Just coming out of my customary couple months of depression during the winter. First yoga session in a few months and my god, the amount of adjustments in my back and hips 😂 never leaving it so long again, great workout!!! ❤

Stopped for a year, and it’s been 2 chiropractor visits and back to stretching for the last month to try and treat my intense shoulder pain that popped up recently. 😂😂 to say the least, looking forward to your videos again!

Coach V I have a been a huge fan of your content and follow along with many videos! I was wondering if you could do a video for people with a hamstring injury? I recently got a grade 2 strain in my hamstring playing baseball and was wondering what modified poses I should do and some poses to keep my shoulders strong and healthy for when I’m able to come back and play. Thank you for all of the amazing content!
Great one. Yes 20. I modifies some of the twists with hands on the ground to an arm reach overhead to get the twist, as in the fire log, not much to twist for me when reaching the ground. Pretty tight in the hips today
Didn't enjoy this one but then again it isn't about enjoyment when I'm trying to get more stretched out. My favorite part was watching the ocean at the end. Peace!
If a Sith and a Jedi were to do a 15 min Yoga session...what would that look like? And what would be the differences between the two? Have you ever considered doing a video like that? (Or two? One for Sith and one for Jedi.) Considering how many people love one or the other, or both ...to the point Jedi is a state religion, and Sith's have their own religion (with the Sith Academy in...I forget. Somewhere in the US).... I think it would be very popular videos. And likely a couple of very nice Yoga sessions. ^_^
