I love this. I'm a mom with two little boys so I don't have an hour to have a relaxing yoga exercise. I've been doing this every second day with the 7 day pilates on the days in between and I adore it. I feel so good afterwards.
Oh yea! I have done your beginner videos and other yoga videos everyday this month. I sleep better, more aware of my posture at work. 15-20 minutes a day is very manageable for me. Thanks!!!

Did the beginner 7 day as part of a new year's resolution to be more active, and then moved on the to regular 7 day challenge. Have to say, this one kicked my butt! Had been doing pretty well through the prior ones, but really felt it! Excited to get through the rest of the challenge!
This is a very good challenge for body and mind. I think it's vey key to have minimal expectations doing these. For me I have to be sure to not tighten up and just flow into each movement

Thought I could move along... but you got me on this one. Did the Beginner Yoga series twice, maybe 12 of your other videos... but I had to hit the pause a couple of times today.
