Sean, thank you for putting together a program for beginners. Couple years ago I had back surgery and I’m currently having more problems with my neck and shoulders. I knew it was time to heal and try yoga. So many yoga channels have aggressive and quick poses that claims it’s for the new beginner but I have a hard time following. Your program is great cause I can actually follow along without getting confused or running behind. I feel much better after finishing each session. I wish I started this sooner. I feel confident that in time and as I progress I’ll feel like a new man. Waking up in pain, having a hard time bending over isn’t fun and it isn’t something I plan on keeping! Looking forward to completing the 7 day challenge and moving on to the next level. Thanks again Sean

Good morning Sean, I was having a tough time getting started this morning. We traveled by car about eight hours yesterday, and that had my back stiff. I didn't want to do my morning run today. Then, after fifteen minutes on the mat, I feel loose and energetic. Thanks!
Being accountable on Day 5! Challenging exercises but I did them - often a bit slower than you Sean! Have done Pilates for quite a while so didn't have problems with understanding. Determined to keep flexible and strong as I go deeper I to my 60s! Thank you Sean x
Thanks Sean, I'm a complete beginner to yoga. I'm not supple/flexible at all, but have spent the last 30 or so years keeping fit - from high impact aerobics, step, mountain biking, ski-ing, swimming and now spin cycling. I'm 57 years old and have 2 hip replacements, arthritic knees (so tape them up) & have it in my wrists, fingers & shoulders - but any movement is better than no movement!! Lets hope this may give me a little more flexibility!! Watching from the UK.
Day 5 done. Happy (belated) birthday to you. Also 13:40 "You don't want to do child's pose on a fox" made me laugh out loud. Had to pause the video to get rid of the mental image.

I've lost 65 pounds and gained so much endurance on my way to my first marathon in December. Thanks coach Vigue for your wonderful beginning yoga challenge!

Manny from Buffalo. This wasn't as bad as I expected. My core is basically non-existent, but I only had to modify in a few spots (I pooped out mid way through the first plank, and my elbows didn't reach my knees in active balancing the cat). I think I may run through this 7 days one more time before moving on to the next yoga challenge, but I'm feeling good so far.
I am an "athlete" but as I get older (35...) I am seeing the affects of not stretching now... I have done yoga in the past it is usually too painful and discouraging. Thanks for making this series!
