The fact that Jinx, while talking to Silco's chair, refers to Isha as a 'friend' makes her sound like a kid and reminds us how fragile she still is, even though she's technically the least bothered person when it comes to all the chaotic environment created by her. I love that scene and this act specifically. Jinx is by far the best and most complex character in this show.
24:31 when the soundtrack decided to become a Doom score. Fun fact: the melody (which you can hear clearly in the soundtrack) is a distorted version of “Dear Friends Across the River”
In this episode we see Jinx try to play the character of "Jinx the revolutionary" Only to have litterally every character see through the facade be they enforcer or zaunite and see her as human. Perhaps the first time any group of people have done that since season 1 episode 3.
We are back, after a several month time jump since Ep 3! Things have changed massively. (Left unspecified, but stated by a Co-Producer to be between 3-6 months)
Singed is out here doing nothing but catching Ws. Also can we get some respect for the Enforcers that saw a thing of nightmares come at them like it was the Darth Vader hallway scene and still tried to hold their ground.

Powder needed an actual healthy attachment and to get out from under her abuser. It's no coincidence she starts to heal after she escapes Silco's manipulation, gaslighting and isolation.
@@anitaremenarova6662 It isn't just the take away, its the literal events that happen. Silco was a manipulative monster who's gaslighting and obsession with his child victim drove her to attempted murder of her own sister and her own attempted suicide.

Oh she's absolutely deaf and not mute. Deaf doesn't mean "hearing absolutely nothing", y'all. Just as blind doesn't mean "no vision whatsoever". Lot of deaf people are able to hear high frequencies, or low frequencies (with their ears), or really loud noises. Isha seems to be able to hear some sounds, but not a lot. She always looks at people's mouth when they talk, and doesn't react when they're turned away from her. Also, she can make some sounds with her vocal cords. We can sometimes hear a few sounds coming from her (s2e3, in the temple)
I'm glad they liked it but for me this is the worst episode in all of arcane (in arcane standards so it's still very very good). There are good moments but the writing and dialogue just feels so off.
I don't know about worst, but I agree that for example, Jinx's monologues about Silco and her mental state are too much "tell not show", bit like the song lyrics as well, and are just too corny and on the nose for my liking.

I love Family Guy references.
Caleb's theories are always either absolutely nuts or insanely on the mark. Kinda shocked which way it's leaning this episode.
Caleb's gonna get destroyed next episode 😭
he won't be able to recover then on ep6

So Caleb is saying we are having a "Vi-Ctor" Focused Episode next episode! 😂
Love y'alls content. Happy to see the Season 2 posts!
Caleb is going to evolve into an amorphous blob leaking fluid and sad noises. 😢 Will have hugs on stand by when you need them buddy. ❤
A full Vi episode focusing on her and who she’s going to be would be great…
Too bad there was no time for that, after this episode is where the writing quality starts to suffer.
