢🤔
They're bio-magitech cyborgs... I sincerely doubt that breathing is even necessary...
Because he seemingly was already dead from the blast - with only hextech being activated.
one of the monster things jayce imagined as he saw them had no brain...
Come on guys, Isha isn't dead, she's now in... Wakanda.
real
She is not dead , only dusted
I mean perfect evolution would require you to not breath, eat, sleep or anything really, you could just live without any burden
But tbh i severely doubt what Jayce did was the right or good thing to do, he seems to be manipulated and really mentally unwell, i believe whatever future he saw that he's trying to prevent will actually happen because of his radical actions, a self forfilling prophecy, because he attempted to prevent that future is the very catalyst that will cause it to happen
Jayce always tries to do good but fails and makes things worse because he acts to hastily, he's naive and sometimes really bad in his decision making when he isn't being advised on what should be the right course of action
@@_Chaosnight_Living without burden isnt living
@@jadenndanga-gx3hjThat's for us, as humans. Remember it's an evolution.
1:04:40 I think the implication is more that Viktor had the “bad” magic since his was man-made and altered. Whereas Jayce was being influenced by the pure Arcane from that crystal, it was probably the one telling him he needed to destroy what he created before it turned into what he saw.
I don't usually watch reaction video especially not this long but i love your reaction, it's like I'm enjoying two shows xD
Well guys we got 10 seconds of happiness! Very kind of the writers ❤
"Sounds like dial up internet" I dam near shot coffee through my nose 😂
It was the doc injecting the serum he made to destroy the man within.
yep. he makes me fcking sick.
I wonder what Salo turns into at 41:09.
JAYCE GET BEHIND ME THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW YET
No comment just...😭😭😭 I've watched that last scene so many times and I full on ugly cry every time! The parallels with season 1 episode 3 too
44:38 it's interesting how everyone says this when they see viktor taking over salo to speak with jayce. about how sinister it all seems but by the end of the next episode everyone is rooting for it.
what do you think about it? would u say it’s sinister?
I rushed to RUclips to check if I wasn't the only grown person weeping for an animated character
I'm a late 30's woman... I cried like a baby..
Ekko! Please save us boy!
my guess is that jayce was in the future and viktor himself told him to go back and destroy the hexcore.
Would also make sense if he killed Victor in multiple timelines before this
56:21 I CANNOT 😂😂😂😂 "i used to like that" has me laughing so hard
Something that I noticed from other videos and made me realize is how Vander and Silco were like brothers and after the war they ended up fighting as well as Vi and Jinx but the other thing is how Vander for protecting Vi became a monster and how Silco for Jinx became a human and it seems that the same thing happened with Jinx, first he was a monster and with Isha she became a normal human again.
and now that I think about it, silco did his mother's hairstyle to jinx and when he saw her almost dead on the bridge, it is very likely that he remembered his friend who died in the war.
Vi: "Cupecake"
Caitlyn: "The weapons are here, here and here, Ambessa will be here, and all our secret plans are X, Y, & Z" 😂😭
10:35 Jinx induced an "Sheesh im not that crazy" moment
Notice that when salo and jayce were in the chamber that salo didn't have any breath? Only Jayce's was showing.
The situation sucks, but I don't think Jayce was wrong to do what he did.
Especially because technically, Jayce created Viktor to be this way.
All we currently know is that something truly fucked up must have happened for Jayce to just gun down Viktor on sight like that. Jayce spent most of a season moving mountains trying to save him.
Tell me your age without telling me your age... "It sounds like dialup internet!"
so.. how old are you?
33:52 you forgot Singed and Heimer was colleague before. Singed's daughter is already dead and his action trying to undo death was the reason he separated his way from Heimer.
I love it every time when warwick starts attacking and the heavy metal starts that everyone goes nuts. Hits eveytime, that scene slapped
Us who play League since the start and have followed the lore, already kind of know how things end, and it's definitely going to be a bittersweet ending. All of the characters will find their "purpose" in the world at the end if it's any consolation, don't wanna say anything more to spoil it tho.
18:01 The dual look-in was funny af
When Jayce talks with the councillor Jayce breath shows in the cold while the others doesn’t. They’re not alive they have no free will viktor has a parasite and he’s feeding it hosts maybe not on purpose but he’s definitely not a “healer” he’s made zombies that he can’t control
Can*
LOVE the imagery in the Warwick vs Vi fight.
Yeah, I think he had the syringe in his hand. So, if that ia true Vander probably was gone since the serum was meant to prevent Vander's recovering.
Is there a word for loving something completely and utterly hating it at the same time?
Bro the "it's evolved" comment at the end of ep5 😂 YEP
Y’all should consider maybe vikor has the bad “stuff”. We don’t know what Jayce has gone through, and he’s seeing those people as faceless husks of a person. He obv knows something we do not
End of ep 4, Salo wasn't breathing, he was already gone
Singed managed to change Vander while they were busy fighting the big guy . The people Viktor "saved" aren't alive and are puppets.
59:26 literally made the same “he’s recharging” joke when I watched 😹😭
What I love about this show is, there is so much thought and respect from the creators towards the characters. When you think that a character did something just because it was convenient to the story, you realize that, a normal person would do the same. Jinx using a lighter to see what happened and not just clap was, at least in my understanding, fear to see the worst, either Vander or Vi dead, that's why she approach slowly and hope the best.
Vi in her emo phase: Not Vi as in Violet, Vi as in Violent!!!
A little fact in the scene where Sevika is running from the prison with Isha, you can actually hear Isha yell mama as she reaches for Jinx 😭😭
Your reactions are so fun to watch )). 42:39 "Here comes the hammer", LOL :D.
If you look at the final shot of Singed in the first season, it was him ssiting in a chair with Vander's body hanging (it was almost blended in the background, hard to see), but it did tease that he was doing something to his body, and here it is.
can i just say, i dont think Jayce had the "bad" kind of magic, i think its viktor😫 like..... have u seen how all those people died with him? he was creating his own 'monsters' or puppets, they're def not the same people they were before. the whole place was... uncanny...
Yes. I screamed cult the first time Viktor healed Huck.

Most couples don't have strict roles.
I'm an emotional guy who often cries at emotional shows.
This arc had me crying so hard I had a headache, which is a first for me. jeebus.
Victor? The good kind of magic? He created a hivemind😂😂😂
Jayce timing is just crazy lol
52:48 Brave? Or has he lost all impulse of self-preservation?
Remember when Jayce and Viktor said the hextech gemstone was "stable and absolutely safe"? Didn't look so stable and safe at the end there.
And I’m thinking we will finally get Echo back in the mix.

i’ve waited 3 years for this and it’s literally fucking GLORIOUS and warwick *chefs fucking kiss*
17:09 And this one
18:20 And this one
29:04 Important rule: Do not bite Vi. :D
35:02 I guess Mel is going Captain Marvel.
1. The space where Mel sees the vines kill Elora looks like a darker version of where Viktor and Sky actually exist
2. The pattern in the Occulorum ceiling is an exact match to the space they travel through to reach Vander's mind
3. This one is a stretch but watch Salo's eye as he "dies". It almost looks like he is being filled by the Black Rose vines
i think singed was the reason vander or Warwick became heated up, they left him alone with him when vi and jinx checked out what was happening outside
WOW, Cait folded INSTANTLY
i am here after act 3.... i`m not okay

I watched a reaction yesterday and someone commented when Vi spit on Cait, "Cait said: imma save that for later" 🤣
By the way: Misha, the guitarist of Periphery, did Warwick’s theme.
Salo was not breathing.
omg ive been waiting for your guys reaction!!!
