I had a Mk2 TT and have seen the Mk3, they have a LOT of cargo space, I fit a a full set of 19" wheels with tires, plus a passenger and even a jack in the back.
Great review, and awesome editing! I honestly really like the new design of the TT, as well. Previous generations always seemed to be lacking that angular and masculine appearance. Nevertheless, the Audi TT still seems like a pretty solid coupe. From one car reviewer to another, keep up the great work!
I used to own a 8J TT RS and besides being a proper coupe, it has really a lot of practicality. You can fold over the backseats and get tons of luggage space or you can pick up two kids. Plus in daily driving the engine is really fun to drive, because of its torque.
Home Account it’s awesome to drive you’ll love it. The base engine is powerful enough but very economical. I get so many looks when driving it because they are so rare and exotic looking. I’ll definitely buy another one
@@HoodehMan If bought from a dealer, it should have been advertised as Audi approved. If private then no. I have seen what they do with approved cars, I bought my old 2010 TTS from an Audi dealer, the list of items they changed was mind boggling there is no way a private owner would have changed out those parts. Example they changed out a Mag ride sensor becuase it was out of the specified range but didnt cause a fault light condition. The down side is you`ll pay more for the car so in effect you will be paying for the return to condition but it is peace of mind. It is worth taking the car to a Dealer to get a health check done its free and they will tell you where the car is at, you dont have to have anything done.
@@zipz8423 Awesome! Thanks for the tip, this is really helpful. I purchased a 2016 TT from a private owner. The car only has 25k miles on it as well. So you're saying i can take it to an Audi dealer and have them check it for free?
I really like the TT! especially the TTRS, but the S is also a very nice one... but I think the TT isn’t that popular in the US... I haven’t been there but in all the vlogs etc there haven’t been many around.. well here in Europe there are quite some (and also diesels :D, whyyyy?)
The TT/TTS/TTRS each cost about $11,000 more than an A3/S3/RS3 and offer very little in return for that extra cash and are, in fact, less practical. That, combined with styling some consider overly "feminine" (right or wrong, I think it looks great) and you get poor sales in the USA. Also trucks.
This man said the BMW & Porsche were better, but then said this Audi is a great value lol. Btw, I commend you for the honesty, most reviewers never critique anything.
Hi so do you think this car has more performance and is more fun to drive than the S3? Enough to justify the huge difference in price to pay over the S3?
Answer to your title, yes the TTs is definitely better performance wise even the mk2 TTs is Better performance wise. All beautiful cars do love the S4 TTS,RS3 and TT RS 🍻🏁 The TT is practical I can get my 4 and 6 year old children in the back and two weeks food shop in the boot 😉
@@blackflagpirate3444 Oooh you`re such a cruel dad! When my girl was 9 she hit her head on the rear window over a bump that was the end of her time in the back :P
TTS you have more road feel because it's a lot lower and riding on 20s. Power to weight ratio is still FWD but send more power to the rear than the S3 in dynamic mode. You'll feel more in a sports car than the S3. It's almost like comparing the A4 to S3, A4 being the S3 and S3 being the TTS.
Maruf2021 370Z for sure The NA 3.7 V6 sounds amazing Good power linear feel Good weight balance And Reliable Last of a dying breed Audi you going to have too many problem and they cost a packet to maintain The Interior is ugly A big flat plastic ironing board
370Z isnt that more reliable than the TT tho, but the sound, driving feel yes but for styling (subjective) i'll go for TT and interior.. come on, you'd be lying to yourself if you say the TT has worse interior than the Z
Have you owned a modern Audi at all or are you talking out of your ass to know that they "have too many problem"? Please don't lie to yourself saying that the interior of the TTS is ugly.
Hello Eddie, I am thinking about buying an Audi TT.. I would like to know if you still recommend this car...Are there things that you don`t like about this car? is it also comfortable for longer trips (noise insolation, seats etc..)?Thank you..
Something about this car is so appealing to me. I don’t think I would buy one but there really cool to me

I had to watch this as I just bought a 2018 TTS and sold my S3 to get it.
Are you satisfied?
I decided to go for the TTS over the S3......happy!
Nnnnice review. Happy Thanksgiving Eddie.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
love the new B-roll you've been adding. Great job!
Dig the rolling shots and different interior camera angles
awsome vids so clear and the reviews are always to the point and down to business.
Just bought a 2016 TT. Absolutely love it. I will eventually replace it with an S. Beautiful car inside and out.
Lash195 Is it nice to drive because I might buy one in a while

bak2mb congrats. I’m looking at a used TTS myself. They’re so rare down here in FL. I’m looking for one with the Black optic package.
@@lash9400 Goodluck with the hunt!!
We bought this over the Cayman S for 2 reasons, price and AWD. We need the AWD as we are in the great white north.
chose the TTS over the C base for 2 reason...TTS has the better tech and 2+2
Nice comprehensive review of the tts, but bro that cement seamed road you kept on was killin me and the mic. Need new route. 😬

Thinking about getting one. Hows the maintenance?

Audi TTS over Audi S3 any minute of the day :)
For so long my fav looking car was a brz but damn this car is really nice looking

For USA roads i ‘d say Audi best but not if high miler, depreciation might hurt & accelerate faster?
Was hoping for more direct comparison with S3 as they're so similar underneath

TTS, S3 or Golf R?
yes
U dont talk about my favourite part, the wing.
Good editing.
did you check out the TT RS Clubsport at SEMA?
I’d rather have Golf R since it’s cheapest compared to S3 and TTS and is most practical.
Samuel Wu I have a S4 thinking about a TTS or first generation TTRS. Would you give up the S4 for the one of the TT models?
Ryan Conklin TTS? No. TTRS? Sure.
Audi TTS or Nissan 370Z

TTS. I wouldn't be caught dead driving that 370Z ricer SHIT
I feel a bit sorry for Americans, you always get models with about 20 BHP less than the EU market. The 2016 TTS had 310 BHP in Europe.
SooOo... You're saying it looks like a punch buggy in terms of bubbliness??
Im surprised they dont have a sunroof....
No Mks ever had a sunroof.
Does anyone know why this gets worse fuel economy than the golf r?
shorter gear ratios.
The MPG figures from Audi are BS, you get much lower fuel economy in the real world.

It is an S model so the ride in sport mode is harsh, like all Audi S models.
