A perfect follow-up to Day 5 that I did the same day. And it was great! Thanks a lot Coach Vigue! For me it doesn't matter if my friend uses the doorbell or knocks on the door as long as they inform me at least 30 minutes in advance that they are coming as I might be in between my "yoga or Pilates with Coach Vigue Session" 😉

I have done upside down scorpion many times, but never with the arm down. Wow! That felt amazing! Thank you so much for the new stretch idea. l am an Introvert, so prefer to know when people are coming. If I know that they are coming, I don't mind either doorbell or knocking. It's the surprise visits I am not that fond of. ; )

I’m pretty new to yoga, I started really being on it daily about a month ago. Absolutely love your routines. I have an arm that has never sat right, and it’s starting to work into the right place, and is becoming more mobile! Amazing, thank you!! Personally I like the doorbell, since I can hear it through the whole house.

Must-know question: option 3…text me first, knocking/doorbell upsets the dog. Thanks again coach…you’ve changed my life. (I can forward food and touch my toes for the first time in 40 years.)
Well, since we live in a 100 year old house, and the doorbell hasn't worked since before we moved in 11 years ago. I prefer knocking. And I really prefer this great stretched out feeling at the end of day 6! Thanks, so much!
Do not knock, or ring the doorbell, let me live in peace lol. If we have to meet uo, let's do it on a mountain. If you come round mine, the dogs will back and cause chaos. Too session coach.

first day where ive not really connected with the flow… its super cold in my flat and my feet hurt from some of the toe bends. How does one deal with a cold house + yoga?
I actually have two decoy doorbells lol but it messed me up when I ordered my new iphone and the delivery person thought the doorbell(s) worked and I didn't hear them and I had to wait three more days to get my phone. I have since put neon duck tape over them. The first world is a difficult place.

I like when people knock on the door! Doorbell feels like a package, or someone coming for business, but a knock is more satisfying and down to earth
Doorbell all day! Knocks are rough and obtuse, door bells are charming and brings music followed by a visitor.
These stretches feel great! … knocking usually doesn’t wake up the kids if they’re taking a nap 😄
