FF, That opening scene: drone, van, river, bridge, train w/ steel wheels as the background sound is outstanding! The best I’ve noticed, tho I’m sure there’s plenty of subtleties I’ve missed. Stoked for your trip to the States.
His video where he made it from all his peaks last year or the year before was legendary IMHO, it was definately worthy of an award..! It also would be an excellent video to show people who are near the end of life to show them the wonders of things, possibly getting them at peace with their journey and NO, I'm not religious in any way shape or form, but that video was epic! IF you are religious it would demostate the wonders of the creator for sure ....amazing.
Imagine being in the mountains alone and all of a sudden foresty walks past you with a selfie stick talking to himself. I feel like that would be legendary.
I think that would be so cool to run into him somewhere! Every time I see a white GM full size van (and previously a white Chevy Uplander minivan), I take a second look to see if it's Foresty Forest, especially since I live in western Canada (BC).
Heya Foresty (Forest)! In my free moments from being a full time foresty forest fan, I work as a Park Ranger with the Bureau of Land Management in central Utah. You have passed through our management area (The San Rafael Swell) at least once in a previous bike-packing video which was very cool to see. What great news that you are going to be down here exploring the beautiful American desert this winter, and I want to invite you back to our corner or nowhere. Off Highway Vehicle users are our largest user base and it would be a real treat to have someone like yourself see what we have to offer and provide feedback on how to better manage this amazing place. Thanks, Steve

I'm pretty sure a lot of thumbs down are done automatically by the algorithm to bump how controversial a video is so it shows up on random peoples feeds to possibly watch as a suggestion.
Forestry Forest should have his own tv channel. By far more entertaining than the crap we pay license for on tv. Thank you Sir for the quality you bring us. For the dangers you put yourself through. For the time and effort of great editing. And for the quality filming. I don’t often comment but I watch intently each time. Thankyou for everything you do to entertain us. Stay safe my friend. Xx
TV is dead, this is new and better way. Regular people have freedom to do whatever they want and they produce more interesting content with a single simple camera than TV crews with multi million dollar budgets and scripted projects. This is simple production but way more interesting than anything on TV, I don't even watch TV anymore
Come on down to Michigan, Foresty! Last time I was in the U.P., I was trying to get to the Porcupine Mountains. But my car blew a rod just outside of Munising, and I had to spend all my vacation money on a beater minivan and come right back home. I've never had a second chance. I'll live vicariously through you.
Fantastic introduction Forest! Loved your drone shot of your van crossing the bridge while the train passed in the background, and especially the shot of your van stirring up the autumn leaves, followed by the lake shore drone shot! Thanks and keep up the great work!

The sound of the snow hitting the drone was pretty neat too.
