I have a love/hate relationship with pointer. Probably would have gone smoother after 2 mile outdoor walk this morning, but not getting to video until mid afternoon. I was able to work my arm and point my foot, but unable to get leg completely off ground, level with hip. Rest of band workout went excellent. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️
Yes I've noticed that haha 😉💯 It's always a work in progress but your balance can always change within pointer day to day, week to week! Great job here with persistence and keep repeating tue routines as you will train your muscles to get better at each set in each video with the order🙌

Sorry bout that, rookie error 🙄 All my band videos I use a Long Band, and if it's a loop band I will call it that in the title. But you can tie up a long band and make it a loop one, so really this is the most versatile one to have on hand! 🙋♀️💪 I think that's a great idea too, mentioning in descriptions what band workout it is, especially now there are more band workouts on here 👌💯 Thank you for the tip! Woah, that was HARD. Loved it though. The last exercise with lowering both legs was impossible (15:00). I've done your core strength challenge, but any exercises to gradually work up to being able to do those theraband leg lowers with no slouching?

Yep it's a strong one, but just keep practicing it and you will build it up through repetition 👌🏆 Try laying on the back lowering legs together with knees at a 90 degree angle rather than straight legs. Then progress to straight legs with band around both feet. This will help here 🙌✨️ Plus literally practicing sitting up straight without leaning back, this can be a challenge for many people but you can work at this! Sit up straight with your legs straight out on floor for 5 to 10 seconds at a time. Then you will train those muscles 💯👌 Keep me posted on how you are going!

You need to find out from the brand you are using, the manufacturer should have that information somewhere 🙌 Why were you wanting to know the weight of it? The resistance tension you pull with the movements can also differ depending on how tight you hold it through the push and pull of each movement. nice video. thanks. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't notice exercises targeting the pecs. Was they there? A suggestion. It may help if in "Show More" you write down a list of muscle groups you are targeting. I have seen some people do that.
Hi , thank you for your comment ✌ Yep I actually didn't do pecs as such it's a bit tricky to target that area with a band without securing it to a pole or similar, then the resistance I find is not really effective for pec work. And majority of people need higher amounts of upper back, rear and front shoulder plus the other muscles in core and lower body. I say do pushups or similar for pecs 😉👌 That's a great idea too with the show more. Did you mean edit the muscle groups into actual videos as we do the workout? Or do you think in the description of the video? Thank you for your idea🤗
Hi vanessa. I meant the latter, i.e., in the description of the video. that way, one doesn't have to "skim" the entire video to see what muscle groups you are targeting. Yes, I do push-ups, but was looking for some variation. Also, I have a minor issue with one of my wrists so I try not to put too much weight on it... I will look around and see if I find something.

I am a big fan of your theraband workouts but when you go this fast I get a bit mad. I feel like running through it and I cannot find the right form. WIth the black leggings is very difficult, sometimes impossible, to see which leg is lifted.
