      Is there any way to self release a fixed L5 - S1 facet joint? I need to visit my chiropractor each week, and actually the joint is stuck again within a matter of days.. She uses a Thompson table. (I play golf that probably doesn't help). I also have degenerative disks at a.o. the L5 disc, which could be the cause of the fixation in my opinion. I live in Europe and follow your videos! Highly appreciated!

      Belly laughed when I read this. Actually laughed thinking what BS. I've been suffering for years with my shoulders, doctors dont help just want you on tabs. Tried the first 2 exercises and them to alone felt amazing. Like unreal. So your definitely right with what you have said. Can't believe it to be honest

    i have been in constant chronic pain because of arnold nevralgia for 4 years. Almost can't move, can't drive. Drugs to keep me able to work. My whole life out of work was dedicated trying to find a way to get rid of the pain. No social life, no hobbies, no friends, just me trying to get rid of the pain. I've seen physical therapists, even neurologists, but nobody could help.
    Stress makes my upper traps very tense. The exercise you showed made the pain go away for the first time in 4 years. I'm a grown man but crying tears of relief. You have no idea what this means to me. thank you !

    When I was around 20 years of age, I was doing bodybuilding, playing American Football and building houses here in Germany. I got pain from the back around to my heart. Mostly in the heart area. So I was concerned about it and I went to the doctors ... for 2 weeks. Nobody found anything. My father at the time was a truck driver and was 2 weeks on the road at that time. When he came back I told. I didn't even fully explained him the problem. He just asked me to turn around, put my T-Shirt off and he starts to massage my "Trapezmuskel" (Trapezius muscle). The pain was gone after 5 minutes. A truck driver knew more than all of the doctors. 😁

      I had/have the exact same problem. I thought I was having minor heart attacks or angina it was so painful. Turns out to be trap/back issue. I still have it but as long as I watch my posture, stretch and work out the kinks it's manageable. I saw around 8 different doctors and every one had a different diagnosis and therefore a different treatment, none of which worked at all. Never put faith in someone just because they have a title or a degree. Some were quite frankly useless, and the best relief and advice Ive gotten are usually from 'unqualified' people who have shared the pain or know someone who has. Sometimes it's just best to leave doctors out of it as they only treat symptoms, complicate it, or get it wrong altogether. My first doctor chose to treat the pain and not the cause and I became hooked on painkillers for years, while he did nothing to find an actual cause or cure for the pain. it's hard to find a doctor today, especially one who actually gives a shit. Glad you found some relief my friend!

    • @stanlibuda5786
      @stanlibuda5786 2 года назад +2

      @@Lovegun. Thanks. Hope you are doing well. And yes, good doctors are hard to find. One example, if I may: when you are doing your yearly check-up with an EKG and the doctor finds nothing. Fire him at the spot. With the EKG you only check the front of the heart. Not all the other sides. Dick Butkus, yes, the one and only, took after his career every year an EKG until he became a heart attack. Search the net for it and read his story. And you will find that there is only one method to check your heart completly.

    • @Lovegun.
      @Lovegun. 2 года назад +4

      @@stanlibuda5786 oh damn. That's something I will look into for sure thank you. Ive only had one EKG before, and although they said my heart was fine, the rhythm was TOO steady and solid. I had no idea what that meant and it wasn't explained to me when I asked. I've had many experiences in Dr offices where medically they obviously had degrees etc,, but common sense and logically, they were atrocious.

    Been having trapezius muscle pain on the right side for about 7 months now. I sneezed super hard and that was all it took for my muscle to spasm and send shooting sharp pains up my neck, down my arm, and through the right side of my back. I've seen chiropractors, had several deep tissue massages, and taken muscle relaxers to ease the pain. I love this
    It's the best video out there for relieving trapezius pain
    The only thing people should have a problem with is the title "FOR GOOD"
    Because many men have to strengthen their lower and mid traps to compensate for their pectorals
    They will end up stretching for the rest of their lives
    So if there title were "FOR GOOD" then this video would be absolutely flawless world class #1
    I've never been as successful in stretching this muscle as with this vid 10/10

    This video was very helpful, I had thyroid and lymph nodes cancer and they removed it all afterwards I lost a lot of movement in my left arm it’s been like this for years. So some of the exercises I can’t do because I can’t hold my arm up or lift it pass shoulder height and I can’t cross it over my head at all the one muscle that comes down behind your ear to the back of my shoulder is so tight you can see it pulling like I’m constantly flexing. If you stand in front of me you can see my left side sagging down.

    11-03-24: I used my right arm to reach way up above the kitchen sink to pull the clock off the wall to “fall back” one hour and about 15 minutes later I had thee most pain in the lower area that I have ever experienced in my life. I looked up this muscle, found this video of you, did all the stretching 30 minutes after I found you, and I’m now fine. So THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Rowe 🎉🎉🎉🎉

    This works. 💯 Thank you!
    I've had an ongoing problem with lower right side trapezius, and until now I usually just press the knots in my back into a door frame to get some relief, though it's not perfect because the muscle lays under the scapula. The exercises in this video are far more effective and less painful! 😊

    I'm 30 and I've had this right side tension from my neck and shoulder for years, noticing that my body tends to lift the right shoulder into a really bad posture without me noticing, even when doing things that require a straight posture like cooking or teeth brushing. I've noticed also that the right side of my face is so much different from the left side. On the right side hair is less abundant, eye bag is much visible, puffiness on the cheek, and even the corner of my lip is lower vs the left one.
    This is the first time trying the exercise and I can notice a relieve. Will be doing it daily for the next two weeks and hopefully see an improvement.
    Thank you so much!

    Thank you these really help. My pain varies in intensity and some days luckily I don’t know why but I don’t even have it but when it is bad it is really bad to the point I feel that I have to lie down. It also sometimes makes me anxious me that I am having a heart problem since it is always on my left side although I know that’s not the issue. Bottom line is that these stretches help and I will have to force myself to do them on a regular basis. Thank you
