If you had to hammer down the brake pad then you incorrectly placed the washer for the caliper. The washer/shim suppose to be in between the caliper and bracket. You shouldn't have to hammer it in. Suppose to go in smoothly. It was a cringe to have to see you hammer it in

Just rotors and calipers.Upgraded brake lines are recommend but not necessary. Also this kit is for non si. The si one is more expensive
