Love how this series slowly went from “released a Tarrasque with Karaoke” to “MONKEY HOBO DOES GENOCIDE!”

This went from a 100 with the tarrasque arc, to a 45 for the backstory arc, to a 50 for the bouclaire arc, right up to a 10000000 for this arc.

Xanu: "I'm a god you dingus"
This was my favorite interaction in the whole episode

the Party: ". . . Wait, have we just assumed Gothi was smart just because she was smarter than US? This might be on us."
I love how Erina so was disconnected from the plot that she kept asking questions but then ended up noticing the "plot hole" surrounding Gothi. That's some gold character moments right there.
She seems much more observant than we thought
The plot hole was cleverly patched up by gothi being a a swamp pickle. You can’t tell me this isn’t canon.

Just want to appreciate this little moment. For all his hatred and all his pain, Gothi is still his friend, and she's never been at fault to him.
I do like that to. I like how Gothi dose try to reason with him and that addiction touch on how Gothi is immortal a being that can't age but that don't mean she can't die.

The part where Sips talks about controlling his Wild Magic sends up so many red flags! It is by far my favorite part of the episode.

I just noticed. At 10:47 when Xanu yells: "They're all monsters" one of his eyes turns yellow like what Sips has, but a second later when he calms down both of his eyes are white again. I have the theory Xanu is affected by the curse too. Not just Sips.
I have a theory that Sips and Xanu are the same person in a weird way since well xanu did make him human conscious so when he leaves sips is probably going to go back to being a regular monkey
well he is in Sips body wich is also affected by the curse (other wise if Xanu is in control the physical appearance of the curse should disappear) and the curse take action of control when the one in control is in stress/emotional stress , and I'm pretty sure that the fact Xanu got pissed off and started yelling in anger created some emotional stress as either a responce of his own or his control of Sips Body

it feels like irena is a character that was made to be in a happy go lucky campaign and accidentally wound up in a drama one with no idea what anything happening is or means

I mean, Erina is a magical girl JoJo reference. She sticks out like a sore thumb.

But have you REALLY tried moisturizer? My favorite part is when everyone gets mad at here you can actually see Sips's spirit come out of his body with an angry expression at Erina.

Gothi in all her infinite wisdom came to the conclusion that she is “swamp pickled”. And as the smartest member of the group that says a lot about the group

Don't druids get to live longer?, maybe there's something to do with that. And even if they don't get that boost until they're high-level, maybe it can be excused for the plot.
I'm still expecting to find a barren wasteland filled with the mummified corpses of the _long_ dead Foreclaimers after they transported themselves to a demiplane with nothing in it, because that sort of anticlimactic, shaggy-dog story is exactly what I want from this plot about hate-filled, genocidal would-be gods and their easily lead chaos monkey with anger management issues.
either that or they created something worse then zanu and it killed them all and the next episode is them all getting killed by said creation

3:33 I'm not sure if this is just Dingo's voice acting, but I get the feeling Sips wasn't just bragging there. He genuinely wants his friend to be proud of him and actually feels happy. Not just maliciously reveling in his power, but actually happy.

Organ harvesting sounds like something he and sips would do.
well, anyone can be a surgeon if the patient lives at the end of it.
I don't know if it's intentional, but the way the characters are sitting is a genius bit of visual storytelling. Gothi and Sips opposite each other, Irina next to Gothi and Jack next to Sips.
And Sips' whole attitude and behaviour is terrifying and just... amazing. Such a good character.
Jack is on the middle, because even though he hired everyone, he was caught up in this whole ordeal because of his boss!

Why is no one talking about Sips' spell going wild without Xanu's interferance.

yay that show the curse the third person may have more control and maybe playing along with sips now and that not good slips is losing but think he gotten control for once.
My assumption is only Sip and Xanu know that. Sips didn’t talk out loud for real probably, more like in his head to Xanu, so the rest assume it went as Sips planned.
I assume that the third person is also affecting Xanu. Fueling his genocide run.
I think it's the same thing as preventing it to get wild, when it happened xanu and sips have to both want to stop the spell from getting wild (the 2 against 1 Idea), so since the curse person want the magic to get wild if sips want it too it would be a 2 against 1 but xanu would be the one alone here
Sips will probably be killed by a literal god if he loses control so meh.
And even if the evil creature inside plays along to trick sips and the god, it's just a regular evil creature. The level 20 wizard would probably kill the creature if needed. Right?
I’m obsessed with how Sips is framed almost always showing his fully cursed side. Really makes it seem like he’s falling deeper and deeper

I love how Gothi makes basically the same argument against genocide that Sips does, but because she's clam and collected about it, and friends with the god she's arguing with, she is much more successful. Just goes to show that old saying about being right at the top of your voice and still wrong.

TBH the one thing that threw me off and made me laugh the most was gothi's swamp pickle theory. It's always great to see the smartest most strait lased member of the group bay just the dumbest thing.

I find it interesting that when xanu gets mad and says there all monsters the crocodile eye starts showing instead of both his normal eyes like the curse even effects him to some point

14:57 plot twist could of happend were the granny was a long lost mech hiding the button away as a guardian but the DM lost that opputunity for a new encounter.
This whole story went from General D&D shenanigans, to an old soap opera, to an over the top click bait "dude perfect" style and I absolutely love all of it, keep up the great work Dingo!

The fact that you could slightly hear sips voice when zips said that their all monsters showing that zonu has impacted sips mindset about forclamers is just amazing
I found it interesting as Sipps and Xano snapped saying "they're all monsters."
I think also because Sips has also been experimented on, by Quinn-Ora. So he has a special hatred for people who experiment on live creatures.
You know the fact that Xanu might actually be the reason sips has a human consciousness. this makes sense to me. Because if that is the cause Xanu is Sips and has always been sips and without xanu sips isn't going to be sips. But that's just a theory of mine that xanu has a split personality thing he just isn't aware of. Hence why when xanu said "They are all monsters" not just because something similar happened to sips but because xanu is sips
@@thenobody7509 Split personality is too stupid, and Sips and Xanu are definitely different people.
For one thing, Xanu is clearly Lawful, and Sips is Chaotic. Xanu doesn't lie and has no love for causing problems and mischief, whilst Sips lies and scams and cheats aplenty and is a renowned troublemaker, even if it's unintentional.
Also, Xanu straight up killed a raccoon simply because it attacked Sips before and he had no use for it after the experiment was done, and Sips immediately told Xanu to use his empathy.
Moreover, Xanu was fully committed to the idea of genocide the whole time, whilst Sips had his doubts until he fully accepted the curse, and even then I'm pretty sure it's because of the curse affecting him.
Therefore, it's obvious Sips is Sips, not Xanu.
Now, will he retain his sapience when Xanu leaves, is the question.
@@Daioblis Split personality can be fairly different from the original, But yeah perhaps your right but there's something else if xanu leaves Sips most likely is just going to be taken over because if sips is not xanu then perhaps sips is just the curse and fhe real sips slowly takes over more and more. The more the curse takes over hence.

My theory is that sips and sneeze are connected via the crystals and that’s why they can understand eachother without talking.
Maybe sneeze has a small piece of the crystal inside him so when spider demon queen died, he died aswel just like sips.
So either they are gonna collect all the pieces and be like: shit we are missing a part or the owner of the crystal on the other side is using the power to control his avatar sneeze on this side of the portal. (Might explain sneeze’s looks, since the foreclaimer didn’t know what creatures look like on this side of the portal.)
Might be wrong but if I’m not sips is gotta fight Xanu, to protect his best friend.
Which if it doesn’t happen might be a nice fanfic idea.

I thought the reason Sneeze temporarily died was because he had a crystal in him too. But then Xanu didn't mention him when he talked about where the other pieces were.

I can't think of another channel that regularly fills me with as much excitement when the episode starts, and as much dismay when the episode ends.
The best part about watching this animated series and seeing this story unfold, is seeing how much you have improved Dingo! Like seriously the character expressions and voice acting just get better and better!!! I get more chills at the end of every episode!

Man, how thematic to have this episode where Gothi’s “what’s past is past,” “they may change” philosophy and Zanu’s “it still hurts,” “kill them before they can do evil” clash be posted so soon after the season finale of Moon Knight, which tackles a very similar philosophical debate.
I love how this started with Death by karaoke, and has led up to a final scene, hero's standing before a legendary portal, gazing in awe upon long lost technology.
Truly worthy of a cinematic masterpiece.

I genuinely always wondered how gothi was able to stay alive that long, it’s a serious plot twist that xanu just went “i m m o r t a l i t y💅🏻😌✨” and bam senile gothi was born soon after.
