The Incel Counterstrike Brigade will be along shortly to explain that she's an outlier and female cops suck. That's their thing. But yeah, she handled that like a pro. Even her response when he asked whether she'd been hit was icy calm. Much respect.
These 2 cops are calm, collective, and on point. The female officer is at the top of her game. She recovered quickly after falling backwards and engaged to cover her partner. Both these cops should be very grateful for having such great partners.
the mail officer was a scatter brain and having a melt down. What are you talking about? Did you not watch the video? Watch it again and listen to the panic in his voice as he shoots with one hand while on the radio. Bro you need to be more perceptive in life.
Not sure what’s up with Jon on this one. News article clearly states the perp was still in the hospital recovering from multiple gunshot wounds. They got him. He was scheduled to be released and moved to jail, but died still in the hospital.
I thought the same thing but remember the guy crashed and we don't know if he was bleeding from something else and that's why he was in a hurry or if it was old from something completely unrelated or if it is even blood at all. A am just wondering how there is no cause of death to be found, what about an autopsy, why would he crash and barely be breathing if he did not get shot etc. ? Too many unknowns.
I was stopped for speeding a few years ago, after retirement, and the officer took so long to approach that I almost drove off. She explained the violation in a polite but stern manner and let me go w/a warning. I’m guessing when she found out we were on the way to a family funeral she didn’t want to make our day any worse. Also, your point about reloads is spot on. In ‘74 I ran out of ammo in the middle of a gunfight b/c I didn’t have sufficient ammo w/me, and as a detective I foolishly thought an extra six was sufficient. After that I carried two boxes of duty ammo (100 rounds) in my briefcase plus the 12 spare on my belt.
That female officer held her composure perfectly. I had to rewind the video before finishing it and do a double take because I couldn't believe how stoic she sounded on the radio lol. Well done to these two
This is the most unique body cam footage I've ever seen. The fact that a female just got shot at and could've died and isn't screaming hysterically? Wow props to her.
Hahahaha! What we DIDN'T hear was the fact that she WAS screaming but it was at such a HIGH PITCH that ALL of the dogs in a half-mile radius started to HOWL but INSTANTLY went catatonic because her High-Pitched SCREECH blew out their EARDRUMS!! Bwahahahahahahaha!!!!!
this is an extremely backhanded and sexist remark. She's voluntarily putting her life on the line to protect her community, and puts shot in the bad guy, and all you can talk about is how she didn't scream after getting shot at? I'm sure if you were in this situation you would have cried and ran away
@@DTreatz you can back your sexist views with whatever anecdotal evidence you want, that still doesn’t make it true. Anyways i’m not about to get into an argument with a bunch of strangers. enjoy the rest of your day

I'm no expert but they probably stayed in place because of the evidence available via dashcam, body cam and physical evidence on their shop.
The summary is this. Overall outcome is a positive rhing. Bottom line is no cops hurt, and bad guy is working out his life choices with his maker. 👍 Thumbs up here!!
They had to stay and protect the scene of the incident. Especially with Barney Fife shooting wrecklessly... they will have to search down range for those "willy nilly" shots...
These women officers handled the situation beautifully. Also the others, he started rendering aid quickly after assessing other possible dangers. It probably didnt show it, but he may have cuffed him before being hands on.
Some years ago I heard the were not allowed to use shot detectors to triangulate and pinpoint where shots came from because of politicians. Some people don't want the bad guys to go away because then their money power and influence goes away, we people learn that about our politicians we will have better voting results and we can start cleaning this nation up.
I am just glad the only one to take a permanent dirt nap is the bad guy. I think the officers did well given the circumstances and both officers have my thanks and prayers for a speedy return to duty. This thug has fulfilled his fantasy of living and dying as a criminal and cannot be a parasite to society any longer. This happened near Pine Hills, also known as Crime Hills. I am not surprised at all.
Looks like blood spatter on the inside of the drivers door from the badge cam, perhaps accident related rather than gun fire, but the way he just ran off the road, would be surprised if not shot.
Actually John the first article you linked, the headline now says he was in the hospital recovering from "gunshot wounds" sustained during that shootout with the cops. It doesn't say why they didn't chase him, but he apparently got shot at least once, and probably more. Given that the male cop did a mag dump, and the female was (I think) close to empty, you'd hope they hit him at least once. I know, misses happen a lot...but still, you'd hope.
The female police officer was quick to act and I was surprised by her calmness after such a tense situation, she was truly born for this job, I hope she becomes a great police officer who serves the community well and stays clean, away from tyranny and corruption. Now this other boy, my gosh, what a disaster. I've seen in videos many police officers comment on this unfortunate mistake of using the radio incorrectly, but this is the champion in this area. 😵
I'm not a cop. I'm not military. I have little to no combat training. Im not a tough guy, nor a genius. However, I find it interesting you say @ 3:50 you don't want to exit your vehicle quickly. If the suspect jumps out and is dumping rounds in your direction, don't you NOT want to be sitting in a car behind a non-bulletproof windshield?
I think them not following was the right thing to do. Bullets don't kill people until they're shot from a gun. The best way to prevent one of those bullets from hitting a bystander is to not have them fired at all. Perusing here only put others in further danger. Even if the perp gets out of sight his car is now easily identifiable. He won't get far before hes seen again. At that time they can do whatever needs to be done even if its another gun fight. But if they keep chasing him hes only going to fire more bullets.
Glad to see no innocent people were harmed in this incident. Living in Nevada, it was odd to see cars driving through the crosswalk with a pedestrian. We don’t see the front of the vehicle on the badge cams so maybe one of those rounds hit something in the engine like the transverse mounted transmission or the radiator and obviously if the radiator is damaged and leaking coolant it’s not a good idea to get in a high speed pursuit because you will overheat the engine very quickly, and if the transmission is damaged it either won’t be able to leave park or it may not shift correctly And if the adrenaline is pumping and you’re not paying attention to the tack you could easily over rev the engine and throw a rod if the transmission is damaged to where it will not shift out of first or second gear
