  • DAY TEN OF #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME
    ITS THE FINAL DAY of #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME and I have saved my favourite flow to last. Today we are going to be doing a flying, fun and fiery flow - including arm balances such as crow pose and will also build up to teaching you how to do a headstand (right back to basics). I want to thank each and everyone of you for joining this challenge - it has connected so many of us from across the world in similar situations. Always feel free to slide into my DMS for a chat or to ask any questions, I would love to connect. I hope to see you on the mat again soon, whether in person or virtually :)
    #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME - I created this series for yogis of all levels whether you are beginners yoga or more advanced - if you have just completed the 10-day #blessedbeginners series, then this one is the perfect progression to move onto. I took all your feedback from the previous challenge on board, as well as all of your requests that you sent in and put it into #blessedtobeathome. I know for a lot of us our time on our mat can be the most important and peaceful time of the day. Especially in these circumstances I thought it was really important to be able to bring you yoga to your home, wherever you are all over the world. As well as this I wanted to try and bring a reminder that we can all make use of this time to actually reconnect with ourselves and give back to our mind and body’s. And what better way to do that than to immerse yourself into a full 10 days of a fun, relaxing, transformative yoga.

    This was such a lovely creative flow! Especially loved the high lunge to warrior three transitions. You're a wonderful teacher xx

    This has been my all time favourite series - only found you 10 days ago and I had really lost my flexibility over the last year or two and I can finally get my nose to my knees and do the splits again! Not quite there with the crow pose yet, but happy I can still do a headstand! You're so lovely! Namaste!
