That was one very healthy grizzly bear. Beautiful drone footage, it brought tears to my eyes. The ribs got my mouth watering. I could almost smell them. Stay safe up there and thank you for all you do. Warm hugs to Rocco.
You've done what a lot of people have not done man so good for you plus the dog does awesome love seeing the dog man makes me want to get back out there in time and time love your work.

I definitely do it again. Well I'm glad you got your van fixed. Those parts worked out and your little hound there. She's doing all right. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦❄️

Damn, what you do for fun and the sheer pleasure of the effort terrifies me. And Rocko! What a fearless beastie she is, she was/is such a good choice for an adventuring companion. Thanks for taking us with you.

I already miss the Yukon… Just headed back to the lower 48 after camp hosting in Alaska for three months. Spent the night on the beach near destruction bay… I don’t do any of the glorious things you do as far as mountaineering, but I want to thank you for giving me the travel bug! Happy trails and safe travels!
Just awesome footage Foresty... and I have to say, you are a courageous man. Many people would be too nervous to explore the wilderness that you do, because of the bears that linger about. Good on ya mate!
Once again great footage.....had the travel Alberta site pop up and give me a fast video with lots of drone footage shot way too fast and music that was loud..... I commented the they should sponsor you to get them some of the best shots of the Rockies......I do hope someone reads that comment and extends an olive branch your way just so we see national park FF drone footage. I could only imagine what an exemption for you to film could reveal to your viewers. Cheers !

You must of had some close calls with that pup. I had one with Tak. I was on copper mountain on a quod. And I seen a grouse. I set Tak down. And he shot for it. But I didn't realize there was a cliff right there. But I seen it when Tak shot strait up in the air and over the cliff trying to grab the bird. He went right off the cliff at the same time I creamed his name. I seen him twist in mid air. When I looked over the cliff. There he was holding on to a root for dear life. It was along way down. We were pretty much at the top. I had to reach down over the cliff and grabbed him by the head and pulled him up. It scared me so much I laid on the ground crying for a bit. Well that took all the fun out of the day. He was hanging on a root. When i looked down there was nothing but borders a long long way down. I almost lost my puppy that day. He was quit Yung at the time. I think that shook me up for a hole week after that. Sure changed my out look on things when we went on adventures after that. But he's so smart he saved he's own life. Sure put a scare into me.
What a scary story! Now I will be even more worried about Rocko. That little dog is very sure footed but he could start chasing something (like a rock rolling down the hill from another video) and get into trouble fast. After two years old the impulsive puppy behavior should be less common.
