First story the OP should’ve filed trespassing chargers, the filing of a false police report, making false calls is a crime and the entitled woman should’ve been thrown into jail
@@ghost_rick_the_ghostian I don't think that they just "throw" people in jail for such trivial things. I agree though, that he should have filed reports, if for no other reason, to leave a paper trail of her idiocy for future transgressions. Were I that rancher, I would have built a hog pen right next to her property. I read of another rancher/farmer that did that. It worked. The awful people sold their house and moved away. The farmer/rancher then tore the hog pen down. Mission accomplished. I am a good neighbor until I am pushed, I them become very vindictive.
As to the first story allways press charges against ablying lunatic. Then after the conviction sue the person into poverty. As to the last story that jerk was looking to steal.

Actually, the police are witness to the false report and the attempted murder via swatting. It's a shame that the police didn't take it out of his hands and throw the book at her for criminal trespass, filing a false report, abuse of emergency services, and attempted murder.
@@whitewolf3051 in the mid 2010's swatting was getting so bad that the police were starting to take it more serious charging the swatters with attempted murder and filing false reports and some states were creating separate criminal charges just for swatting. Before that, cops often overlooked the swatting incidents and only handed out warnings, which I think was a mistake considering the seriousness of calling in a false report that causes the police to arrive kicking down doors ready to shoot someone.

Definitely should have pressed charges against the crazy broad in the first story. In some states, swatting can be treated as an attempted murder offense, which is a felony, and the offender would be looking at several years in prison.
Story one the cops had no right to put the orignal poster in handcuffs if that was me i would step away from them saying check the footage and keep stepping away till they do so and it would be legal
Defying a swat team is never a good idea. I agree that it should not have taken so long for them to watch the surveillance footage, but I could see this happening.
