Hi Paula,
I really enjoy the variety of your practice as well as the direction you give step by step. It can be very challenging to follow you and practice with out the step by step direction. Brilliant to have a 7 mins class which covers the entire body for those that only have 10 mins to spare….I Have a sit down position working from home so I am able to reset my body on my 15 minute breaks. Or start my day with your am bed stretches, the 7 min practice with the kitchen bend before starting work is amazing…… And if I need a little more you have much much more!

Oh my god, what an amazing class. The part hugging the left leg while sitting on the block was a little too much for my aching back, but the rest was mwaahh, perfect. Ill practice this frequently, i feel so much better now. Thank you paula ❤
