@Lala Papa No need for a warrant when there's probable cause - based on witness testimony - of brandishing. What a stupid, stupid take on this situation. Now you think cops need warrants to intervene with potentially violent criminals who are, at a minimum, disturbing the peace. No cop needs a warrant for that type of encounter. But you go right ahead and defend those felons. We all see how that's been working out nationwide. All this video shows is an emotionally unfit cop demonstrating her incompetence by shooting directly at her partner.

A female officer, obese officer, weak officer can be a third officer but should never be one of two primary on the scene. They have a place in certain situations and positions like rape cases for emotional support, school truancy, traffic control at events etc. You have to have good self-awareness to your skills. If you're hiring, you have to be brutally honest to people and say no. I actually think trauma nurses cross trained as officers, being on scene for medical in SWAT cases could be useful to shot officers once the shot officer is extracted from the primary scene but it isnt safe for ambulance yet because seconds count.

Ive played alot of survival games where nervous teammates end killing me or other teammates, in this situation (of course its very serious because its real) its just like nervous teammates in a game; not thinking on the fly, getting nervous, and putting lives in danger. As a retired LEO, I speak from my own personal experience when I say there are both males and females who are not emotionally fit to serve the public in dynamic dangerous situations where split second decisions have to be made about when and where and how to use a firearm. With that being said, there are some females who I would walk into battle with in a heartbeat without a second thought. But I have to be honest when I say this, of the officers that I worked with during those nearly 3 decades that scared me the most, and had no business being in high stress, emotionally taxing predicaments of all types, the majority of those were females. That is not an opinion, that is a fact based on personal observations where I was present and involved.

And unfortunately so it would seem the quality flows a tad deeper in the not men areas unfortunately.
I would say for the most part men are more concerned with the entire situation as apposed to the situation that effects a single person.
I'm not saying all women think that way blatantly because there's tons of examples showing selflessness equal or way more then some men .
And not all men will be selflessness.
Just more so in the way that humans made. A female would naturally protect the way procrastination continues.

No shame in it, not everyone is cut out for it.I doubt this issue reared its head for the 1st time on this call, it was just worst case scenario...I have never seen a more gut-wrenching OIS video and it was solely because of an insane level of panicked incompetence. I was certain she was about to give her partner one in the back of his head. Everything, LITERALLY everything she did lacked any recognizeable self-control, clear thinking, or situational awareness. Utter fear and panicked actions. Much the same as a panicked, drowning victim will drown their rescuer to save themselves, her panic had her reflexively ok with killing her partner to save herself.

When I did the psych test for armed security they did one _after_ as well and the psychologist said that's the one that matters b/c the results are "alarmingly different" in more than 75% of cases.
