Personally I would not have stopped at just a gravestone, I would have used the Remains of the Old Tree to maybe make something like a bench to sit on to always remember the good times. you know not to let the wood go to waste.
If oak tree is over 100 years old, it’s crime. The last story, I bet that entitled mother hasn’t been skating for 40 years bet she only started 5 years ago
Instead of asking for the monetary value of the tree OP would have requested to have the tree replaced with a tree if the same size. It would have cost way more to do this. She'd have to pay for a nursery to supply the tree ,remove the old tree stump, dig up and transport the new tree which a tree of that size would mean the traffic would have to be blocked while unloading requiring a permit. It would have cost more like 250,000 to 300,000 dollars to replace that tree. As a teen I worked at nursery in Hershey PA. I dug out many a tree by hand for replanting elsewhere.
@@josephhodges9819 Not impossible; just expensive. If a tree were valued at $185,000, that would be the cost to replace it with a similar tree. Further, in most states, cutting down a tree that's not yours gets triple damages. So that $185,000 would have been $555,000 in damages.
@@msalzberg4962 If the tree is that old and that big then you have an issue with not only transporting it, but you also have to find someplace that does not mind you digging up an over 100-year-old tree. You will never find someplace like that.
@@msalzberg4962 Does not matter. The tree cannot replace the toppled tree and $185K would probably come in handier and for something like this they would not make the fine 2X or 3X the cost of the tree because that is ultimately what it would be. Not only that but it is a fake AI story like all of them are. I should also mention that tree put up in NYC is dying the moment they take it from the ground and is only supposed to live for a few months and is impossible to keep alive once cut out of the ground.
Is this an artificial voice, or is the reader just speaking really monotone? I noticed a few glitches between the text and the voice too, so it made me wonder.

Since that would be impossible the only thing he could have gotten was the money.

@@josephhodges9819 Of course you can. Have you ever seen the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center?

Story 1. I would have made sure she would have been jail or prison time. Total fking bs
Sure, he could have done that but hard to get money from an imprisoned Karen.
Get a restraining order,
15:58 My trailer weighed 7000 lbs (pound weight) and not £ 7000 (UK currency, pound sterling)
I've seen trees of 50 foot tall be replanted. The have what they call bulb digers and they can dig up trees of great size.
I made it 33 seconds after post good stories here I come

Story 1: Would be really funny if the car was $30,000 or less (it probably was).
Oak tree….sell the valuable wood
I agree, one that old would probably have made good lumber, tables or shelves.
Story 1: shotgun
Sure, if he wants to go to jail because there is no stand your ground on this one.
