"We have door. Big door. To, possibly, techno elves." When you first started this series, that would have sounded to me like something someone on shrooms would say. Now, I've come to expect no less.
I know, right? Remember when the craziest thing about this series was the tarrasque? Usually it leads up to that, but not this series. This series _started_ with that craziness and made it look perfectly normal and mundane as things went on.
@@tyleremery7088 It's so crazy that talking to people about it may get you thrown into an asylum. "So, there was this sentient monkey with a reptile hand, and he ripped out a young tyrannical girl's heart and ate it." "There's this sparkly bitch with steel balls, and her mom got absorbed into a goopy mercury dragon."
Welp, already i have a feeling that the foreclaimers split into 2 factions.:
- The cold logic one that sees any emotionas useless
- The generaly "normal" one that was hunted down for not being cold logic
Im really curious if the group can take on a single foreclaimer since at this point they should have spells and enough abilities to restrain one, maybe?
My setting's Yuan-Ti are more or less the same, only they're more successful at killing the defective. A former PC (now NPC) is a Yuan-Ti... let's say "Duchess" whose family nearly exterminated the Mountain Elves and got famous and powerful for it, but she's a mixed bag of emotions who doesn't want to blood sacrifice everyone around her, and has been on the run for nearly 30 years as a result. She's an epic level Artificer who has managed to shoot her own god in the face with cannonry, and has engineered a device to strip deific power over a person. If you're a Drow who wants to escape Lolth, and you can't find Elistraee? Go hit up Catalina, she'll be happy to lend a hand. Just don't actually hit Catalina, coz she owns a mythril RPG that launches venomous needles.

@@loganshaw4527 they are way more resistant than humans right, and the guy actually killing them did not follow them, so yeah, probably not dead
I think the party was expecting to find them all in a city after days of wandering the jungle. lol
I love the fact that Sips' love for Sneeze still shines through both the curse and his own... nature... He doesn't respect Sneeze's decision to stay behind just 'cause, but because he can't afford to lose him again. He also trusts the others enough to survive, but Sneeze? Nope, can't risk it.
P.S.: I'll never get over Sips just suddenly getting run over by a mech-raptor lol
I was reading your comment exactly at the point where he gets run over
Huh, I actually took it differently. It kind of felt like, underneath the curse, he had some idea that he's *completely* out of control and knows he can't trust himself to actually look out for Sneeze properly. So he's practically saying goodbye, not expecting to ever see Sneeze again, to avoid harming him.
Every time Erina talks about what a problem Sips is, I can’t help wanting to scream “You force-fed him curse food that turned him back into this”.
No it was the curse itself that came back even without the help of curse food
@@tigerelly6778 Can you show me where in the video with the food that happens?
@@TrisStrudel the video after the berry happens dingo says “sips knew it would come back eventually, the curse just needed time” and in one of the zanu training clips it shows the curse was attached to sip’s soul the entire time, and the berry never brought it back as the curse never left.
@@tigerelly6778 I can believe that but it still doesn't change my initial claim that Erina caused the curse to manifest when it hadn't manifested up to that point after the first curing. If it's really true that the curse never went away then sure, it would've shown up eventually but Erina caused it to manifest sooner. And even if what she did only had a cosmetic effect, it was still incredibly apathetic and insensitive toward Sips: causing quite a bit of issue for the group right after.
AH!! Xanu is fully aware of Sneezes crystal, and he's been lying to Sips about it! Xanu must be panicking a little right now, so close but with one key still on the other side of the flipping portal. But why keep that one away from Sips??? That screams imminent betrayal right there.
Panic indeed.
When Dingo finishes telling their adventures in the, "Fools Gold" campaign I am so marathon-ing every video start to finish so I can have the satisfaction of being able to do so. I know it takes a long time to script, draw, animate, and voice each video, but that doesn't make this rage-ful itch of wanting to know what happens next until we all finally hit the conclusion.

Oh wow. Giant colour jungle. Is this Felixes homebrew version of the feywild in this world? As a DM I'm impressed by the worldbuilding Felix must have done. And as an artist I'm impressed by Dingo's beutiful visualisation and expressions of the characters.
I kinda gonna call it now....all we'll see of Sips by the end of the adventure is his hand...and this will be the "birth" of the magical item
"monkey paw" can cast "wish" but it's Wild magic, which explains why these wishes can often go so wrong
That is honestly a fun twist to that concept- do you mind if I use it?

So considering what’s going on, after the crisis long ago the Forclaimers must’ve either split into two. The same ones that Zanu (Xanu?) despises and wants to commit genocide, then there’s the ones that are way different than the Forclaimers.
I kinda predict when they get back to their world, they’ll either find Sneeze aged up because the portal sorta took them to a world that goes way slower than the Wilds…or they wound up in the future
Sneeze: “It’s been ten thousand years…”
I say the split group has one be with the guy who carved out Gothi's face and the other who are against him
@@JaelinBezel he doesn't age after all
I find suspicious that even XANU insisted in bringing sneeze so he might have something to do with the other dimension (probably the stone forest thing)
didnt dingo state that sips TPKed this campaign? If Im remembering correctly, that would mean that the party will not return to the billowing wilds.

That farewell between Sips and Sneeze is so heart wrenching to watch two besties saying goodbye in their own way.
10:27 warrior cats new prophecy in a nutshell
Party: "Alright lets enter the giant portal to the Foreclaimers."
Felix probably: "There are so many Foreclaimers coming."
Party: "WHAT!? NOW?!"
The moment between Sneeze and Sips was so emontional. Sneeze wanted to be with Sips to help, but Sips does not know if he will be coming back so he leaves Sneeze behind so he can survive.
Problem is, if Sips dies, so does Sneaze.
I gotta hand it to Felix for making these landscape descriptions really feel alive, and to you for illustrating in such a simple yet descriptive style~
I like how she had that fake cliffhanger like, "Nah, I wouldn't do that to you guys."
Then she comes back at the end like, "SYKE! You thought you were getting out of this without a cliffhanger? FELIX ISN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO FEEDS OFF HUMAN SUFFERING!"
10:36 DM: You hear footsteps.
Party: We don't hide.
DM: You see a pristine and fully armored foreclaimer marching towards you, and another scared foreclaimer hiding in the bushes drawing your attention. What do you do?
I don't know what they did, but it seems clear what they should have done 🤔
MURDER
ITS SIX TO ONE!!! They have the advantage 🥺🔪
Kill them both is what Sips would do lol
@@hi.iamhuman.3564 Did they, though? Felix basically gave them two opportunities to hide, and the way he framed the scene was pretty much DM speak for "you should hide". Regardless, that's the kind of thing that's hard to know for sure unless we had the CRs of the foreclaimer and all party members (and then look up the amount of XP they would get on a combat encounter difficulty table, in order to tell how hard the fight would be).

Did anybody else notice that the foreclaimer's sword and the inside of their shield appeared to be made of the same addicting crystal that the Baron used to control Rascam back in the day?
Felix's imagination is honestly staggering
When they saw the first Foreclaimer I thought Gothi was going to say "try not to move" instead of "try not to panic" like it was a T-rex or something
I thought the same! 🤣🤣🤣
I thought she was gonna say "Try not to kill it" to Sips
Entire party: _freezes up_
Gothi: ...Guys? Where...where'd they go...?
There was a giant ass portal that showed up in the middle of the forclaimer forest that can be seen from probably kilometers away. Honestly, I would've been surprised if the forclaimers *didn't* send out soldiers to investigate. 😂
Yeah, why is it only one Foreclaimer, and why did it take that long for someone to show up? Do they just not keep eyes in that direction much? So many questions.

Xanu They can come under... our control.
Sips: I don't like that pause
Xanu: I was thinking.
I seriously stick to my theory that Sips and Sneeze's souls are connected- or atleast, Sneeze may have a portion of Sips' soul.
If you remember in one of the previous episodes back in Kyladria
I think maybe , sneeze would help with the curse. You know felix as the DM could be very creative. I think that the soul connection is very likely as stated before that he felt a connection as sips touched him in the soul realm/dark crystal, and how he could feel his presence when he was with Erina on the mech dragon. Maybe that's the reason sips understands him . He literally feels him
Also, if they want to buy some time to see if sneeze can help sips, Xanu can always push sips’s soul out of his body… but then where would they store it? make a small soul gem for it? Or some sort of container?
I feel their choice is gonna be important, especially in regard to Sips and Xana. The frightened Foreclaimer may prove yet there are more Foreclaimers like Gothi. But given how the other one looks they may also prove Xanu's point. How they go about it is like trying to keep scales balanced precariously.
Sips is likely going to try to attack the soldier Foreclaimer, pulling the party in what is likely the wrong direction.
Felix went "how do I make them suffer more..." "Ah yes! Make it so theres bad and good so no genocide but also no diplomacy so its agonizing and will make them have to make a choice that angers both ends"
Xanu not Xana
I appreciate the growing friendship between Sneeze and Erina, and not just because Erina is my favorite character. It's cute to see a character initially revolving wholely around Sips branch out and have other relationships

I have, a very unlikely but fun theory! So you guys remember Godrich? (Is that how you spell their name?) anyways, I’d like to think that after they thought gothi was “dead” or maybe they left her to die, they ran to the portal and made it through, but all the royals had died so them, being a friend of the original royal family, became the new ruler and supposedly lied about the royals deaths. After that they found the piece of Zanus (hope I spelled that correctly) crystal and embedded into their own power crystal, extending their life even longer! But personally I just wanna watch gothi beat em up...
01:23 I must say, that little interaction was adorable

There were two times that a player in a D&D game I was in played a character that had split personality. The first was a human mutation alchemist who developed not one alter but FIVE others, so he had 6 personalities, one for each ability stat. The other player was an eladrin warlock who expanded upon the season alignment to have 4 personalities.
@@janeenschultz8502 very cool. Split personality characters are underrated. They give the player the best opportunity to play more than one character in terms of personality in the body of a single character.
Keep in mind that "good" and "evil" aren't personality traits, they are moral judgements that apply to patterns of behaviour. Each of their alters is still a fully realized, complex person!
just to note : if youre planning on making a character with DID , or something similar to it , make sure to research n make sure youre not playing into any stereotypes =] also , the terms "split personality" and "personalities" (in reference to alters) is outdated and can be considered offensive
@@DR1FTER___ well that depends. My character is cursed to have another soul possessing his body. And he only takes over at 6 in the afternoon till 6 in the morning before his original self takes over.
So it's not like he's been with this person since he was born, and it's not like he just takes over whenever. So I don't know if I would call this "Split Personality" or "Multiple Personality Disorder". If you have a name for what my circumstance is, I'm all ears.
"what do you do" rage damn it, i can't with this cliffhanger
"So what do you do?" a simple question that if brought up right with the correct pretense can be one of if not thee most intimidating and terrifying question a DM can give. Damn im loving this!
10:08 a network of mechanical dinosaurs?
So you could call it a BotNet?
WOOOOOOOOO theory time: I’m going at a bit of a stretch so bar with me, but what if after the foreclaimers crossed over, they still hadn’t learned their lesson and decided to make another Demi god of some sort, but that Demi god wasn’t all that “evil” and instead of wiping out the foreclaimers again like what Xanu did, that new Demi god instead took them under control and acted like their new leader, but some of the foreclaimers broke free of that control and are now hiding in the forest, explaining why one of the foreclaimers has a stern look with armor and such, but the other foreclaimer doesn’t because they aren’t under control,, idk it’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while so I’m not particularly sure
Given that there's still two suns in the sky, one of which matches the glow color of the Pristine Foreclaimers, I think it might be something else.
Credit to the theory, Xanu did say a shard of him was trapped on the other side.
*Just spouting off theories about Sneeze, because he's obviously supernaturally connected to Sips:*
(Some of these my own, others from others. Starting with my own)
Probably highly unlikely, but could the Foreclaimers have taken down the other sun, Solis, and created another "god?"(Obviously they'd have to put it back since there is still a sun in the Bellowing Wilds) Then part of that crystal would be inside Sneeze, or maybe the full one. It could explain the connection, also the scene were he touches his forehead to Sips' almost seems like he's trying to connect wit not only Sips, but the crystal inside of him.
Or maybe Sneeze has a crystal which was like a "template" or "draft" to Xanu?
Could Kin-Ora(i can never spell her name) have put a different part of the same gator into Sneeze, that just isn't seen? Like, she replaced his heart or something. So when Sips' gator dies, so does Sneeze's? Might also explain how Sips can just kinda understand Sneeze. Also seems unlikely, but like I said just kinda spouting off.
I saw some people debating if maybe Sneeze has some crystal in him, but maybe it's just too small for Xanu to detect. But I feel like since Xanu is made to be perfection, he would be able to tell where it was easily. Also, when Sips was seeing & hearing out of all of the crystals, would be not then be able to hear & see at least some of what was happening with Sneeze outside of the castle?
I also saw one person theorize that Sneeze is the product of Sips' magic, that he accidentally formed Sneeze like a familiar and just didn't notice. Which I think would be awesome, but I also feel like then it would be more like a Gothi and Jawbone situation. Unless the reason it's different for Sips and Sneeze because Sneeze is obviously awake/awakened. It also, again, would explain why Sips just gets what Sneeze is "saying."
Basically, this comment is a place for these theories :) Please reply with yours! I wanna hear 'em
