Thank you for this information, I have experienced pain in my calves for some time, when I sleep. I'm over 70 years old and I see how this can be improved with your explanation and courses of exercises. You're a gentleman and a scholar.
@@roblong3684 I'm only 135 lbs, I walk 2 miles a day, put up 7 bags of mortar just yesterday, and I normally mow with a walk behind mower for average of 2 hours. I think I doing pretty damn good for a 73 year old. I probably can out sprint you in a foot race.
Many Thank Yous!!! You make me heal!!!!! I promise!!! Yes YOU do! 6 years I studied fascia. My health bad. 6 years I improve. I find you and I’m healthier still!!! How do I say thank you BIGGER? I don’t know. 😊♥️ (Post cancer, degenerative muscular dystrophy….many other things…..and I’m better now than when I was 15. I’m 55. The body cries, we cover with one pill, and another. Age. No more meds for “help” I heal. You show me how.
Here's a concise summary: The video emphasizes the importance of maintaining five key muscles to prevent aging and ensure overall health. The muscles discussed are the calf muscle, gluteal muscles, sternocleidomastoid muscle, neck extensors, and a fifth 'secret' muscle mentioned later. Calf Muscle: The calf muscle is crucial for blood circulation. The speaker explains how it acts like a pump, aiding venous blood flow back to the heart. Weakness in this muscle can lead to problems like varicose veins and affect overall circulatory health. The video demonstrates exercises and techniques like myofascial release using a roller and a ball to strengthen and maintain the calf muscle. Gluteal Muscles: The gluteal muscles are important for maintaining the correct position of the pelvis and supporting good posture. Weakness in these muscles can lead to back pain and spinal issues. The video emphasizes the role of the glutes in supporting the reproductive system as well. Sternocleidomastoid and Neck Extensors: These muscles are crucial for blood supply to the brain. The video discusses how these muscles affect the condition of the carotid and vertebral arteries, which are essential for brain health. Issues with these muscles can lead to symptoms like dizziness, vertigo, and headaches. Secret Muscle: The fifth muscle is not specified in the summarized portion, but its importance is hinted at, suggesting it plays a significant role in overall health. The speaker provides detailed explanations of each muscle's function and offers practical advice on exercises and techniques to strengthen and maintain these muscles. The video aims to educate viewers on the importance of muscular health in aging and overall wellness.
Thank you Dr. Alekseev for all the great calf muscles exercises. Where can I find the exercises for; ✔️gluteal muscles ✔️sternocleidomastoid neck muscle ✔️Extensor neck muscles ✔️Levator scapulae muscles ? I tried to follow the link that you posted within the video but it was broken (I’m in the states. I don’t know if that makes any difference.) Perhaps you should consider using a student /mentee /apprentice to respond to some of these questions in the comments? I appreciate your generosity in sharing your knowledge. Lee in California
