There is visual voicemail on Android... What the duck Edit: - I want to clarify the whole "carrying two phones" segment. I was referring to having 2 *active* SIMs in both phones, which I do not. Yes, I took two phones with me on the trip, but the iPhone only came for future photo/video comparions for the wedding & Mt. Everest trip. The phone was primarily in my room/suitcase 99% of the trip with no active SIM, and it turns out the S23 Ultra camera was a more capable camera in real world scenarios. - There's lots of comments QuickShare and AirDrop. I should have clarified more during the Ecosystem section at 10:18. Im aware of QuickShare, Google Messages, Nearby Share, and bringing out the Samsung Book & Buds Pro 2 was suppose to showcase, I should have talked about those features specifically than just show products. - Even though I said I prefer iPhone, since the release of the S23 Ultra & this video, I still haven't went back to iPhone. Currently on the Nothing Phone (1). - Lastly, turns out Im the only one who still cares about voicemail LOL
I am watching your video and you found the solution. Visual voicemail with talk to text is amazing. I've used it for so long that I almost forgot how to access voicemail manually. Welcome to android.
kinda, depending on your carrier, it's a separate app AND a separate fee. Which is stupid. Get a free Google Voice number and set up call forwarding for missed / unanswered / busy calls to your Google Voice line, then you have free visual voicemail and can even use any device with internet access to read / listen to them
I really dont get why people love Imessage so much. I read that it was mostly an US thing. Nobody cares about Imessage in Europe (i'm not saying we are better!!). It's just supposedly " encrypted ". Yeah. Ok, i get it. But other than that, is it really that great ?
Among the young demographic, it's heavily iMessage if you own an iPhone here. The UI compared to other messaging apps isn't that great but if all you want to do is send messages and have some fun effects, it works great.
It’s pretty good. It keeps me with iPhone. Saves all my messages. Gives me deeper options when messaging. Once you use it, you don’t want to go back. 🤷♂️
@@SebastianCristanchoYT Yup! Not everyone fancy iPhone features. The same iPhone users have things that will never make them switch, it's the same way we can never switch to iPhone because of some unique Galaxy features
@don taylor actually yes. I use it a lot in my job doing research and taking notes, if you have and iPad you will now what I'm talking about because is the same feeling but more portable. Also the S-pen have nice features like extracting text of a photo that I use a lot with PDFs.
In one of my college classes the professor didn't care about phones or laptops being out. So I used my S pen to wrote note on my giant S23 Ultra screen. It felt so smooth, so natural, and I didn't have to buy a notebook and remember to bring it, all I had to do is pull my phone right out my pocket. Very convenient. I also use it for drawing now, it's fun.
Don't they make YouMail for Android? I have all of my voicemail messages go there. It's visual also, I just have to open an app to receive the message. It also has spam blocking/reporting. So, regardless of carrier, my voicemails continue with me once I setup the App on the new phone. I can even access voicemail outside of the app and login to the website on a computer or other device. Voicemail shouldn't be that much of an issue.
Switched from Apple to Samsung. Totally switched. I have nothing Apple. No Macbook, Ipad, Applewatch, Airpods, Iphone. And my whole circle of family and friends own an iphone. Facetime was an issue before i had the people install google meet. Now no issue at all. Everything works the same on Samsungs eco system as on Apples. Believe it or not Samsung works better if you have a Samsung TV or appliance.
The mute function can be mapped to anything on samsung. You can re-map the buttons to do stuff for you. Like doubble/tripple click or tap and hold to basically do what ever you like. My favorite functionality to set the phone in "do not disturb" mode is to make it so that when you put down the phone screen facing down. It's automatically being set to mute :) pick it up or put down face up, and the sound is on again.
Didn't think about that. Going to a few big events soon and my 4 year old note 10+ is having a few issues haha might habe to go pick up a s23 ultra before then
I had an s21 ultra and have never had an iPhone, a little while ago I decided to do a test run with apple, I got the iPhone 14 pro max. It took me a while to get used to the format, I REALLY loved the AR features such as the cute animal faces you can be in real time. Galaxy phones do have this as well but it is waaay less refined and not as cool. Even custom downloadable apps similar to it just didn't compare. Also the AR games where you can play with your room as the "map" and things come out of the walls and what not, I was blown away. Again Galaxy just doesn't cut it compared to apple in AR features. That being said... I ended up not sticking with Apple, I gave the phone to a family member and upgraded to the s23 ultra instead. Why? I'm a VERY big PC guy, I like my limitless customization, Galaxy phones are just so similar to a PC, you can swap or change anything with ease. When I had the iPhone I found myself downloading a few apps that made the iPhone more similar to a Galaxy, even then I just couldn't stick with it. I found that iPhone while having very refined apps that really shine brightly in visual quality just can't compare to a "mini PC" that, yes, is a little less refined, but just has so many more options. I can easily see why people like their iPhone, they sure do have quality, but as a tech guy, I couldn't make the switch.
Did the same as you, tried an iphone and it just didn't compute for me. Your statement about an Android being like a "mini PC" says it perfectly! Android is just more usable!
Some things you missed here in the samsung ecosystem is samsung flow and quick share. You dont miss airdrop, its just called quick share. Also, the spen can be used seamless between all devices, and windows integration with samsung is insane. You can mirror your screen to your laptop, and access all of you phone directly on the laptop. You can open files on your phone with the laptop, drag and drop them on the computer and it automatically "airdrops them" to the laptop. Also, you can use tablets as second screens to galaxy books, and your phone as a toolbar for either. Also, samsung has a voicemail system where it stores all of your voicemails just like iphone. You have to type your number into the phone section and it shows this menu. You also never mentioned the ai assistants either. Samsungs own bixby and google assistant are MILES ahead of siri
@@matthewskullblood9778 he didn't use the virtual voice mail feature. He used the old voicemail. If you look through the comments you see someone else mention it and he responds with it
What sold me on the 10x zoom lens was when I went to Australia. A ton of the photos I was taking of crocodiles, koalas, landscapes, and scenery wouldn't have been possible without the 10x zoom. It was at the point that I was taking photos for most of our group that wasn't using the S23 Ultra. The best part was that the object eraser option in edit made it super easy to get rid of photo bombers
@@grimreaper5232 sorry, I meant what sold me on using it. I've never really used the 10x lens before going there and am just learning the basics of photography. It wasn't until I went with my gf (who's a wildlife photographer) that she showed me how to use it. Now I'm sold on using it so much more now that I know how crucial it can be, especially with wildlife and landscape shots

Dude I'm only 1:20 into the video and I've already subscribed. You might be one of the few tech RUclipsrs that actually speaks from the perspective of a normal guy who isn't carrying around 3 phones in their pockets. I appreciate your honesty, and I hope it gets your channel where it deserves 🤝
Might not have a big budget now but i can see this channel growing bigger and bigger. Love the way you articulate and break things down along with taking the time and focusing on critical features.
For me visual voice-mail the S pen especially when taking group pictures and being able to have different launchers is some of the reasons why I love my S23 ultra. 200mp camera and 8k videos are amazing as well but idk the specs with iPhone so they could be the same in that aspect. Oh and how could I forget, if you and someone you know has an s23 you can still send them messages through the regular messaging app even if your phone is no longer activated and it will show you when they've received, read and when they are texting you back in real time.
After using mostly androids for over a decade, the largest annoyance after switching to an iphone a couple of weeks ago for me has been the lack of audio control. I’ve grown used to just forgetting about alarm setups, waking up at 7 every weekday, espacially since I can always trust that my alarm audio is on. On IOS it has been bugging me that I have to share the same volume for both my alarms as well as notifications and ringers. Using the volume rocker has not grown on me yet, so I have had a couple of mornings where I have not woken up from my iPhone alarms, and have had to rely on my backup alarm clock.
@@HalfYallBrokePoint is that you don't have to do that on Android. It automatically does just media volume and pops up a button for if you're trying to adjust something else. And at least on Samsung, you can have routines set your volume and other settings at different times of day too. One and done.
I live in Italy and in my country most of the issues you mentioned about switching from iPhone to Android are nonexistent, probably because most people have an android (30% of ppl still have an iPhone tho). First of all literally everyone uses WhatsApp, and I mean truly everyone. Even people who have an iPhone use WhatsApp, simply because everyone else does so it’s necessary in order to be able to talk to people, and using messages is seen as sort of like an antiquated thing that people did before the internet and messaging apps were invented lol. Some people who have iPhones use iMessages, but it’s always a secondary thing that they can use only with other people who have iPhones too, their main way of instant messaging still remains WhatsApp or in some cases Telegram (some people who care a lot about privacy and stuff like that only use telegram, even tho whatsapp messages have the end-to-end encryption anyway) and in some cases instagram or other socials like tiktok, but that’s mainly situational (like if you reply to someone’s story or if you send them a tiktok) and not a way to talk to other people regularly. As for the voicemail, literally nobody uses them lmao. I’m 20 years old and I’m dead serious when I say that I’ve never listened to the voice mail of someone or received one, to the point that I started thinking that they didn’t even exist and were a thing of the past that I only saw in old movies. When someone calls you and you don’t answer and they really need to tell you whatever they wanted to tell you immediately they just send you a message (on whatsapp lol), and you answer when you see it or you call them back. As for Airdrops, yeah, it’s convenient but come on, there are a lot of ways of sending data from one device to another and it’s really not that big of a deal once you get used to it. The gadgets are not really a problem too because very few people buy the apple earphones anyway since they are SO GODDAMN EXPENSIVE. I mean seriously 150 euros for a pair of earphones? That’s crazy, and they aren’t even that good. So most people buy the random ones for like 30-40 euros or if they want to spend more they don’t buy the ones made by apple anyway cause there are better earphones and headphones on the market for that price lol
exactly the same here in brazil. when you get a voice mail you can be sure all you'll hear is either a pocket call or someone who couldnt hang up in time as not to go to voice mail😅
You are correct, definitely the same here in the Caribbean. An iPhone is kind of like a limousine, luxurious and a status symbol but definitely not the most practical use of money. The iPhone itself is mostly an modern status symbol and nothing more. Its definitely a cult thing and people who actually care about the best user experience and ability to make your phone yours will use an android in cases like mine, Samsung S series, never disappoints where it matters most.
I switched from iPhone 13 pro max to the S23 Ultra less than a month ago and I've been trying to decide wether to keep it or return and go back to iPhone. I've been an iPhone user since 2018 and I wanted a change from upgrading to basically the same phone over and over again lol. I've watched countless videos comparing the 2 and yours was the one that made me take a final decision. I'm keeping my S23 Ultra. Thank you!!
Depends what you want it for, I've always preferred android but the iphone 15 video is twice as good as the samsung which is over processed like hell and looks crap when you whack it in an editing software in comparison
Bro bro bro.... this is by far the Best comparison I've ever seen between the two platforms. You're precise to the core and such an interesting way of delivering such an extensive topic without making it boring throughout is a feat in itself. Simply loved it. The bigger channels use so much b roll and still cant keep it interesting enough. Keep up the good work.👍🏻
Thank you for your perspective! So many people on RUclips who do the "I switched to android after using iPhone for centuries" always continue to use their iPhone as their primary device at the same time. That's not switching, that's supplementing.
I switched from s10 to iPhone 13 Pro and got used to it very fast. In like a month I had everything set up and working the way I want but with additional features such as airdrop. The ecosystem pulls you in with AirPods, MacBook, iPhone etc connecting seamlessly between each other. And all the products are simple, solid and do exactly what you need.
100 percent agree with the s23 ultras battery, I'm surprised as well how good it performed. I also use 2 phones, which is the 14 pro max and s23 ultra and most of the time I uses the s23 ultra as I am feed up with seeing to many iphone look a like in the states.
Samsungs battery is great, I love going to a full day festival and making vids, pics all day and post them to social media and then comfortably having half my battery left. I hate though that halfway in the festival the iphone babies and other owners of lesser phones are begging me to borrow my phone to make pictures as their batteries are already depleted.
I am at 2:11 of the video, in Samsung you can install Goodlock and install the Registrar module, there's an option to configure side button (power button) press and hold. You can use that to toggle between mute and sound profile.
I've been buying the iPhone for about 10 years, but after moving to the note 22 everything has changed, a simple power house so many tools to facilitated in terms of filing texting writing notes on the lock screen to just mention some of the things you are able to use daily. Great video, it is not about which is better but more practical, you should have more subscribers, now I am one of them.....
Excellent review! Just got my S23 Ultra a few days ago and I love it, though I've always been a big samsung fan. Really love the approach you took to this video because it covers the things that really matter to the users
I accidentally stumbled upon your channel, and I must say, great job on your work. Keep it up! Regarding your comment about switching to Pixel, I want to tell you that in the past 10 years, I have used various phones, and I can freely say that Pixel is by far the worst phone I have ever used, and I would never recommend it to anyone! I don't understand why people in America praise it so much. The phone itself is okay and does what it's supposed to do, and it does it well. However, it has so many glitches and bugs that I'm ashamed I spent €1000 on it. It freezes when I send messages, open Viber, or use the camera. In short, the phone gets a 3/10 rating from me, and I cannot recommend Pixel to anyone!
If you have time watch my series. I thought I was taking a hot take, but that was actually the worst smartphone I've ever used and pixel fans pushed me even further away

I am living in Germany, so when I ordered the Pixel 7 and the 7 Pro,in the Google shop, both devices were sent to me from the Czech Republic ! All those issues you had with your Pixel Phone,I haven't had any of them, by now,and I have had several generations! The 1st one, no issues at all! Software seamlessly working! The same story with my Google Pixel 4a, the 7 and the 7 Pro! It makes me wonder, how much different it can be, people's experiences with the Google Pixel Phones! Very strange!😮😮
@@martinger.becker1614 i have the pixel 6 pro and other than the battery not being so great i cant complain about it, the camera is my favorite its simply perfect
Thanks Dayo for your review. It is simply great! I think that you as an iPhone user, who is 'used' to have the same experience across multiple phone versions for many years, the switch has left a non-building-yourself-an-experience taste. So, to summarize my personal experience (numbering from your video) -> 1- You do not have to swipe down to toggle between sound, vibrate or mute, you can just simply configure a button, or configure a Bixby routine, or better yet ask Bixby directly to do it for you. I can detail on it, but it is too vast, but you may find this all over the web and RUclips. 2- All folders, widgets, and icons can be customized and/or placed in so many ways that, yes, it may be cumbersome for iPhone users for the same reason I mentioned initially. And lunching them can be performed in multiple ways as well. 3- I've had no issue communicating with any of the iPhone users in my home, being me the only one with an Android, Whatsapp and Google Messages works just as perfect. 4- Every party or gathering I go, my S22 pictures are chosen over anybody else iPhone pictures in most scenery/lighting. 5- You want to hear something funny, my son is now doing photo/videography, and the moment he needed to pull the pictures natively from the Sony camera direct connection to his Apple laptop, first it would not show the videos location, then the mobile app would not work to connect to the mobile app, then there was the storage limit on iCloud, and they kept coming. So.. he brings the camera to me, cable connected to my Android table, or my S22, or my PC... super! All can be done no issue, with or without the provided mobile app, and there's that other issue, my memory card reader would not work cause his Apple laptop does not have a USB 3.0 connection, same for the 2TB external storage I gave him, and ultimately the OneDrive app for Apple does not work the same to share from my 1TB available space for him to share the pics and vids with his clients. By the way, uploading from his laptop/mobile to OneDrive is much slower than on my Android tablet, s22, or PC. 6- Another funny story, last night 9pm I went to play dominoes at a local restaurant, some 73% battery on my phone due to my driving time while charging the phone, but hey it gets better, one of the users on the opposite is crazily looking for an outlet where to charge the phone, cable in hand and the one next to our table was broken. I pulled my S22, turned on the power sharing feature, put the iPhone back to back with my S22, and 30min later the iPhone is at 65% and my S22 still had 38% left which lasted until I was done playing at 2:30am, when I then drove back home. Wherever I go, I see iPhone users carrying the cable and charging, despite the use, being the same as my usage as an IT Sys Admin and also a Realtor, both heavy used needs. Jumped 7 &8, then 9- Most of my apps work much better and/or have better button interaction than those on the iPhone, even email apps. 10- Voicemail works better, has better options and apps that work with it, and also the fact that I can record calls as well. I have not one, but 2 diff apps with my Cricket provider, that are visual and audio detailed and I can delete/clean my voicemail, so you are wrong here my friend. You can reach out to me about that last one for some guidance. Bonus: and then there goes DEX, once you detach from using a PC, and rely on pairing an S23 (for the sake of more speed, but not necessary) with a multiple display hub, and start DEX... you will love your phone forever!! and of course you can use wireless DEX to a PC with multiple screens and continue working on one, while your entire mobile experience sits on another screen via DEX. You do not need to touch your phone for the entire time you sit by your desk, but better yet, you can still use your phone as normal while projecting DEX.... wow! Where is an iPhone that can do that? I hope you understand what I'm trying to imply. I wish I can add screenshots/pictures on this post, but you can reach out to me when in need. :-P
Thanks for sharing your experiences in detail with your comment. Best comment I read so far to the best comparing video of both ecosystems I saw! 👍 Thank you both for your time! It's really appreciated
You're right about Bixby Richard, it is so vast. With Bixby routines & modes, I take control of tasks without having to touch my phone or go into settings all the time, it's as simple as saying "Hi Bixby" and any task is just a command away! Say, for example, if I don't know where to go in the settings menu to access my device's software information, I could just command Bixby to take me there and it does in a matter of 3 seconds max! I've tried many times to move to other brands of smartphones, but I end up going back to Samsung for its unique services, customisations and all.
Nice comparison. I have an iPhone 8 (work) and ultra (personal). No one talks about how much better working with files is with Android. Also the ability to sideload apps from non play store sources is what makes Android unique. I never used the speaker with on the iPhone, as I would almost always forget to turn it back on. Look forward to seeing your take on the Pixel.
iPhone has improved a lot though in that regard and I’m an android guy mostly but I do have a iPhone 13 as well and you can download music right off the internet and play it in files app I don’t ever remember a iPhone being able to do that. But android is definitely still way better emulation is my thing and is much easier on android although not impossible on iOS
15:56 I think apple does is so that it only charges to 80% (over night for example) and then charges the remaning 20% just before you need it. Totally different approach.
I've used visual voicemail on all my android phones. I have it with my Verizon carrier. Previously I had it on sprint, so if you are on any major carrier, you will most likely have have it. Good luck and nice video.
this iMessage thing is such a weirdly American problem 😅. i guess i mean the extent of it. >100% of the people i talk to in the UK and wider Europe use WhatsApp I've literally never heard anyone complain about this aside from on youtube
I did the same 2 months ago, switched from an iPhone 14 Plus to the S23 Ultra. I know that will be more fair to compare it against an iPhone 14 Pro Max in this case (both top of the range), but after many years of using both platforms in & out, i decided to stick to Android. The S23 Ultra is a beast...and, btw, nice channel, you have a new subscriber :D
Yeah, only downside is the limitation of how much you can send at a time. If you aren't sending 4K videos that often, it works great. The other work-around I've found is just to add it to google photos or something and share it through there.
@DayoAworunse i see but it's better to mention it and mention its limitation because most of us don't record or share 4k videos like you content creators or RUclipsrs
I switched to an iPhone (13 mini) from a Samsung a while ago, and the key issues I've had with IOS is the ancient state of the basic apps - the phone app is super clunky, no T9 dialing, painful looking for contacts; messages, and thus iMessage work okay, but as many other commenters noted, people just use WhatsApp and Viber in Europe instead, and it also lacks features like the ability to go through links, files and photos; and the main issue I have is the god awful keyboard - now, if you just use English and don't care for grammar or number row, you can get by, but if you actually want to type numbers, punctuation and have it look presentable, the default keyboard is just too scarce.
i use good lock on my s23 ultra and i use the option to hold the power key for a second to turn the phone to silent just as quick as flicking across the button that iphones have imo
As far as voice mail goes depending on your carrier such as Verizon, you get what they call " Visual Voicemail" which is the same as what you've described on Apple. Its been around for about a decade or so.
I forward all my voicemail to Google voice and get similar functionality as well. I also like that I can pull up my voicemail on a web browser as well on my PC or Mac.
Yeah I have what would be visual voice mail and I have Verizon so I was confused about what he was talking about and that being the selling point for him
Your a great reviewer man. I laughed as well. And the fact that your like, hey skip to this part of the video if your it interested is legit. Your genuine and real and it’s refreshing. Thanks bro for your hard work.
I went from a iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 14 Pro. I missed the size and battery. The battery drains so fast now. Rather than go back to the pro max, I just pulled the trigger on the S23 Ultra. Great comparison.
one of the biggest thing with iphone (even though they have a great product) is the layout it's looked the same since it first came out. You can't customize it, can add a launcher - nothing its the same all these years. Iphones doesn't really haven't changed much except for the camera. And if I'm paying all that money it's nice to have lots of options to make it really look and feel like yours.
🤷🏿♂️. It boggles my mind sometimes when iPhone users say they don't really care about customization capabilities on Android, then with iOS introducing widgets, there was a whole wave of 'Aesthetic' home screens. You are right, paying all that money, you want some personalization and it's nice that when I pick up my Samsung (and or Android), it feels & looks like MY device.
first time to see your videos, and you deserve a huge applause for a very thorough comparison with minimum sugar coating. i agree on the cameras, and if you didnt mention the application compatibility or functionality on OS, i would have mentioned it. the reason i am using the iphone is basically, the applications simply work.
Watched your video from start to finish. It’s been a while since I watched a video like that. I appreciate the hard work and honesty in your review. Along with the uniqueness of your video. I too did the same thing. Ordered a Samsung S23U and took it on vacation and left my iPhone at home. The photos are stunning. I love my Samsung. My iphone 14 PM is so boring. Excellent review. Also just a top you can ask Bixby to mute your phone. Btw i 1000% agree with you on the VM. I used T-Mobile visual VM app. It’s okay but not like the iPhone. Unlike you I choose the Samsung S23 U over my iPhone 14 PM any day. Hard to go back to limitations (the iphone) after experiencing the Galaxy.
If you're switching from Android to IOS on the same carrier, you'll need to call your carrier to reset your voicemail and then you'll need to reset your voicemail password for visual voicemail to appear on the new device. I had to do this multiple times when I switched from my S21U to the 13PM and vice-versa on Xfinity Mobile. I wouldn't doubt it if other carriers have the same issues when you're swapping SIM cards between IOS and Android.
as an ipone user since 3gs, i hate the fact that i cant just drag and drop video/pic/songs from my computer to my phone but can drag and drop pics and video from the phone to computer.
You can set automatic mute phone on the samsung. You can do that by using "modes and routines". You can set it to set automatically When you on the selected location or use time stamps. :D Edit: you can also remap the "bixby" button mute/unmute. Edit: AND FINALLY: you can add a hand gesture (for example swipe two fingers to the right) and that will do the job too!!!!
I just tell Siri "Turn on Do Not Disturb" and the phone is muted. It is hard for me to understand whether the phones are different in muting mechanically because Siri makes calls and mutes the phone and texts and turns everything on and off.
Siri does location-based reminders. It is hard for me to understand Samsung because I really do almost everything through Siri. I say, "Siri, set an alarm" and "Siri, call my brother" and "Siri, text my friend that I will be late" or whatever.
Samsung is the innovator when it comes to features and customization of a very personal device in our lives. I've had about 4 iPhones and sold each of them after a week or less.
@@Alex-tu5vu the answer here I guess is, people who disagree with you and like to customize their experience. Apple makes great everything just about, choosing to not buy Apple comes down to taste at the end of the day. For most people. A smaller minority might not buy Apple because of price or their practices. I am in the last group. I don't blame Apple fans for being Apple fans though. If Apple has everything you want already by default, you feel the price is fair and don't have any issues with their methods then it makes perfect sense to me.
@@SaintKines I've never owned any Apple products, so that opinion might change as I can't say for sure without actually having an iPhone. I'm kind of sick with Android though, or at least the Android on my phone. It seems like the iPhone is the best overall phone, being almost the best in almost all categories (except pricing for example lol), in contrast to Android being almost the best or the very best in few aspects most of the time.
Great video. Been an Android power user since pretty much the beginning. I can appreciate the build quality of iPhones, but have never been compelled to buy one due to the closed ecosystem apple has. I'm the owner of a Pixel 6 pro, and I absolutely love my device. I do have transcripts for my voicemail. Not sure if it's a Google Fi exclusive feature, but it's definitely available on the Android platform. Hope you enjoy your Pixel 7 pro!
I have pixel 6 pro on at&t and I have vmail transcripts too. Pixel has to be best when it comes to Android. Google call screen and identifying spam calls... Priceless. ,,😎
5:47 i just moved to a iPhone 13 for a week because I broke my Galaxy S22 ultra, so my dad let me brow his old phone until I can get mine fixed and I didn't realize how few of my friends have a iPhone until I started using one. The only people I talk to regularly that complain about me having a Android is my family because they're all on iPhones. Great video btw love that you left your iPhone at home and went to what looks like India to me.
I got my first iPhone ever a few months ago, it's a 14 Pro Max. What I can say is almost the same as you pointed out. Most things are the same. But i miss a bunch of stuff from android like: - Having more control over media/phone volumes (if you used both, you know what I'm talking about) - Being able to protect specific apps with fingerprint/faceID - Fingerprint scanners (having to aim my face to the screen is SO ANOYING sometimes) - Google assistent (it's so much smater and useful than Siri, specially on my native language - PT-BR) - How google maps is so much better on android - Being able to use fricking BACKSPACE on the calculator app - Google keyboard! - USB-C - Google Play Store (so much better than the App Store) - Animations on the UI are super fluid on iOS, but I wish they were faster (on android that is so easy to configure) - How the UI makes it easier to use it with only one hand Like you said, some of those things are fixable, but it's not stock. A of course not everything is worse on iPhone. I'm loving the video quality, knowing that I'll be getting fast updates and for a long time.
Im looking into both rn because I need a new phone. I’ve used both the only thing that draws me towards iPhone is what u said. Do u think iPhone is worth losing all the other features?
@@MBUOffical It depends on the type of user you are. Maybe you really need facetime, or you like to make videos or if you are too deep into the apple ecosystem. In that case, I would go for the iphone. In every other case, I would find an Android that fits your needs.
@@MBUOffical No. (And beware) I personally think that iPhone is where it's at. Sure, Samsung may have more ''freedom''. However, I would never trade my state-of-mind sense of security, knowing my data is safe, for more freedom, or customization on a phone.
@16:00 The iPhone optimised charging isn't that it doesn't go over 80% ever. It's that it stays at 80% for as long as possible - then adds the last 20% just in time for when you normally use it e.g. when you wake up
Totally enjoyed this video. I'm a die- hard samsung girl and agree with a previous comment --- visual voice-mail on Android is great. And now there are adapters for head phone Jacks for the newer Samsungs. I want this 23 ultra and may have to get it today by trading my S10+. TOTALLY ENJOYED THIS VIDEO. Thanks!!
I'm an S23U user. AT&T is my carrier. My voicemail is thru my carrier. It does not function the way you demonstrated. I can read transcripts of my voice-mail as well. When I use my iPhone, the voice-mail is the exact same.
Fantastic comparison. For me, it would be the camera I'd switch to the Ultra for. I do not expect the 15ProMax to equal the Samsung Zoom, which, as a photographer, comes in handy. You nailed it when you mentioned how deep a person is in the ecosystem, I am deep in on Apple, Air, watch, iPad, Mac Mail, etc. I was going to give it a try but switching e-sims, allowing my number will be on the Ultra and then back to iPhone if I can't make your adjustment, will be the reason I'll await the 15ProMax. Thanks again.
Never thought about voice messages like that....but your right! I totally agree with you about each phones pros and cons. For me the s-pen is a game changer and a must.
Do you know, its sad how many people just don't realise what a true weapon the S23 is with the S Pen, the best favour anybody can do with a S22 or S23 Ultra is to watch all the tips and tricks you can do with the S Pen. But anyways I agree with you all the way S Pen is a big game changer.
I've been using the note since the note 7 (the one that was blowing up) even that didn't persuade me away from the spen. I can't not have the spen any more. I have disabilities and it makes using my phone a breeze.
dude, as an ios user looking to make the switch, i've watched probabilistic 100 videos like this. This one is hands down the most real and comprehensive. instant subscribe, thank you!
Im useing Samsung since s7, and i must say, they delivered almost every year after with the S series, i jumped to 9, 10 and now s22ultra. Im not saying iphones are not good, but for my bucks i got more out from an s22 ultra then any other iphone could do. Im a very heavy user, with a dusty work place, but it was never an issue because the ip dust/water res. working so well. I love that you mentioned that Samsung makes not only just phones, but basicly everything, and most of it is really good quality. They even make computer chips for various machines, for example what im working on is a fiber laser cutting machine, and it has loads of samsung chips. As a europian i love this company, they really trying and do what they can do best. Have a television, monitor and a few other things from them aswell in my house :D Imo you cant really go bad if you buy anything from samsung, oh also my freezer is Samu haha
Loved your take on this. Maybe take a look at the Galaxy Watch 5 pro. I've been enjoying it since I abandoned Fitbit. Also my washing machine sends me nice notes to clean it or my wash is done.😅
@Dayo Aworunse it's amazing. My friends with Apple constantly talk about their "large ecosystem" of apple products and how convenient it is, until they see me using my phone/watch for nearly every in my house from kitchen appliances, to TVs, washer and dryer, security system, air conditioning, my vacuum, lights, the list goes on and on 😂
@TDR-0484 Be careful of those smart house gadgets. Someone got locked out of their house bcuz of those smart things made a mistake. That goes for Apple and Samsung.
@@lyricistdestroyerqueensbor8782 technically that could happen with any security system, but I hear ya. I'm not too worried about it, but it's something to keep in mind.

This is my new favorite review channel. I've seen many of your videos recently, and I completely agree with your take. Especially with Google Pixel phones. I'm a long-time user, and appreciate your accurate insights. Also, love your sponsor (or lack thereof) which gives me confidence that the opinions expressed are genuine. Thank you.
Listen, I've always, always, used Samsung only. I don't need to try out iPhone to tell that using WhatsApp is so much fun than using any other regular messaging app. Just the fact that you can use stickers, share them, save/take them from someone else if you like them is so much fun. Also you can download apps to make your own stickers, even GIF stickers. And hey, I'm just talking about stickers, there are SO many things and options to use and do on WhatsApp. Many friends of mine have iPhone and I can't tell you how boring is texting them on the regular message app 🙄.
This is definitely the best video of comparing the two, usually the videos become boring, you did an excellent job went the video, honestly after watching this for the first time ever after transitioning to iPhone years ago, I’d be okay with either the galaxy or the iPhone.
Ok, I'm literally only 2 min into your video and haven't read any of the comments but, although never owning iPhone I really appreciate mute button. So, in settings I've assigned long press power button to mute/volume mode toggle. Works a treat. Obviously, to turn/restart the phone I have to pull down status bar and use the menu. Not a big deal considering how rarely I switch my phone off... Apologies if there's a ton of comments exactly about it or if you talk about it further down in your video😅
I gotta say I like the way you do your videos. I'm a sucker for minimalism done right and there's just this nice zen like quality about having that animated landscape playing on your screen in the background rather than a green screen or some expensive studio (and for any detectives reading this, yeah I'm a Marques Brownlee subscriber but while I find his views interesting enough to stay subscribed I do miss the simple nature of his old videos where it was just shot in his bedroom with either the standard Cheerios backdrop or his computer).
Just create a routine to mute/vibrate the phone when you double press volume down if you miss the mute toggle that much And there's nearby share for Windows beta as well
I converted to samsung after over a decade of using iphone too and I don't think I'm ever going back just got bored with Apple and just an FYI on your first point about changing the phone from hearing alerts to putting it on silent you can actually scroll down and then tap below the sound icon and a window will pop up so you can select what you want quicker yes no physical button but that works just as good, I wasn't sure if anybody else commented on that little detail 👍🏾good video also.
Yes I also like how you can control the sounds/volumes individually. On iPhone, you have one button for sound, but Samsung you can choose if you want to control the media volume vs call volume vs vibration volume
You also can swipe 2 fingers from the bottom of your phone to completely mute your phone. Go to Advanced Settings and turn that feature on. Samsung give you the freedom to do what you want with your phone
I know this is an older video, but popped up on my feed and I did watch the whole thing. Pretty decent comparison overall. I will say as someone who uses an iphone and android daily (iPhone for work, android for personal) It's the little things that keep me on android. Simple things like going back a screen, regardless of app, being the exact same across the phone. On iPhone the back button moves around, usually at the top and hard to reach, swipes do different things, etc. On android, these swipes and ways of going back are uniform regardless of what you are doing. Another one is accessing contacts in messages or the phone app. On android for the phone, you don't even have to leave the dialer to search a contact. just start typing their name (with the numbers) and it's right heckin there. with iPhone you have to go into contacts, tap the search, then start typing. Such a simple thing, but its so convenient on android. Same goes for messages. if I start searching a name on the search bar, I might not get what I want without going into contacts. on android, everything is just there.
Having a universal back navigation on Android is great. Sometimes I hate when I'm in an app though and it just goes directly back to the home screen. That's my guess why Apple doesn't have it implemented. If you want to go home you have to swipe to the bottom but the back button will always take you back within the app.
I switch to the S23U and im absolutely loving it! I stumbled on smart device with the Spen and found out any smart device like my lights AC fringe anything like that i can control from the couch with my spen was kind of blown away by that and im also enjoying the dex feature. I feel like samsung is more customizable in every sense and just overall have been a better experience for me personally and i can whole heartedly say from this point on ill probably be sticking with samsung from this point on.
I had the opposite experience. I used android for 8 years and switched to Apple and much prefer it over android. Sometimes too much customization isn’t a good thing, apple has longer OS support and the integration I feel is better overall.
Issue with android is that android has to work on every device no matter who the manufacturer of the phone is (samsung, htc, google what ever). Apple only has to worry about their own devices which makes for much less buggs and more fluid design language etc.
I have an S21 Ultra on T-Mobile and voicemail does everything you described that is unique to iOS. I rarely listen to mine because I can open the T-Mobile voicemail app and read them. Also, S-Pen is scoo convenient to use. I also have an iPhone for work and prefer Android for many reasons. Good video and good info.
oh yes... this guy knows what he's talking about! 100% agreed!... i have (unfortunately) an A53 (potato at best) and despite the lag when opening a few apps, it is like the sir here says... i miss my iphone! but yet i love my android!
Good video... I had my first iPhone in 2008, I guess it was the iPhone 1 or 2. I loved it but at that time it was the only touch screen smartphone on earth! (Actually the only smartphone on earth, period!). In 2010 I had the iPhone 4, but by 2012 I was bored rigid with iPhones and moved over to a Samsung Note 2. It was amazing and I was shocked at how functional Android was, and how much customisation it had. Since then I've been using Android all the way, apart from when I had an iPhone X (10). Right now I have the Pixel 8 Pro and it's great. I just find iPhones limiting and I can do all I need to do on Android and more than I can do on iOS. To me Android is just better.
Samsung split screen, and picture in picture is something I use pretty much daily. I can watch RUclips and browse Facebook at the same time, with the one device, I could also be using Google maps at the same time if I wanted.
Great video! I have a S22+ and ive been thinking of maybe going iPhone but not so sure. The one thing I like about my Samsung that is still keeping me from switching is the Settings app and the notifications. Android's Settings app is so much easier to find things and its just organized. The notifications on Android are also so much better pretty much any iphone user I know doesn't use their notification center. The annoying thing for me is that alot of people in my family and my area are really hardcore apple fans (some used to use android and never wanted to get and iphone) and they think "android camera quality is garbage." Sometime when I try to take photos people either diss you or just hand you their newest iPhone like their hotstuff and tell you to take a photo with their phone. I dont let it get to me cause I know it's dumb but its just a minor annoyance when you have alot of iPhone users you know.
Android's system app was one major thing I found difficult with my Galaxy. Switched to iPhone and in less then a week I was completely fluent with the system.
The iPhone messaging trap is one of the main reasons and perfect example of why I won't support Apple. I don't want to reward stuff like that. If you make good stuff (obviously Apple does) you shouldn't need to use these kinds of traps to keep people. They insist on making things much harder for anyone involving reaching out of their "walled garden". All the companies would probably love to pull the same garbage but I'm glad they don't.
@@bothofthesenuts I have no doubt they want to sell anything they can get away with. I also believe that Samsung and Google and Sony etc. would love to pull the iMessage bullshit just to keep young kids in an idiotic social faux pas so they feel pressured to buy their phones but they can't. Part of what brings people to them in the first place is that they don't do these things. Apple make great products that are usually well thought out and sometimes even on the cutting edge. They not only don't need these kinds of practices but would probably do better without them. It's silly at this point.
What a great review! Im a Samsung person but i love how you gave both companies and employees props on their products. It's definitely just preference because they both are really great phones. Thank you for this video!
Great comparison! I would like to point out that for iPhone, the optimized battery charging feature is supposed to charge the phone to 100%. My understanding is that the phone will keep the battery at 80% charge until an hour or so before it thinks you will use it based on your routine, after which it will continue charging to 100%. So for example, if you sleep from 10pm to 5am and plug your phone in at 10pm, it will charge upto 80% then stay at 80% until 4 or 4:15am, then continue charging to a 100% so that it's fully charged at 5am when you wake up.
You may know this by now, but to switch to silent mode, you hit the volume down rocker and drag the slider down. Boom vibrate. Drag down again and silent, but it's not a physical switch. A switch is hard to beat.
A really good video overall but for me the biggest problem when it comes to switching from iphone to android was the control center that is unseparable from the notification panel. This is infinitely annoying to have to swipe twice for the control center. What's more it takes addictional double swipe to get rid of it and often I accidentally end up scrolling notifications instead of closing the panel.
You can ADJUST the panel to Show the most important controls to you in ONE SWIPE and if you do swipe twice to get the control panel you can simply press the BACK button once(something apples NEVER had) See you apples get on our platform using it wrong and then complaining
I agree that this was the best comparison video I've ever seen on Samsung vs iPhone flagship phones and their respective ecosystems. Well done! Low budget and occasional equipment falls aside (amusing), your presentation was spot on and very informative. Now you have me curious about that Samsung Book with that gorgeous screen. I have subscribed to your channel.
This was exactly what I was looking for. Great comparison, touching every important point. I've been an Android user for as long as I remember and was thinking of making the leap and try iOS for the first time. But taking in consideration the major price gaps between Iphone and Samsung's/Pixels in my country, it would definitely not be a hasty decision. After seeing a bunch of reviews and updates with tur latest iOS and One UI and Material You and so on, I think I'll stay with Android for a longer while now. Thank you sir for this video, great job! Subbed! 🌟
There is visual voicemail on Android...
What the duck
Edit:
- I want to clarify the whole "carrying two phones" segment.
Use visual voicemail
This guy don't know shit bour a galaxy.. it has visual VM an so much more
kinda, depending on your carrier, it's a separate app AND a separate fee. Which is stupid. Get a free Google Voice number and set up call forwarding for missed / unanswered / busy calls to your Google Voice line, then you have free visual voicemail and can even use any device with internet access to read / listen to them
Right we have visual voicemail and I press play in my voicemail it plays idk why yours do that
I really dont get why people love Imessage so much.
@@DayoAworunse thanks for the insight :)
I don't either. A message is a message to me. If I say hello on Android and hello on iMessage you still got the hello🤷🏾♀️
It’s pretty good. It keeps me with iPhone. Saves all my messages. Gives me deeper options when messaging. Once you use it, you don’t want to go back. 🤷♂️

@don taylor actually yes. I use it a lot in my job doing research and taking notes, if you have and iPad you will now what I'm talking about because is the same feeling but more portable. Also the S-pen have nice features like extracting text of a photo that I use a lot with PDFs.
No idea why so many americans are so fixated on iMessage and refuse to use whatsapp like the rest of the world
Only Americans would know.
While it's an American company... Like bruh, wtf is going on in their small brains ??
In one of my college classes the professor didn't care about phones or laptops being out. So I used my S pen to wrote note on my giant S23 Ultra screen. It felt so smooth, so natural, and I didn't have to buy a notebook and remember to bring it, all I had to do is pull my phone right out my pocket. Very convenient. I also use it for drawing now, it's fun.
Visual voicemail's been available on Android phones for years. It depends on whether the carrier plan provides it.
Right? Who still has to call in to a number to access voicemail?
This guy has been living in the Apple Twilight Zone too damn long so sad.... 😢Visual Verizon voice messaging OMG this guy😅
Switched from Apple to Samsung. Totally switched. I have nothing Apple. No Macbook, Ipad, Applewatch, Airpods, Iphone. And my whole circle of family and friends own an iphone.

Everything works the same on Samsungs eco system as on Apples. Believe it or not Samsung works better if you have a Samsung TV or appliance.
@@chelious1973 Facetime works on any device these days with the Facetime link ability.
I still have the S21 Ultra, and I just use Bixby to turn on Do Not Disturb, Silent, etc. And I use Google Assistant for everything else.

Sound comments

For me visual voice-mail the S pen especially when taking group pictures and being able to have different launchers is some of the reasons why I love my S23 ultra. 200mp camera and 8k videos are amazing as well but idk the specs with iPhone so they could be the same in that aspect.
Just go into settings and adjust them individually
Ye
@@HalfYallBrokePoint is that you don't have to do that on Android. It automatically does just media volume and pops up a button for if you're trying to adjust something else.
Hey f ucking good comment✨✌🏾✨
exactly the same here in brazil. when you get a voice mail you can be sure all you'll hear is either a pocket call or someone who couldnt hang up in time as not to go to voice mail😅
Great points. Apple has gotten a lot of its reputation from the security and privacy measures they take, which to me is no longer a differentiator.
Same here in Brazil and all of Latin America. We all use WhatsApp, and sms is so antiquated. 😂😂😂
I had to say that I have not watched a more detailed and calm comparison between these two, as compared to this one. Great work
I switched from iPhone 13 pro max to the S23 Ultra less than a month ago and I've been trying to decide wether to keep it or return and go back to iPhone. I've been an iPhone user since 2018 and I wanted a change from upgrading to basically the same phone over and over again lol. I've watched countless videos comparing the 2 and yours was the one that made me take a final decision. I'm keeping my S23 Ultra. Thank you!!
I was going to switch to the iPhone but ended buying a Ultra. Going to pick it up today.
Depends what you want it for, I've always preferred android but the iphone 15 video is twice as good as the samsung which is over processed like hell and looks crap when you whack it in an editing software in comparison

Thank you for your perspective! So many people on RUclips who do the "I switched to android after using iPhone for centuries" always continue to use their iPhone as their primary device at the same time. That's not switching, that's supplementing.
😂😂😂 so true
Yeah, I have seen the same thing.
Sometimes people want to feel different, and having an iPhone in a mass of iPhones can get boring
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Samsungs battery is great, I love going to a full day festival and making vids, pics all day and post them to social media and then comfortably having half my battery left.
I hate though that halfway in the festival the iphone babies and other owners of lesser phones are begging me to borrow my phone to make pictures as their batteries are already depleted.
@@MyAnalyserI highly doubt there's anybody asking to borrow your phone to take pictures.

Good job🎉

Samsung has "quick share" the equivalent of air drop
Yeah, only downside is the limitation of how much you can send at a time. If you aren't sending 4K videos that often, it works great. The other work-around I've found is just to add it to google photos or something and share it through there.
@DayoAworunse i see but it's better to mention it and mention its limitation because most of us don't record or share 4k videos like you content creators or RUclipsrs
That's true. I could've touched on it more during the ecosystem part.
@DayoAworunse good.Solid review by the way👍🏿.
Just got our Ultras after 5 years with our Galaxy S9 +. What a phone! Couldn't be happier. Great presentation.
I switched to an iPhone (13 mini) from a Samsung a while ago, and the key issues I've had with IOS is the ancient state of the basic apps -
the phone app is super clunky, no T9 dialing, painful looking for contacts; messages, and thus iMessage work okay, but as many other commenters noted, people just use WhatsApp and Viber in Europe instead, and it also lacks features like the ability to go through links, files and photos; and the main issue I have is the god awful keyboard - now, if you just use English and don't care for grammar or number row, you can get by, but if you actually want to type numbers, punctuation and have it look presentable, the default keyboard is just too scarce.
i use good lock on my s23 ultra and i use the option to hold the power key for a second to turn the phone to silent just as quick as flicking across the button that iphones have imo
Excellent, which app in Good Lock is that, by the way?

As far as voice mail goes depending on your carrier such as Verizon, you get what they call " Visual Voicemail" which is the same as what you've described on Apple. Its been around for about a decade or so.
I forward all my voicemail to Google voice and get similar functionality as well. I also like that I can pull up my voicemail on a web browser as well on my PC or Mac.
Yeah I have what would be visual voice mail and I have Verizon so I was confused about what he was talking about and that being the selling point for him
I'm with AT&T and have been using virtual mail for a few years now.
Yes visual voicemail has been around on Android for years... Definitely would not be a reason to switch in my opinion

What? After the whole video talking about how much you liked galaxy and then switched to iPhone preference at the end. Wow. Was not expecting that.
I went from a iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 14 Pro. I missed the size and battery. The battery drains so fast now. Rather than go back to the pro max, I just pulled the trigger on the S23 Ultra. Great comparison.
Smart man lol. My favorite is how much easier the keyboard is to use and the fact that it has a fingerprint reader.
Okay, it’s really rare to see channels with a lot of potential nowadays. Believe me this channel is going to blow up.
one of the biggest thing with iphone (even though they have a great product) is the layout it's looked the same since it first came out.
Omg! I felt that in my heart when he said "Nobody"! the hard work will pay off
first time to see your videos, and you deserve a huge applause for a very thorough comparison with minimum sugar coating. i agree on the cameras, and if you didnt mention the application compatibility or functionality on OS, i would have mentioned it. the reason i am using the iphone is basically, the applications simply work.
I have Verizon and just switched from a galaxy s20 to an iPhone 14 pro max, didn’t have to do anything with my voicemail for it to continue working
as an ipone user since 3gs, i hate the fact that i cant just drag and drop video/pic/songs from my computer to my phone but can drag and drop pics and video from the phone to computer.
You can set automatic mute phone on the samsung. You can do that by using "modes and routines". You can set it to set automatically When you on the selected location or use time stamps. :D
Edit: you can also remap the "bixby" button mute/unmute.
Weird. Samsung's "Customization" is one of the things I hate most about them. Sure its personal, but to what extent does it really matter.

I got my first iPhone ever a few months ago, it's a 14 Pro Max. What I can say is almost the same as you pointed out.
Most things are the same. But i miss a bunch of stuff from android like:
- Having more control over media/phone volumes (if you used both, you know what I'm talking about)
- Being able to protect specific apps with fingerprint/faceID
- Fingerprint scanners (having to aim my face to the screen is SO ANOYING sometimes)
- Google assistent (it's so much smater and useful than Siri, specially on my native language - PT-BR)
- How google maps is so much better on android
- Being able to use fricking BACKSPACE on the calculator app
- Google keyboard!
- USB-C
- Google Play Store (so much better than the App Store)
- Animations on the UI are super fluid on iOS, but I wish they were faster (on android that is so easy to configure)
- How the UI makes it easier to use it with only one hand
Like you said, some of those things are fixable, but it's not stock.

Loved your take on this. Maybe take a look at the Galaxy Watch 5 pro. I've been enjoying it since I abandoned Fitbit. Also my washing machine sends me nice notes to clean it or my wash is done.😅
A house full of Samsung products sounds like a dream
I wud also go give my ultra a galaxy watch buddy, but nothing can beat Garmin ( in my humble opinion :) )
Sure other Tech RUclipsrs are more well known. But Dayo has that humor and that's what kerps me watching.
They also have the pixel fold too. Me? Just broken pixels on a monitor.
😂😂
Thanks!
Brother, I love how you produced your content. Solid information, with real-world concerns addressed, and you're very relatable. Keep it up, and this video helped me tremendously. 🤙
Thank you.
Great review ! Honest and to the point. I have the s23U and Galaxy book. The experience is so so good ❤️
I don't care what these haters say, to me your video quality compared to your past videos is just as good if not better, MKBHD!
Can't go wrong with either
Ok, I'm literally only 2 min into your video and haven't read any of the comments but, although never owning iPhone I really appreciate mute button. So, in settings I've assigned long press power button to mute/volume mode toggle. Works a treat. Obviously, to turn/restart the phone I have to pull down status bar and use the menu. Not a big deal considering how rarely I switch my phone off...
Apologies if there's a ton of comments exactly about it or if you talk about it further down in your video😅
Oh trust me, I've gotten alot of comments about features I should use. The more the better!
:)
I have always been a Samsung user and I have never been disappointed!
Same
Just create a routine to mute/vibrate the phone when you double press volume down if you miss the mute toggle that much
And there's nearby share for Windows beta as well
I converted to samsung after over a decade of using iphone too and I don't think I'm ever going back just got bored with Apple and just an FYI on your first point about changing the phone from hearing alerts to putting it on silent you can actually scroll down and then tap below the sound icon and a window will pop up so you can select what you want quicker yes no physical button but that works just as good, I wasn't sure if anybody else commented on that little detail 👍🏾good video also.
Yes I also like how you can control the sounds/volumes individually. On iPhone, you have one button for sound, but Samsung you can choose if you want to control the media volume vs call volume vs vibration volume
@Lilyxo you can also use a setting to make it so you can controll the volume of each app individually
Just wait till the display fails on you, you'd be lucky to get 2 years out of it
@bluebird1954 haven't had any issues at all so far 🤞
Mines still going strong 3 years later not just a samsung but a foldable which I feel is a tad controversial rn
Gold and Raw uncut review. 10/10
I had the opposite experience. I used android for 8 years and switched to Apple and much prefer it over android. Sometimes too much customization isn’t a good thing, apple has longer OS support and the integration I feel is better overall.
Thanks I've been watching endless videos trying to decide whether or not to switch to iphone
How is to much customization a bad thing? Android is much easier to use. IPhone is so difficult. Extra steps here and there etc. Ew
Iphone is rough man lol
Issue with android is that android has to work on every device no matter who the manufacturer of the phone is (samsung, htc, google what ever). Apple only has to worry about their own devices which makes for much less buggs and more fluid design language etc.
I have an S21 Ultra on T-Mobile and voicemail does everything you described that is unique to iOS. I rarely listen to mine because I can open the T-Mobile voicemail app and read them. Also, S-Pen is scoo convenient to use. I also have an iPhone for work and prefer Android for many reasons. Good video and good info.
Exactly Me too. I have also ways had visual voicemail. I didn't know people didn't have it.
This is such an awesome comparison. It feels genuine and very fair. Thank you! ❤
What a just world we live in
This is, by far, the most honest explanation about S23 vs Iphone 14 ever. Thank you so much!
Left the iphone 6s plus behind when jailbreaking started requiring a pc to do simple stuff like downloading modded apps and such. Never came back
You were an untethered fellow huh?
oh yes... this guy knows what he's talking about! 100% agreed!... i have (unfortunately) an A53 (potato at best) and despite the lag when opening a few apps, it is like the sir here says... i miss my iphone! but yet i love my android!
Very good compare! Straight to the point, no nonsense. You've got a like and a new subscriber!
Appreciate the support
@@SaintKines Yeah, and I'm sure other companies would love to be selling your data, but wait, that's for Samsung.
If you use two fingers instead of one, you can get the whole panel in one swipe. Same with closing it
I agree that this was the best comparison video I've ever seen on Samsung vs iPhone flagship phones and their respective ecosystems.
Subbed! 🌟
